How often do you worry about lack? Lack of money that is. Listen, when the pandemic hit I finished out the school year as a high school teacher and never went back. It took a toll on my income, to say the least. Ironically, my husband was a teacher as well, but for five years prior he built and worked his pressure washing business from the ground up. It's been several months since we both left and we've never wanted for anything. There were days when we had a small inkling of doubt and worry, but what we learned is that we have to trust the process, put in the work, and lean not on our own understanding.
In this episode, Rachel gives you real strategies to decrease your lack of faith and doubt when in a season that feels like a drought. Become a better steward of your faith and your money so you are planted like a tree by the ocean even when in a season where your financial situation declines.

It's time to bounce back! This is your birthing season. Look, when times get hard, here are three principles to live by...
STOP GIVING UP AT THE FIRST FEELING OF DEFEAT 1. When it gets hard, it just may be a test of your faith to see how bad you want what you asked for and how bad you are willing to work for it.
2. When it gets tough, know that you are working your way to the finish line. Don’t give up in the middle of the race.
3. Those who give up quickly don’t see themselves as worthy of the door God is ready to open. Some doors are unlocked while some doors are chained closed. Thank God for both doors for some doors are not meant for you to walk through. That’s favor.
Listen to this episode to learn how to endure life, in 3 simple steps, when it gets hard.

Women are often everything to everybody. There are those who enjoy that life. They enjoy the feeling of being needed. Then there's the rest of us who unintentionally get hired in life to be EVERYTHING to EVERYBODY.
We become mothers, partners, entrepreneurs, tear dryers, money lenders, laundromat workers, ALL THE THINGS. Before you know it, you don't know who you are anymore. You wonder what happened to the energy you once had, the sexiness you showed with your partner without hesitation, the boundaries you formed to keep your peace. All of it has gone nonexistent for some years. What's the repercussions? Loss of self-identity.
How do you find yourself again? How do you begin to FEEL like you again? What's the secret?
Listen to this episode to learn the 3 steps necessary to begin feeling like YOU again.

It's time to stop playing small, being fine living invisible, and remaining in the back of the room called life. Isn't life funny? We sit back waiting on life to grab us and make us these big superstars. When it don't happen, we wonder what went wrong in our lives. Why did we live our entire life living for others just to turn around and still not have a clue of our own purpose.
This episode is inspired by the book 'Do It Afraid' by Joyce Meyer. She had one quote in the book that said, "Let your hopes, not your hurt, shape your future." The culprit for a lot of our lost identity and discretion to play small without regrets may be due to past hurts that show up in us today. Take a listen as Rachel dives into her past hurt, lost identity, living small and how she is now stepping out of her shell to play big.
