Tune in to discover a unique and fresh perspective on this topic, Jessi’s plan for the Sensitive community, and more!

Season 2 Episode 47

This week we are honored to be joined by Dr. Bianca Acevedo, a researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an editor and author of the “The Highly Sensitive Brain”. This has been a long-anticipated episode for Jessi as she has admired Bianca’s work as a global leader in the field of Sensitive research for many years. Her research experience has brought her into partnership with monumental players such as Dr. Elaine Aaron in the study of high sensitivity. Bianca helps to deepen our understanding of ourselves through scientific explanation of the highly sensitive brain. She reminds us that our need to live differently is legitimate and backed by factual evidence. What does a positive environment for an HSP look like? How is our brain wired differently than the rest of the population? Are traits of an HSP genetic? Bianca walks us through this and more during this very informative and empowering conversation!

Topics Discussed: How a highly sensitive brain interprets & reacts differently in everyday life. [00:10:00] How the traits of a highly sensitive person (HSP) & sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) differ from those on the autistic spectrum. [00:21:30] How and why our environment deeply impacts us as Sensitives. [00:46:50]

Quotes: “HSP are perceptive. We attend to subtleties, we're cautious and reflective so we make great leaders. We are in tune with what other people need to succeed and thrive. So I say, go for it, put HSP in positions of power. When we do we will likely have people that are making careful decisions that benefit the greater good of society.” - Dr. Bianca Acevedo

“HSP or those with SPS often seek out non-impulsive high sensation experiences. This means that they will book an exciting adventure but they won’t do it without first doing some research.” - Dr. Bianca Acevedo

Season 2 Episode 45

This week we are joined by the Founder of Simplified, Megan Golightly, to discuss the power of a peaceful orderly space. Sensitive, this is foundational. You require calm and ease in your home environment. Clutter, disorganization, and chaos can turn on your brain's alarm mode and cultivate nervous system overactivation. What does this feel like? Anxiety, overwhelm, and even depression! We all want the end results of a spacious home, but how do we get inspired, feel motivated, make the time, and maintain it? Megan is here to guide us! With a background in psychology, she focuses on the meaning behind every action or inaction. Removing shame, guilt, and avoidance, Megan takes us deep into ourselves to show us the way out, revealing our subconscious programming, identifying the emotional layers, and highlighting common blocks. Prepare for multiple reframes and fascinating clarification on the organizational process. Don't worry, perfection is not the goal. Freedom, relief and ease are Megan's passion. You will finish this episode understanding the truth of Simplified - by transforming your home you are actually transforming you.

Topics Discusses:

  1. Megan’s definition of clutter and why so many of us struggle to manage it. [00:07:10]
  2. Questions Megan asks her clients to reframe the narrative around letting go of material things. [00:13:50]
  3. Wisdom for Mothers and anyone sharing a home around how to create a safe and calming home environment. [00:30:00]

Quotes:

"For Sensitives, there is often an expectation of perfection that leaves us paralyzed. It’s easier for us to do nothing than to do something incorrectly and have to deal with the mistake. We can support this by asking ourselves questions that reframe this behaviour.” - Megan Golighly

“Setting an appointment with yourself dedicated to organizing helps you stay focused. Whether that means putting on music, inviting over a friend or lighting candles, setting aside the time and creating the environment helps you stay in the game.” - Megan Golighly

“Often children grieve something when they have to let it go. You can’t stop grief, it’s going to happen so the best thing to do it to allow them to feel sad. When you allow them to work through the emotions you create the opportunity for new neural pathways to form that can be used later in life when they may suffer the loss of a person or face difficulties of their own.” - Megan Golightly

Season 2 Episode 44

A great follow-up to episode 42, Jessi is diving deeper into cultivating relationship health as Sensitives. You have a beautiful gift that allows you to expect and see what others in your life need. You provide and care for them in powerful ways they typically appreciate. When it comes time for you to receive care and comfort, it can be natural to expect these loved ones to respond in kind. Yet, this rarely occurs. This unmet expectation can be the very cause of deep frustration and bitterness. Jessi shares from a lifetime of personal experience that this doesn’t have to be the case. This episode will help you release old beliefs, view others from a place of compassionate understanding, and acquire the love and care you need and deserve in your most important relationships.

