Welcome to the Young Busy Mom Podcast! This podcast is all about those of us who are young women with children trying to be good parents but also still living our lives and achieving our goals. About me, I am married with a son, born on February 28, 2022! I recently received my bachelor's degree in Biology and will be starting Pharmacy School in fall 2022 to become a pharmacist. I am excited to be a mom, learn new things, share my journey with others, and help others.I also may have some episodes focused on helping children specifically with disabilities as I and my husband both have disabilities we deal with and expect we may have that with our child as well. Being an advocate for disabled people as I struggle myself in today's world and society is very important to me.
Reddit stories galore. Family issues and breastfeeding versus bottle feeding. Lots of emotions in the mix.

Depression and anxiety affect lots of women during and after pregnancy. It is important to have the support you need and understand that others are going through this as well, you are not alone.

It's important to have support from family when pregnant. Especially when you are younger, and of course being younger doesn't exactly mean an easier pregnancy.

This episode also talks about fixing your priorities and taking care of yourself. Stop and smell the flowers, don't make yourself too busy or overwhelmed. Take time to relax and enjoy the present, don't focus too much on the future.
