Katie runs a coaching and consulting business (Light Echo Co) that helps purpose-driven leaders achieve greater success and make a positive impact. She proudly serves as Executive Director for Girls on the Run of Lancaster & Lebanon, which helps girls know and activate their limitless potential. Katie also periodically teaches at Penn State Harrisburg in the communications program.
