Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “There is a time for everything.” Your fitness routine doesn’t have to look the same in every chapter. Instead of forcing one plan year-round, you can honor God’s rhythms and let your workouts reflect the season you’re in.

Before planning a workout, pause to pray. Journal your wins and struggles. And don’t underestimate the power of accountability. That’s why I created Word & Wellness—to make sure no one has to walk this journey alone.
Ask yourself: Which season am I in right now? Choose one small, sustainable movement goal for the week and pair it with a spiritual rhythm like scripture memory during a walk.

The 5 Spiritual Cycles That Keep You Stuck in Fitness (And How to Break Them With God’s Word)
Are you a woman over 40 trying to get healthier, stronger, and more confident in your body—but feel stuck no matter how hard you try? You’re not alone. Often, the roadblocks to fitness aren’t just physical—they’re spiritual cycles that keep us in loops of shame, fear, and frustration.
In today’s episode, we break down 5 spiritual cycles that can keep you from seeing real results, and I share practical steps you can take to break free with God’s Word.
Shame keeps us trapped in self-sabotage. Remember, God’s grace allows you to start fresh each day.
Turning to food or habits for comfort is normal—but your ultimate comfort and satisfaction comes from God.
Fitness isn’t about perfection—it’s about trust and consistency, not fear.
Your results follow your beliefs about who you really are in Christ.
Bitterness and unforgiveness weigh down the soul—and the body follows suit.
Fitness isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual too. When you break these cycles, you’re not just losing pounds; you’re releasing spiritual baggage that has been weighing you down.

Podcast Episode: Walking in True Faith – Gifts, Repentance, and the Heart of God
[00:00 – 05:00] – The Early Stages of Faith and Assurance of Salvation
When you first get saved, it’s common to ask yourself: Am I really saved? In this episode, we dive deep into the early stages of Christian life and explore the tension between spiritual gifts and true salvation.
Just because you can prophesy, speak in tongues, or even heal doesn’t necessarily mean your heart is aligned with God. Gifts without repentance leave the soul far from the Lord.
We unpack 1 Corinthians 9:22–27 to understand how Paul disciplined his body and soul to ensure he didn’t disqualify himself from the ultimate prize—Jesus.
[05:01 – 15:00] – Distinguishing Gifts from God’s Call
We discuss the dangers of mistaking gifts for a calling and the importance of discerning God’s true purpose for your life.
You’ll hear real-life examples of people excelling in ministry or visible gifts, yet missing the heart of God. This segment emphasizes repentance, holiness, and walking humbly with Christ rather than relying on talent alone.
[15:01 – 25:00] – Engaging the Millennials and Today’s Generation
How do you reach a generation that believes they can “do what they want” while still claiming faith? We explore practical ways to guide young believers toward recognizing their need for a Savior. This includes listening, gently speaking truth, and letting the Holy Spirit work—because one person plants, another waters, but God brings the growth.
[25:01 – 35:00] – The Power of Patience and Presence
We dive into how patience and understanding, modeled after Jesus’ ministry, can be a bridge to hearts hardened by culture.
The importance of being present, speaking scripture in real-life moments, and nurturing faith in subtle yet impactful ways is highlighted here. It’s about allowing God to reveal truth through timing and intimacy.
[35:01 – 45:00] – Standing in the Lion’s Den: Courage and Divine Protection
Fearlessly stepping into spiritual battles is part of God’s calling. Gloria shares experiences of receiving prophecies about entering “dark places” without fear, leaning entirely on God’s strength.
We discuss how God prepares us to be a light in challenging circumstances, even when facing opposition or uncertainty.
[45:01 – 55:00] – Deepening Your Relationship with God
Faith isn’t just about action—it’s about presence. We explore what it truly means to be at the foot of the cross, wrestling with God, and letting trials shape your character. Discover how struggles and trials refine us, bring us closer to Jesus, and allow His peace to transform our hearts. Philippians 3:10–11 is highlighted as a guide to truly knowing Christ.
[55:01 – 60:00] – Living Faith Daily and Impacting Others
This episode wraps up with actionable takeaways on living a faith-driven life that impacts others authentically. We emphasize community, prayer, and being real with God and people—because sugarcoated faith doesn’t lead others to Jesus. Realness, honesty, and a heart fully surrendered to God make the difference.