Topics Discussed:

  1. Why Sensitives see the world through a unique lens. [00:02:10]
  2. Navigating relationships with family, friends and lovers that are not as sensitive. [00:10:50]
  3. Why it’s important to hold space for relationships with both Sensitives and non-sensitives. [00:20:00]

Quotes:

“As Sensitives, we're here to be thought leaders. We're here to dig in, ask the big questions and sink our toes into concepts and spiritual questions that we may never have answers to. We are really good at sitting in that space of not having a solid black or white answer. We live in the grey.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“I believe empathy is a skill that can be developed, but for natural Sensitive, it's innate. It's always there. We don't have to develop it. It's just there and we never lose it. We can attempt to step into denial but it's always going to be there underneath it all.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“The reality is not everyone is going to get you. The sooner you can embrace that, the more you can release the expectation and pursue deep fulfillment with people that can provide it.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

The unique ability to merge with other beings is a phenomenon that many Sensitives unconsciously experience. Merging goes a step beyond feeling empathy or absorbing emotions, it’s a transfer of energy that allows us to experience firsthand what humans and animals are physically experiencing. As Jessi shares in today's episode, she was recently reminded of this ability when she was unexpectedly overwhelmed with the same bodily symptoms as that of her injured husband. As we have discussed in previous episodes, feeling others' experiences without awareness can lead to overwhelm and dis-ease. It is vital you recognize what feelings belong to you and now you can begin to differentiate the physical symptoms that are truly you verses another's body. Jessi guides us through her 3 key steps for identifying, processing, and releasing a merge. We hope this episode brings you comfort and offers a fresh understanding of the power and giftings of your sensitive body!

Topics Discussed:

  1. What it means to energetically and physically merge with another being and how it differs from empathy. [00:3:50]
  2. Becoming consciously aware of how impacted you are by others physical experience of life. [00:15:20]
  3. Jessi’s three steps to navigate the experience of merging with others. [00:18:15]

Quotes:

"As Sensitives, it's important to recognize that we have a responsibility to hold ourselves back and refrain from stepping into someone else’s experiences unless we are consciously invited in." - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“Just because you can bring people happiness doesn't mean that you always should. If you are doing that in every relationship you will have merged with so many people that you will no longer be a single being. You won't know who you are and you'll be exhausted. There will be no you left.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

"There is something to be said for being in the space of those that are unwell or suffering all the time. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not, you are picking up that energy. You're in that frequency. You're in that energy and you need to protect yourself from that." - Jessi Michel Agadoni

You're currently in a phase of upleveling, returning to your authentic self, your original nature, and it's intense. You're stirring up a ton of emotions, both old and new, perhaps it even feels like you're taking a step backwards rather than forwards. Finding purpose, clearing the patterns of childhood, and easing into your true self can and will be possible if you remain in your body through it. Don't give up! Jessi is here to teach you how to do this with 3 simple steps in today's episode. Jump in!

Topics Discussed:

  1. Why moving forward can often bring back old thought patterns, emotions, and habits. [00:06:20]
  2. How to eliminate doubt when feelings of second-guessing resurface. [00:15:25]
  3. How nature can help us see clearly and return to our original selves. [00:28:12]
  4. Jessi shares what's coming forward with The Authentic Calm Method. [00:34:50]

Quotes:

“When we navigate big transformational seasons in life, we’re being asked to release old patterns and to step into something that represents who we want to be. This is really a return. A return back to our original selves, how we came into this world and who we are ultimately supposed to be.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“We’re supposed to live in our bodies, not our minds. Our minds are accessories while our body is our 3D reality.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“To become our authentic selves we need to be amongst nature's frequencies. I believe that modern life has cut us off from the energy presence that helps us know who we truly are. Immersing yourself in nature is a great way to regain this connection.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

  4. Megan shares why living in sync with the natural seasons helps us to connect with our bodies and the world around us. [00:54:55]

Quotes:

"I am grateful that I once moved towards vegetarianism. Going through that journey allowed me to tune into my sensitivity and truly made me understand the benefits of eating local regenerative meats once I brought them back into my body." - Megan Bre Camp

"Regenerative farming is just a return to how things were done before big mass farms came forward and commercialization in an attempt to create the same food over and over again. This is when the abuse started happening to the animals. This means by returning, we can resolve the whole catastrophic experiment that we as humans created." - Jessi Michel Agadoni

