In this episode, I dive into 5 steps you can take to help find your life purpose:

1. Sit down and reflect on your identity, what lights you up, etc.

Start with daily journaling prompts. I've provided an example list of questions in the article below to help you get started.

2. Get to know yourself. Take a personality test, such as:

  1. Myers Briggs
  2. StrengthsFinder
  3. Career Inventory
  4. Enneagram Test

3. Try out new things.

Try out volunteering, internships, part-time jobs, new clubs/organizations, etc.

4. Ask others who know you well.

Reach out to your top five friends, family members, or support network and ask them what they see in you.

5. Continue to reflect and connect with your experiences.