Monk mode and war mode, while both focused on intense dedication, differ significantly in their objectives and approaches. Monk mode emphasizes internal discipline and self-mastery through seclusion, minimalism, and focused practices like meditation and study, aiming for spiritual or intellectual growth. It's a retreat from the world to refine oneself.
War mode, conversely, is an aggressive, externally focused state, driven by a desire to conquer specific goals or overcome obstacles through relentless action and strategic execution. It prioritizes productivity and achievement, often involving high-intensity work and a competitive mindset, with less emphasis on inner peace and more on outward results.
Let's dive in!
Burnout isn’t just about working too hard—it’s about working out of alignment with your energy, values, and purpose. To skip the burnout struggle, stop glorifying the grind and start prioritizing recovery as much as effort. Set clear boundaries, build in intentional rest, and learn to listen to your body’s signals before exhaustion hits. Shift from hustle mode to sustainable momentum by focusing on what truly moves the needle, not just what keeps you busy. Most importantly, reconnect with why you’re doing the work in the first place—passion without balance leads to burnout, but passion with strategy and self-care leads to longevity. 💡🔥Two Ways I Can Help You

Here are 3 signs your nervous system is telling you to slow down—and what to do about it:
🔹 Sign: Your heart races, your mind won’t slow down, and even small tasks feel overwhelming.
✅ Solution: Try box breathing—inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat until you feel calmer.
🔹 Sign: Struggling to fall asleep, waking up exhausted, or feeling restless at night.
✅ Solution: Create a wind-down routine—dim lights, put your phone away 30 minutes before bed, and do gentle stretching or deep breathing.
🔹 Sign: Small things trigger frustration, or you feel detached and disconnected from yourself and others.
✅ Solution: Take intentional breaks—step outside, move your body, or spend 5 minutes in stillness with a worship song or scripture meditation.
Your body knows when you need rest. Listen to it before it forces you to slow down. Which one resonates with you the most today? 🙏🏽✨

Drawing from Genesis 1:31, the episode encourages viewers to shift their perspective, embrace their bodies as they are, and see their bodies as partners rather than enemies.
The host, an experienced transformation coach, shares insights on the detrimental effects of body shaming and the essential practice of integrating body, mind, and spirit for a holistic approach to self-acceptance and wellness.
Practical advice and reflections, such as deep breathing exercises and journaling prompts, are provided to help viewers start their journey towards loving and accepting their bodies as God intended.

