In this episode, we explore the manifestation, treatment and coping skills related to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). I have with me Amir (clinical psychologist, PhD Student in Neuroscience and Krupp RA), Florence and Angelika (from the University counselling services).
In this episode, I can Kruppies to randomly pick a question. These questions are classified as embarrassing, at least in my 3am mental state. Some questions answered in this episode are: Have you ever farted in an elevator; Have you ever practised kissing in front of a mirror etc. All participants gave consent to be put in the podcast!