"A great way to reintroduce animal products into your diet is by knowing your sources. Step into the farmer's market and meet vendors. Talk about your feelings, go through that process and tune in and know that you're supporting local ranches and happy animals." - Megan Bre Camp

Episode 38 Season 2

As we approach the halfway mark of 2022 Jessi sits down to give us an honest and unfiltered update on her year thus far. She shares the shifts she is currently navigating in her business and personal life with practical advice on how to approach the emotions that have arisen as a result. It seems that everywhere we look, people are navigating big changes at the moment. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by this, you’re not alone. As Jessi shares, we are experiencing a global shift, and for many, this means changes leading to uncertainty and unpredictable emotional roller coasters. This episode offers support for moving towards a beautiful place of balance and calm within life's occasional seasons of chaos.

Topics:

  1. Jessi shares how she is processing the changes & resulting emotions she is currently navigating. [00:15:02]
  2. Jessi shares her vision for the Authentic Calm Method & how it will offer restoration & health for you as a Sensitive. [00:29:00]
  3. Jessi leads you through a journal prompt to ignite balance and restoration. [00:39:00]

“Whenever you can claim your power & decision making you should, but the reality of life is that everyone goes through seasons where you don’t necessarily have much control over what is happening. When we are going through this it’s important to release and find joy in the little things because those little things will turn into big things ” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“Moving back and forth between lack of awareness which includes suppression and repression to extreme awareness to the point of overwhelm is a common process among HSP. Our goal is to stop swinging back and forth and move towards that beautiful place of balance in the middle.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“I've realized that I need to start processing emotions more within my body. This is really just reconnecting, coming into, and being aware of what's going on in this physical capsule that I'm in. That's been a huge process and the foundation of what I'm bringing forward with the Authentic Calm Method.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

Episode 37 Season 2

Living outside of your true nature, living inauthentically, is the cause of dis-ease and chronic blocks. Jessi breaks this down and shares from her own personal and professional experience what works and what doesn’t. You’ll also get a glimpse into the up-and-coming release of the Authentic Calm Method. You will step away with options to uncover and return to your authentic rhythm. The place where healing on all levels naturally occurs, where you can ultimately move through life with ease.

  1. What it means to live authenticity & what manifests when we reject our natural and true rhythm. [00:06:34]
  2. How we can reframe the conditioning we have received throughout life so that we can return to a place of authenticity. [00:15:06]
  3. Meditative prompt with Jessi to initiate your authentic rhythm. [00:43:00]

“Authenticity is the act of living as you are created to be. It's that simple. It's a continuous journey of uncovering all that you are as much as you can in this lifetime.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“Most of us move through life in a manner that matches what we've been told we should do. One of the biggest journeys we can go on is to learn and understand how we would navigate life with no conditioning.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“You have to create boundaries including intentionally choosing an inner circle of people around you that won’t influence you towards a life that's not in alignment with who you're meant to be. You can usually feel when people are a good fit or not by how they make you feel.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

Episode 36 Season 2

As Sensitives, change can be very difficult to navigate. Shifts in our environment, routine, work, relationships, emotions and more ignite symptoms of imbalance and can leave us feeling defeated, exhausted, and confused. This week, Jessi walks us through the experience of change, its impact on us as Sensitives, and how we can build resiliency. You will leave this episode empowered, able to easifully, healthfully, and authentically adapt to whatever comes your way!

Topics:

  1. Why change is so difficult for us as Sensitives. [00:03:35]
  2. What it feels like emotionally & physically to process change as a Sensitive. [00:06:52]
  3. The foundational pillars that support resilience through change. [00:20:25]
  4. Why it’s vital to our overall health that we build up our resilience. [00:27:31]

“As Sensitives, our brains work in a different manner. Our nervous systems are more tender and we feel things at a much deeper, and more potent level. This doesn't make us better or worse than anyone else. It just makes us different.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“It's important to recognize that we have a deep seated fear of being rejected. This is often an underlying fear in almost everything we experience. We want to fit in, we don’t want to make waves or be a bother, we always want to be considerate. Really it's just an act of protection. That my friend, is what's going to keep you stuck.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“If we have learned anything from the last few years it's that we don't necessarily have control of everything. We have to own what we do have control over, release what we don’t and learn to build resiliency.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

Episode 35 Season 2 Jessi explains that as Sensitives, we tend to jump at the chance to be of service to others. This often leads to overactivation and inauthenticity. We absorb the experiences of those around us in a way that can make us lose track of our true, authentic purpose. In this episode, Jessi helps us to understand that truly knowing who we are is a prerequisite to serving from a place of health. It is when we don't have a clear understanding of who we are that our service to others no longer supports the greater good. As Jessi explains, when our unique gifts as Sensitives are protected and used sparingly, we have a much greater impact in this world. Jessi ends this episode by leading us through a breathwork and prompt practice that can push us out of a state of overactivation and to a place of peace and authenticity.