He offers three action items to help men start expressing their emotions: praying, journaling, and finding a trusted friend or therapist.
Action items:Pray: Talk to God about your emotions and ask for guidance.Journal: Write down your thoughts and feelings.
In many spiritual and religious traditions, the concept of an "enemy" or adversary exists. This entity, often referred to as Satan or the devil, is believed to tempt and distract humans from their spiritual paths and God's will.
Here are some common ways this "enemy" is believed to distract us: Temptation: The enemy presents alluring temptations like greed, lust, pride, and envy, enticing us to stray from our moral compass and pursue selfish desires.
Doubt and Fear: The enemy can instill doubts and fears, leading to anxiety, insecurity, and a lack of faith. This can hinder our spiritual growth and prevent us from fulfilling our God-given purpose.
Distraction and Procrastination: The enemy can distract us with trivial matters, procrastination, and a constant sense of busyness, preventing us from focusing on our spiritual development and serving others.
Discouragement and Defeatism: The enemy can discourage us through setbacks, failures, and negative thoughts, leading to feelings of hopelessness and despair.
Division and Discord: The enemy can sow seeds of discord among individuals and communities, fostering conflict, hatred, and division. Let's dive in!
Hustle Culture vs. Diligence with God
In today's world, we are constantly bombarded with messages about the importance of hustle. We are told that we need to work harder, longer, and faster in order to be successful. This can lead to a culture of burnout and exhaustion, as we try to keep up with the demands of our jobs, our families, and our social lives.
However, there is another way to live: a life of diligence with God. This means working hard, but not at the expense of our health, our relationships, or our faith. It means being intentional about our work and using our time wisely. It means trusting in God's plan for our lives and knowing that He will provide for us.
Here are some of the benefits of living a life of diligence with God:
Come along for the journey!
Hustle culture tells us thatgrinding 24/7 is the only way to success—that rest is for the weak and that our worth is tied to how much we produce. It disguises itself as ambition, but in reality, it’s atrap of the enemy—keeping us exhausted, distracted, and too busy to hear God’s voice. When we’re constantly chasing the next goal, we lose sight of what truly matters:faith, family, and purpose.
Yes, work is good, but God never called us toburnout and striving. He calls us totrust, obedience, and divine rest. Let’s stop glorifying the grind and start walking in thepeace and provision He promises. 💙
Here are a few ways to navigate pain with more positivity:Acknowledge and accept: Don't fight or deny the pain. Acknowledge its presence without judgment. Acceptance doesn't mean you like it, but it allows you to move forward.Focus on what you can control: Instead of dwelling on the pain itself, focus on what you can control: your thoughts, your breathing, your response.Find healthy outlets: Explore healthy coping mechanisms like exercise, mindfulness, spending time in nature, creative expression (art, music, writing), or connecting with loved ones.Seek support: Don't hesitate to reach out to friends, family, a therapist, or a support group. Sharing your experiences can provide immense relief and offer valuable perspectives.Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself during this challenging time. Treat yourself with the same understanding and compassion you would offer a dear friend.Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. Be patient with yourself, and celebrate small victories along the way.
Coaching yourself can be incredibly rewarding, offering the autonomy to define your own goals and tailor strategies to your unique needs. You become the architect of your own growth, celebrating victories big and small.
However, the journey is not without its challenges. Self-discipline can be a formidable opponent, and it's easy to fall prey to procrastination or self-sabotage.
Navigating this terrain requires unwavering self-belief, consistent effort, and the courage to confront internal resistance. Ultimately, the success of self-coaching hinges on your ability to cultivate unwavering self-compassion, learn from setbacks, and persistently strive toward your vision.
Studying the Bible in a way that makes it practical for daily living is a powerful and transformative process. To do this effectively, you’ll need a combination of intentionality, reflection, and application. Here’s a step-by-step approach that can help:
Start with PrayerBefore you begin reading, take a moment to pray, asking God to open your heart and mind to His Word. Ask for understanding, wisdom, and guidance to apply the lessons to your life.
Choose a Plan or FocusRather than aimlessly reading, choose a Bible reading plan or a specific book or passage to focus on. Here are some options:Books of the Bible: Start with a book like the Psalms, Proverbs, or one of the Gospels (e.g., Mark or John) that speaks directly to practical living.Themes: Focus on specific themes such as forgiveness, patience, love, or trust.Character Studies: Study the lives of biblical figures like David, Paul, Esther, or Jesus to learn from their experiences.
Read with PurposeDon’t rush through the text. Take time to understand each verse. Ask yourself questions as you read, such as:
What does this passage teach about God?What does this passage teach about human nature? How does this relate to my life? What is God asking me to do or change?

