M'Pack'd podcast is a audio experience “ talk show” about social problems the world faces day to day. A mix of sociology and ethics on how the good, bad, and the ugly is affecting daily life of the world we live in
This episode I chat with Marci about how she became a happier person and truly loving herself. Her released book " the good stripper" will tell you more about her life. Don't let the tittle mislead you. We talked about the misfortunes in life and how it didn't tie her down. Accepting things as they are, but being the trust form of oneself through honesty, with herself and others. We live everyday though our lives making choices, We all do that. With some of those choices it comes with quilt time to time. Marci shares some of her stories on how to not worry about the judgment of others, that people who truly matter will stay.
This is experiences we all share in some way and believe anyone who judge themselves too closely, or worry about others judgment on them.
"My book is dedicated to anyone who may be struggling to forgive themselves for the mistakes they made when they were just trying to survive."

Oh boy, oh boy was this a fun interview!
This episode I interviewed with non-other the less, Mike Curry. The Inventor of StrongBoard Balance brings not only his story of his invention, but the story behind it including his life story. Zack and Mike discuss the problems with gyms, personal training, stigmas, and the problems that happen in the gym. Why people don't go to the gym and how to encourage others to get in one. Mike also goes in depth what personal trainers go through themselves.
" Behind every invention is a great story" - said by..me..literally just now.. We discuss the importance of working out, and how it affects ourselves beyond the physical payoffs. They're so many issues/problems with todays aspect of gyms, big and small. The problems what get people to get in the gym, what to look for in hiring a personal trainer, and the stigmas of gyms, and of personal training.
Without a doubt gyms have slowly evolved since the iron days of working out. Smaller gyms being bought out, and seek money vs changing peoples health and their personal goals.
I highly encourage everyone to take a look at Mikes StrongBoard Balance and the INTENSE workout sessions you can do ANYWHERE with ease.

In today's episode I discuss with Ximena Yanez Soto
Me (Zack) and Ximena talk about the effects on big industrial farms and the downsides of eating meat. Ximena has a story to tell, and to educate us all on her life how changing her diet changed her life from a disease. Doing that she found her life mission on helping the world on "red meat" consumption.
To mention how amazing her story is. Her doctor (prior to her diagnostics ) told her she would have to take pills her entire life. Changing her diet liberated her life, freeing her from the pills changing her life together.
Are we "brainwashed" by the government for their greed fueled by our gluttony?
" We did not inherent earth from our parents, we borrow it from our children "

In this episode I interview and chat with Kelsey walker and her story on the topic abortion.
Kelsey Walker started out her life in Kansas City before moving to Chicago with her family. The city formed her passion for women’s rights and nonprofit missions. She has since worked for nonprofits for the last 11 years, making her start doing search and rescue in New Mexico and climbing her way to become the Founder and CEO of From The Green Desk.
The mission of From The Green Desk is to comfort and validate women who are suffering as a result of abortion, child, infant or pregnancy loss. Through peer-to-peer services including coaching, group therapy, a blog, and a podcast, we will eliminate the ‘silent scream’ stigma associated with these losses.
From The Green Desk was founded after Kelsey's own experience with abortion. At 17 weeks they found out their daughter, Hope, had a genetic condition that caused every single bone in her tiny body to break into 90 degree angles and was threatening Kelsey's life, so they took the impossible option: abortion. From this experience she wrote Face Everything And Rise, a memoir.

In this episode I interviewed Sam Mitchell. Sam is a host of his own show called Autism Rocks and Rolls. Sam's mission is to break the stigma of autism that he is not broken and does not need to be fixed.
The stigma of autism has been more of a disability than anything else. Stigmas break people down, they divide us. In this episode I hope to break apart this stigma and with Sam's help, give some perspective on what Autism actually is.
