This week's history making woman, Josee Kurtz, has plenty of "firsts" for women under belt, such as first woman to command a Canadian naval warship and first woman to command Canada's Royal Military College in Kingston , but she says she doesn't dwell on those achievements and being the “first woman” to do something isn't what drives her.
