Many of us want to be our true authentic selves however might not know how to get there. The DISC assessment is one of the best assessments their are and it measures you strengths, weaknesses, helps you identify your blidspots, and most importantly the gifts in your natural behavior.
Description
In todays show I reviewed the the DISC Assessment and reviewed how we all have behaviors but have a preference towards 1 or 2 behaviors. Todays show was about how you can use the DISC Assessment to identify where you and your behavior will be maximized, I believe it’s from a position of self awareness that you can experience God’s purpose for you. I closed by welcoming you to take the DISC with me.

If you forgot to forgive it's cool, many of us forget to forgive. I had to explore how each person deals with forgiveness, and encourage you to forgive who hurt you . As a word of advice, trauma will repeat itself over and over until you deal with it at the root by forgiving
In today's episode of The Prescription for Trauma I mentioned how mental health is more spiritual than behavioral. Especially when we are talking about trauma that hasn't been forgiven it will influence your behavior. I cited John 3:16 one of the most know verses in the bible and mentioned forgiveness and love are like two sides to the same coin.

We often don’t deal with it. I get it trauma is painful, you sometimes just don’t feel like reliving it all over again. I had to explore how each person deals with trauma, and encourage you to deal with yours. As a word of advice, trauma will repeat itself over and over until you deal with it at the root.
In today's episode of The Prescription for Trauma, I talked about dealing with your trauma. This episode was for you more than it was for me and I sure had a lot of value to add to you, trauma’s aren’t the kinds that you see its the behaviors that you have. Oftentimes our trauma influences us to behave, and it even controls us. You can be free today if you can just allow God to transform the way you think, and I reviewed Romans 12:2 for that.

One of the greatest things that you can do in your lifetime is leave a legacy for your future kids, your own sons and daughters. I had to introduce generational wealth in today's show to share some really practical things you can do to pass down wealth to your kids, its about securing their future.
In today's episode of SExpectations I talked about generational wealth. Wealth that you can pass down because your family is unique, its your family traditions and values that make your family proud. I also had to callout generational curses cause those exist too. Get awareness to both curses and blessings so you can know what you and your family line is dealing with. Today’s scripture was fantastic and had a lot to do with generational wealth, some of us only plan for today but I think scriptures' expectation is to plan for 2 generations ahead. Tune in today, and get value out of this episode.
