This episode is about some of the feelings you may have after a deep spiritual healing. You feel really good during the healing, and you feel the release and relief it brings. Sometimes, a day or so later, you may find yourself in the same place you were before the healing. What is going on?
How to Use The Breath To Release Pain and Tension in the Body
What we're going to talk about today and give you something that can help you is about the breath and how to use it to release pain and tension in the body. So what I want you to do right now is just to close your eyes and take account of where you feel any contractions in your body. It might be in the gut, you might have pressure in your chest, your neck may hurt, your shoulders could be tense. There may be a certain area in your body where you're having some pain. So take account of that. And first off, you're going to set the intent to use the breath which actually is source, it's God's Source consciousness energy. It is that all that is and it's the power behind everything that is good. Everything that is love, and everything that is healing. And just what when you want to take a conscious breath, just think about the fact that every time you breathe in, you're breathing in. God source energy you're breathing in. Basically. This was not basic, but it is who you are. The mind of God. The life of God. Your spirit is the breath. And when your spirit is separated from the body, the body falls away and is no longer active. But that spirit the breath glyphs on it continues on. So what we're going to do is we're going to consciously use the breath, to release tension, pain, and to create healing in the body. Because the only reason why you have any type of pain or illness is because the body is not at ease. And depending on where you are in your life or what you're listening to in your life, you know that all becomes part of who you are and can cause disruption in your body.
Here, you're given a spiritual techology to release those issues that are troubling you.
Remember, you are an extension of God Source which is available to you at all times.

There's the part of the mind that doesn't want you to succeed. It is intelligent and is on a mission to keep you stuck in the pain and disappointment of the past and projects pain into the future...IF we let it.
It nourishes itself on pain energy and disappointments of the past.
When I was clearing my energy field and my consciousness this morning (as I do every morning), it occurred to me to have my Spirit Teams of High Light and Love to clear any and all things in my past that had a connection or relationship to shadow.
My teams were happy too and they identified them as "things that serve as an inroad for shadow to access painful parts - emotionally, spiritually, consciously, etc. They also said the longer we linger in that space, allowing the negative self-talk and feelings of fear, despair and other lower frequencies, shadow eats that energy and becomes stronger from our feelings, thoughts, emotions, memory replay.
If we are not "aware" we find ourselves caught up in the past ills, negative frequencies that can anchor us in the moment in the lower frequencies.

I know a lot of people are having financial challenges right now. I was talking to my Spirit Teams about it and what we could do to help.
