A glass of Christmas Special!! A Baileys and Egg nog cocktail making extravaganza. We went live which was a first! Let's just say that the end result is that the combination of the two is the winner- Eggleys over one cube of ice. Party poppers and canapés optional. You will be exceptionally sorry that you didn't get to see the spectacular shaking that took place nor the comedy facial games we were playing at the end. A Christmas treat for anyone. Cheers!

The kids are strapped in and strapped down so we can pick up where we left off. There is still a need to knuckle down for Christmas but we've both been good girls this year and have high hopes for our Secret Santa gifts. Question of the day - when does your Christmas tree come down - are you a stickler for tradition or do you whip it down on Boxing Day?
All Emma wants for Christmas is some monogrammed silk pyjamas, a slab of cheddar with a warm mince pie and a big bushy tree. Is that too much to ask? Billie meanwhile is craving a night in a hotel on her own but will probably be taking her own Vienetta and Yule Log for company.

So Christmas is sort of cancelled for this year but that hasn't stopped Emma from going OTT on toot and paraphanalia or Billie from being super organised with the presents done and dusted by November 30th. In fact she has it all wrapped up and Emma is frankly appalled at the prematurity of it all. There's still plenty of time for all that jazz.
The traditions in each house are very different - so where would you rather wake up on Christmas morning? Are you going OTT like Emma with Super Elf on the Shelf, the big man's footprints and the Radio Times highlighting extravaganza or are you more understated like Billie with a half eaten mince pie? One house definitely sounds more fun than the other ... It's no wonder Billie's baby kicks up a fuss.

Tonight we talk about friendships growing up vs grown up friendships. We discuss how some friends aren't forever and how some can take you quite by surprise. Most importantly our friendship goal is to end up on Gogglebox together.
Will our friendship last the distance? So far we are the firmest of friends and the bosomiest of buddies but if Billie ever dares to send Emma a Costco mine pie she'll be looking elsewhere for a new BFF.
