In the first episode, our Impact Ambassador is Joris Smulders, Co-Founder of Fynch Smart Mobility, an impact driven startup in The Netherlands. About 27% of the global greenhouse gas emissions can be attributed to how we move goods and people from place to place. Reducing carbon emissions from transportation requires a shift to active transportation and low-carbon public transport, but getting people to break their established habits and shift away from private vehicles remains a key challenge for policy makers. How can we achieve this? Today's Impact Ambassador on the episode, Joris, helps us break down the problem and his approach towards achieving sustainable mobility behaviour change in people.

Joris is a Dutch social entrepreneur whose vision is a clean and carefree mobility for all. He is my friend, my work colleague, my mentor and a father-like figure to me. He has been instrumental in developing my own purpose to help build a better and more sustainable future. He is the co-founder of Fynch Smart Mobility, an impact driven startup in The Netherlands with a mission to reduce 0.5 million metric tonnes of carbon emissions annually by 2025 by spearheading sustainable mobility behaviour change in people.

If you would like to know more about Fynch and its work, visit www.fynchmobility.com. You can find the link in the description of this episode.
