When I was a girl, there was a radio program I loved called “Read to Me” in which a woman would come on air and simply read a story for half-an-hour. I loved this program so much that I wanted to recreate some version of it, so this is “Telling”, my podcast periodical featuring all new works by yours truly.
Part 3: Join me as I chase two aeronauts across Europe in their quest to champion the skies and build the world's largest hydrogen balloon!
Visual augmentation: an animated track of the race can be found here. (We are the red team, Swiss 2 ). And photos from launch field and race can be found here.
Part 2: In this episode, come on a balloon flight with some wacky Swiss balloonists and me! Visual accompaniment for this episode can be found in an article I wrote for Atlas Obscura, on the Instagram page of Balloonist Laurent Sciboz, and in the print journal Lodestars Anthology, Switzerland.

We go once more to Spain to scale la Montaña de Monserrat with a shadowy and mysterious warden named Harri. As usual, there's drama in the rear-view mirror, trouble on the horizon, and a goat.
Armchair travellers! In this month's episode of "Telling", we go to Spain to herd baby goats...
This month...just in time for Halloween… the darkest ghost story I’ve ever written. Inspired by these versus from Pablo Neruda’s poem "October Fullness".
A Borrowing of Bones
“Nobody keeps any of what he has,
and life is only a borrowing of bones.”
NERUDA, “Pleno octubre”