What if the thing you are running away from is the exact thing you should be running into? Sometimes fear can be loud or it can be sneaky. Let's dive in the short episode and learn how to overcome fear.
Today, I want to talk about why I don't pray or worry from a Christian perspective. I know this might be a controversial topic, but I feel it's important to be honest about my beliefs.
The Bible teaches us that we should not worry about anything, but instead cast all our cares on God. This is because He knows our needs and loves us unconditionally. When we worry, we are essentially telling God that we don't trust Him to take care of us.
I believe that prayer is a powerful tool, but it's not a magic wand. We can'tjust pray for things to happen and expect them to happen. We need to have faith that God will work in our lives, even if we don't understand how.
Instead of worrying, we should focus on living our lives to the fullest and trusting in God's plan for us. This doesn't mean that we won't face challenges, but it means that we can face them with peace and confidence, knowing that God is with us.
I know that this might not be the traditional Christian viewpoint, but I believe that it's a more accurate reflection of what the Bible teaches.
Thanks for watching!

Do men have a hard time building a relationship with God? YES!
In this episode, we dig deep so you can understand how we got there. Let's dive in!
The Bible emphasizes obedience as a reflection of love and trust in God. When we choose to obey God's commands, we demonstrate our belief in His wisdom and goodness.
It's a way of acknowledging His authority and seeking His guidance in our lives.
Additionally, obedience often leads to blessings and protection, as God promises to care for those who follow His ways. Ultimately, obedience is a key component of a deeper relationship with God, allowing us to experience His love and grace more fully.
The impact of social media on men is a complex issue with both potential benefits and drawbacks. While platforms can provide valuable connections, build communities, and offer access to information, concerns exist regarding their influence on male identity.
Excessive social media use can contribute to unrealistic comparisons, fostering anxiety and body image issues. The constant stream of curated perfection can erode self-esteem and promote a hyper-masculine ideal that may be detrimental to mental health.
Furthermore, the echo chambers and algorithmic biases inherent in many platforms can reinforce existing prejudices and limit exposure to diverse perspectives, hindering personal growth and critical thinking.

Humans, like any living organism, require periods of rest and rejuvenation to function optimally. Recharging involves activities that restore energy, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
This can encompass various practices such as adequate sleep, engaging in hobbies, spending time in nature, connecting with loved ones, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in physical activity.
These activities help to replenish depleted resources, allowing individuals to return to their daily lives with renewed focus, creativity, and resilience.

Your wife can become your best teammate by fostering a bond of trust, respect, and open communication.
When you share your hopes, dreams, and fears, you create a safe space for vulnerability and growth.
By supporting each other's goals and celebrating each other's successes, you build a strong foundation of mutual respect. Together, you can overcome any obstacle and achieve anything you set your minds to.
You don't become Batman at a specific moment in time. It's a continuous journey of self-discovery, discipline, and unwavering commitment to justice.
It starts with recognizing the darkness within yourself and the world around you. It's about embracing the shadows, not fearing them.
It's about using your strengths to protect the innocent and fight for what's right. In every challenge, every triumph, and every sacrifice, you become a little more like the Dark Knight.
Muting negative voices, both internal and external, is a powerful step towards personal growth and empowerment. It involves consciously choosing to disregard self-doubt and criticism from others.
By practicing mindfulness, positive affirmations, and surrounding yourself with supportive people, you can gradually silence these negative voices. Remember, your worth is not determined by the opinions of others, but by your own belief in yourself.
The mind, a relentless scorekeeper, tracks our triumphs and failures, amplifying both. It's a habit ingrained within us, often unconsciously.
To break free from this cycle, we must learn to acknowledge these thoughts without judgment, and redirect our focus towards the present moment.
This mindful approach allows us to cultivate a more compassionate and balanced perspective, freeing ourselves from the tyranny of the past and the anxiety of the future.
You can probably guess, this came from my mom! Listen to this one for the laughs but the hidden gems as well.
Fitness challenges can be a powerful tool for motivation and progress, but they need to be approached strategically. Start by choosing a challenge that aligns with your fitness level and goals.
Break down the challenge into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Track your progress regularly, whether it's through a journal, fitness app, or simply checking off completed workouts. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, to stay motivated.
Remember, consistency is key, so focus on building sustainable habits rather than short-term bursts of intense activity.
The time between therapy sessions is crucial for fostering personal growth and solidifying the progress made during appointments.
It's a time to practice newly learned coping mechanisms, challenge negative thought patterns, and implement the strategies discussed with your therapist.
By actively engaging in these practices, you're not only reinforcing therapeutic gains but also demonstrating a commitment to your mental well-being. Remember, therapy is a collaborative effort, and the work you do outside of sessions significantly impacts the overall effectiveness of the process.
When God calls you higher, it's an invitation to a life of extraordinary purpose. It's a summons to step beyond your comfort zone and embrace the unknown, trusting in His divine guidance.
This journey may be filled with challenges, but the rewards are immeasurable. Listen to the whispers of your heart, seek wisdom through prayer and scripture, and be open to the opportunities that arise.
Remember, with God's grace and your unwavering faith, you can achieve heights you never thought possible.