Topics discussed:

When Sensitives need to say no to volunteering, caring for & serving others. [00:05:38]

How to navigate the experience of saying no when you feel others may benefit from your help. [00:15:30]

Why you struggle with saying no and how to let go of those thought patterns. [00:22:00]

Jessi Leads us through a reflective breath and prompt exercise. [00:41:00]

“Please know that if you are saying yes to everything, you are diluting the impact that you're meant to have. It leads to a feeling of meaningless that leads to feeling lost. The more that you focus on your true purpose, the greater impact you will have.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“Nonprofit work is a really big arena of heroin empaths and if you're in that industry you have a lot to be careful of. You need strong boundaries and a solid understanding of yourself. And that is rarely seen within that space.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“You have to say no to service opportunities. Unless the help needed falls within your unique calling and gifting, you are actually going to be in the way. So instead of always saying yes, get out of the way and focus in on why you are here and what your true purpose is.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“As a Sensitive, getting 8 to 11 hours of sleep is the first thing that you can start working on if you feel overwhelmed with where to start on your healing journey.” Jessi Michel Agadoni

“Waking up through out the night could be tied to a cortisol spike as a result of stress, and anxiety about the day. It’s important to take all these factors into consideration. There's always the energetic piece, the emotional piece, the physical piece, and we need to consider all of them.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

Season 2 Episode 28 Jessi discusses amino acid therapy, a safe and effective alternative to conventional mood-stabilizing drugs. She speaks on what may lead a natural Sensitive to seek help with mood imbalances and why medication may push a Sensitive’s body beyond its natural capacity and outside of your Authentic Calm. This is often something that medical practitioners don’t take into consideration, therefore, Jessi advises us to seek out a professional that validates & respects your individual needs as well as take your health into our own hands when we are dealing with mood imbalances. She provides tools and resources to do so. Jessi gives us an overview of what amino acid therapy is, the different options available, and how to know which works best for your one-of-a-kind body. Jessi is not here to shame or look down upon anyone who takes medication for depression or anxiety, she simply wants to put the message out there for anyone that may be feeling hopeless. There are alternatives that can do wonders for you, Sensitives.

“Sensitives are naturally overwhelmed. So you have to live differently. I'm just going to say that from the get-go. You have to live differently in order to be healthy in this society, you cannot be 'normal'.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

“We get to see what the level of neurotransmitters are currently in your system – what your body is releasing basically. We get specific & very targeted as opposed to the experimentation method where you're kind of trial by fire. We can actually go in and go, okay, this is what is deficient and this is what is in excess.” - Jessi Michel Agadoni

Season 2 Episode 26

In Season 2 Epsiode 26 Jessi dives into the daunting topic of mold. She tells the story of her personal experience with mold exposure and how it has vastly affected her life from a young age. She discusses the wide range of symptoms that may manifest as a result of mold exposure and what we can do to identify them. Mold often goes unnoticed and as Sensitives, we may be the only ones who feel the physical or mental symptoms of mold exposure. Jessi discusses how to navigate this challenge as well as how to properly test and eradicate mold from both your home and your body. She touches on the importance of sourcing the right people to help with this, as the average mold removal process in American today is inaffective and could actually cause more harm then good. This episode serves as an overall introduction to the topic of mold exposure, a very important consideration when returning to your Authentic Calm.

Topics Discussed:

  1. What symptoms may manifest as a result of this exposure? 00:2:00
  2. How you can be exposed to mold in our day-to-day lifes? 00:03:06
  3. How to properly test for mold in your home, who to trust when going about this process and why most mold removal companies don't serve your long term best interest? 00:26:19
  4. How to ensure your body is rid of a mold infection after the exposure? 00:33:10

Quotes:

"The mold piece of the puzzle really I'm understanding now, has been the foundational layer to everything for me. I think it's actually what took my immune system beyond what it could handle and kind of broke down my body."

