Setting boundaries, or the inability to do so, creates hugely confusing situations for all parties involved; the withdrawal of assumed consent, leading on, dealing with the potential regret, giving up or being worn down by persistent partners. We discuss the need for us to own our responsibility to communicate our boundaries, build up the confidence to say no and to reject what doesn't serve us. We discuss the energy connection we make between each other during sexual intimacy, and how that changes our responsibilities to one another.
