Description: Natalie Sarau is the co-founder of Forkful and passionately driving change and educating the community about the impacts of food waste. Forkful is a marketplace that allows hospitality venues (cafes, restaurants, bakeries, hotels and pub groups) and food retailers (supermarkets, delis, green grocers) to upload and sell their quality surplus menu items and food to consumers. This means that large amounts of quality food isn’t going to waste, but instead sold and eaten.
