Todays adventure is about how I got lost in South Korea, twice. Yes, there are sometimes where even GoogleMaps can't help save you. I mean I'm just happy it didn't happen a 3rd time that would've been even more embarrassing.
It's not everyday where you actually get to meet a friend while bouncing around from place to place traveling around. But somehow I did and we have visited 4 countries together! Listen in for the story of how I met this friend and maybe get a couple of tips yourself on your next travel adventure!
Who would've thought that a years later a conversation I had with an older solo woman traveler during a hostel breakfast in Medellin, Colombia will still be weighing on my mind. I'm in an era where i've been wanting to explore the great outdoors. Go camping, fishing, hiking, maybe even kayaking and all the other stuff I wrongly associated with being "white people stuff." But... after this first camping trip from hell I should reconsider.

Hostels are not for everybody and the hostels in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico were definitely not for me.
Things aren't always great while traveling, for example getting followed by a weird man while on a solo trip to Mexico City on the way to a tour to Teotihuacan is one of the not so great things. But, honestly this could've happened anywhere, and from the stories I've heard from other female travelers, it has.