Men often struggle to open up due to unresolved pain and a lack of tools to express their emotions.
Women typically have support systems that encourage regular sharing.
Men may hide their feelings, push away loved ones, and carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
They may turn to destructive behaviors as a result. Healing and opening up is a journey that requires support and understanding.
It is important to create safe spaces for men to talk and seek help.
In this episode, Drew Cost shares a personal experience of feeling frustrated when things didn't go as planned during a Zoom call.
He reflects on how his prayer to be a great father and pour into his daughter is being answered through spending more time with her.
Drew encourages listeners to recognize that prayers are being answered, even if not in the way they expect, and to express gratitude for the progress made.
He challenges them to think about where they were three years ago and how prayers have been answered since then.

In this episode of the Unstuck Podcast, I explore the idea of what if God is waiting on you instead of the other way around.
Using the story of Joshua from the Bible to illustrate this concept.
Emphasizing that God may not be waiting for us to feel 100% ready or confident before taking action. I want to encourage you the listener to make decisions and take steps, even if they don't have all the answers or feel completely prepared.
I discuss the importance of not being afraid to do things differently and not needing to be understood by everyone.

Niching down can offer numerous benefits, including establishing expertise, attracting a specific audience, and differentiating oneself from competitors.
It allows individuals to focus their efforts, resources, and marketing strategies more effectively, potentially leading to increased success and recognition within their chosen niche. However, niching can also limit opportunities and may require a deeper understanding of a particular market segment.
Therefore, individuals should carefully consider their objectives and weigh the pros and cons before deciding whether to niche down or maintain a broader focus.

Moses, revered as a prophet in various religious traditions, experienced a profound journey from apprehension to leadership. Born during a time when Hebrew males were being killed, he was hidden and eventually found by Pharaoh's daughter, raised in privilege yet aware of his Hebrew heritage. Fleeing after killing an Egyptian who mistreated a Hebrew, he encountered God in the burning bush. Despite initial reluctance due to self-doubt and fear of speaking publicly, Moses was chosen to lead his people out of slavery in Egypt. With divine guidance and support from his brother Aaron, he confronted Pharaoh, led the Exodus, and eventually received the Ten Commandments. Moses' story is one of overcoming personal uncertainties to fulfill a destiny that shaped a nation's history.

Justification and sanctification stand as pillars in the journey of a Christian's spiritual growth.
Justification is the profound declaration of God's grace, where through faith in Christ, we are acquitted of our sins and declared righteous before God.
It is the unmerited gift, not earned by deeds, but bestowed through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Sanctification, on the other hand, is the ongoing process of transformation guided by the Holy Spirit.
It's the journey of being set apart, purified, and molded into the likeness of Christ.
While justification is the moment of being made right with God, sanctification is the continual journey of becoming more like Him in our thoughts, actions, and character.
Both are integral elements of the Christian walk, showcasing God's grace in justifying us and His loving guidance in sanctifying us for His divine purpose.