"One of the main symptoms of mold exposure is exhaustion, especially for sensitive. So if you're feeling really exhausted at home, that's a big sign that you're being exposed. The home is your number one priority & it's important to test your home."

"Mold can be pathogenic, meaning that it can take up residence inside of you and colonize and grow, but not all mold is toxic. So the specific strains that are toxic are the ones that release as mycotoxins. We want to be really be cautious of these. So when we go into the home and we test for mycotoxins, we're testing to see if those specific toxins are being released into the air and then from there you get the results and they will give you a really, really long remediation plan."

"You need to test your body. You need to see what's going on because if you're being exposed to mycotoxins there's a high chance that you're holding onto them. Cause a lot of mycotoxins do not clear naturally you actually have to push them out."

Season 2 Episode 25 Jessi dives into the reasons we struggle to trust our bodies as Sensitives. She discusses why relying on an external source to interpret your body's messages isn’t in your best interest and that despite what we have been taught throughout life, your body is not something that needs to be managed or controlled but honored and respected. Jessi gives advice on how to navigate the messages that we receive from our body and ultimately regain trust and connection to the vessel that gives us life.

Topics Discussed:

  1. How did we arrive at a place of distrust?
  2. Who or what does this distrust benefit?
  3. Why our society's simplified approach to the body does not work, especially for Sensitives.
  4. How to regain your natural ability to trust and hear your body.
  5. How to identify where you're distrust and disconnection lies.

Quotes:

"It's like, our body is as a wild animal and we need to domesticate this animal. It's not safe. We don't know what it's going to do at any point. Turn on us. And as a result, there's this fear that's built that prevents us from trusting, from leaning into our experiences from believing that our body actually has the answers - ultimately, identifying with the concept that our body is intelligently and intentionally created in order to sustain itself that our body's always moving towards healing, always moving towards homeostasis and is always on our side."

"We are more complex. It is not a plus B equals C. It's never that simple. And then add on your sensitivity, right. Those that are sensitive cannot even live within that A plus B equals C world. We do not fit into those boxes and those interpreters have no idea what to do with us because they haven't received any training other than what fits their boxes for those that are on the lower end of the sensitivity spectrum."

"But that's always a red flag and it's a mirror back to me that I am starting to treat my body like a robot. I'm starting to treat my body like a product, not like a living, breathing biological system. We need to respect the wildness of our body. We need to respect the natural needs of our body and not see them as a hassle, not see them as something to be managed, and definitely not see it as something to domesticate."

Season 2 Episode 24 dives into the core. Do you want to heal? Jessi does not mince words and explains why you cannot look to practitioners or tools or therapies or tonics alone. She's been there and tried it all. There is a foundational layer and vital step that is often missed. Sensitives are the most likely to avoid this practice, yet we are the ones that need it most! This is a glimpse into the core of Jessi's method and life's work.

Topics discussed:

  1. Why we disconnect.
  2. Jessi's personal discovery of the foundation of healing.
  3. Why we must step into this as Sensitives and what happens in our bodies when we do.
  4. Jessi's personal recommendations for integrating this foundation into the everyday.
  5. A glimpse into what shes's building for this sensitive community.

Episode Quotes

"we try out all these different therapies and tonics and You know, different tinctures and tools, just tools overall that we're trying to use to bring forward healing. I'm completely bypassing the foundational issue, which is that we are not actually registering how we feel."

"It's not on them. It's actually on you. And they're there to guide and offer you what I call remedies. Whatever they may look like to optimize, to increase, to Quicken your ability to heal. But the actual ability to heal is yours, it is not theirs it is yours. And so it's important to recognize that and to see everything as outside supports that you add on as needed."

" There's so many tools, gua sha and all of that, which are all gorgeous and beautiful ancient and, being revisited in this modern world and I love that, but you have to remember that those aren't your saviors, they are simply add ons and really what it comes down to is acknowledging and trusting the body that you've been given is meant to heal."

" They are a gift. It is a gift to be able to hear those messages so clearly most people can not hear their messages. Believe me, it's my job to help interpret."

