I had the privilege of interviewing Michela Laverty about her thoughts on inclusion classes and how she uses peer tutoring to ensure her students are made to feel as part of the school community. We also dive into what all staff members can do at the school level as well as what the district can do to help students and staff make sure that our students with special needs have their needs met in a social emotional way and not just academically.