Season 2 Episode 23 we step into why so many of us are nice and how this is impacting us on many levels, including the biological level. Jessi shares her journey into niceness and revelas her personal opinion on the millenial generation's hang ups around niceness and the deep need for real one on one conversations, despite our many diverse viewpoints. She reviews how to healthfully hold your ground physically when in an overactivating situation, like saying no or vocalizing a need or a differing opinion. Jessi shares her observations from life, clinical practice and favorite expert and answers the question - why is it that so many nice people develop dis-ease? This is a deeply personal share and one that is foundational to the Authentic Calm Method and all of Jessi's work. It's not one you will want to miss!

Topics discussed:

  1. Why are we nice?
  2. Why are the nice humans the ones to deveop disease.
  3. How we can step out of niceness and live authentically and healthfully.

Episode quotes

"What does it mean to be nice and how does this impact your body? As a human, but especially as a sensitive. I'm just going to give it all to you in one sentence, maintaining your niceness is the path to disease. Let's talk about this. So first of all, why are you nice? Why is it that you feel you have to always be nice and what is nice?"

"God does not ask us to be nice. God does not ask us to repress emotions, opinions, perceptions, and experiences. God does ask us to step into other people's shoes and to be kind. But he also, and I personally connect with God as a, he as a little side note. But. God also, you know, asks us to have healthy boundaries."

"So you can be respectful. You can be kind, you can be loving, you can be giving, you can be conscientious. You can be thoughtful. You can be aware, you can be intelligent. All these things you can be without being nice. Without repressing. Now you may have many conversations that are uncomfortable because within our beautiful country here, we are quite diverse in our view set."

"I of course experienced the world differently than most people. And as a result of this experience, a lot of rejection around any sort of expression of my experience or my needs, I received the message and owned the message and absorbed the message that I was too much and that I was drama and that I was selfish."

"Why is it that the nicest piece, but people are always the ones that seem to get sick. Why is that rarely, do you see the cranky, bitchy bastardly individuals actually die young?"

Season 2 Episode 17 is what you need to hear right now. Jessi shares how you may be blocking yourself from fully healing. You experience a chemical and emotional high from stressful living, the high of your body's alarm mode. How do we as Sensitives uniquely find ourselves addicted to the very lifestyle that makes us unwell? Jessi shares the kinds of stressors that will overactivate Sensitives and explains why we can be so easily impacted with an illustration of a protective pillow. She also describes the physical chemicals and societal norms that keep us returning to the drug of our alarm mode. She reviews the primal drive we have to seek approval from our guardians and how this too can keep us from jumping off the necessary cliff and doing the hard work of healing.

Jessi gets into the nitty gritty of how we as empaths deny ourselves the core needs, repress our emotions, and choose to "serve" others as an escape. A dip into family trauma and personal capacity leads us into reviewing what we are open to clearing and healing in our lifetime. She spends the second half of the talk discussing the physical impact of stress addiction. She shares the lab measurements she uses in her health practice to review and analyze stress resilience and how allopathic and functional medicine treat and approach the results. As we continue our conversation around cultivating restful ease, true health, in the body and mind, it’s time to zero in on an everyday blocker of this pursuit – man-made frequencies. You may have heard whispers of these as non-native EMF, electromagnetic radiation or in connection to the 5G rollout. Top emitters are microwaves, wifi routers, cell phones, laptops, tablets, baby monitors, apple watches, fit bits, and more. Have any of these in your home or on your body? I know I do! But don’t panic, I’ve brought on my personal favorite authority on this topic to show us how to cultivate our state of calm amidst the chaos of this modern tech. Our guest Dr. Mindy Beck, a naturopathic physician and cofounder of the company Youmatrix, breaks down the science and explains the impact these invisible frequencies are having on our human biology and the earth. Starting with her adventure-filled journey through Europe to first-hand experiences with chronically ill patients to a health crisis of her own, Dr. Beck connects common symptoms we are all experiencing with the everyday exposure to these artificial frequencies. She also surprises us with an alternative and more effective option for restoring our earth than the current trendy solutions! Most importantly, she demonstrates a balanced approach to this potentially alarming information, teaching us how we can go beyond mitigation, shielding or blocking. She reveals how we can potentially transform these frequencies and reconnect with nature as originally intended, taking us out of our present alarm state and returning us to our calm, self-healing, state. You will leave this conversation educated, encouraged, and armed with simple tools to take back your health!