The phrase "David and Goliath" originates from the biblical story in which a young shepherd named David defeats the giant warrior Goliath with just a sling and a stone. Metaphorically, the story is often used to represent the triumph of the underdog against overwhelming odds. However, it's important to note that there isn't a universal requirement for anyone to "defeat Goliath."
In various contexts, "Goliath" might symbolize challenges, obstacles, or oppressive forces that individuals or groups face. The idea of defeating Goliath can represent the struggle for justice, overcoming adversity, or standing up against powerful entities. It's a narrative that resonates with the human desire for justice, fairness, and the belief that individuals, no matter how small or seemingly powerless, can make a difference.
In reality, situations can be complex, and not every challenge needs to be framed as a battle between David and Goliath. Sometimes, collaboration, negotiation, or finding common ground might be more effective than outright defeat. The metaphor serves as a reminder that courage, resourcefulness, and determination can lead to positive change, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Procrastination and faith are two concepts that are often considered in different contexts, but they can intersect in various ways, especially when it comes to personal development and goal achievement.
Procrastination:Procrastination refers to the act of delaying or postponing tasks. It is often associated with avoiding unpleasant or challenging activities in favor of more pleasurable or less demanding ones. Procrastination can hinder personal and professional growth, as it may lead to missed opportunities, increased stress, and unfulfilled goals.
Faith:Faith, on the other hand, is often linked to belief, trust, or confidence in something that cannot be directly proven or seen. It can be a spiritual or religious concept, involving trust in a higher power or a set of principles. Faith can also extend to belief in oneself, in the sense of having confidence and trust in one's abilities and the pursuit of personal goals.
Intersection:The intersection between procrastination and faith can occur when individuals face challenges or uncertainties. For example:
Faith in the process:
Overcoming fear with faith:
Procrastination is often driven by fear of failure, rejection, or the unknown. Having faith in oneself and the belief that challenges can be overcome can serve as a counterforce to procrastination.
Faith-based motivation:
For some, faith can be a source of motivation. Believing in a higher purpose or divine plan may encourage individuals to take action and not procrastinate on tasks that align with their values and beliefs.
Balancing patience and action:
Faith can involve patience and the belief that things will unfold in their own time. While patience is valuable, it's essential to balance it with taking appropriate actions to avoid falling into the trap of procrastination.
It's important to note that faith alone may not be sufficient to overcome procrastination. Combining faith with practical strategies, such as goal setting, time management, and breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable steps, can provide a comprehensive approach to addressing procrastination and working toward personal and professional aspirations.

The difference with Biblical Christianity is that a relationship with God is not a “scratch my back and I will scratch yours” relationship. I get it, hard work is difficult. Nobody wants to work hard if they were given a choice. But hard work is important for success.
I know, I have said it before that “direction is more important than speed”, which is correct, but still, without putting in the work, even if you are in the right direction, nothing’s going to move.
Some people argue as to which is more important: hard work VS smart work.
Here’s the answer: both!
You need both – the right strategy + hard work – to create the results you want.
Without any one of them, success is NOT going to happen. Yes, you are going to need a proven plan, a strategy, and the right direction to get there.
Alain de Botton, the founder of The School of Life, once said, “There is no such thing as work-life balance. Everything worth fighting for unbalances your life.” Instead of mulling over whether you’re striking a good balance between work and life, perhaps a better question would be this: What do you value? Everyone’s scales tip differently, according to what we value. If you value your career above all else, you will naturally devote more of your life to it, even shaping the rest of your life around your career. If you treasure your family, your health and such, these things will be at the center of your life while your work orbits in the periphery.

We are back to the questions I get asked. I love answering them here to give my listeners a deeper insight of who I am.
Everyone has days when they need a break. But when a man says "I'm tired," what does it actually mean? Many experts believe that this statement is a sign of emotional exhaustion, rather than physical exhaustion. The emotional strain of having to manage and deal with difficult situations can quickly wear a person down. It's more than just feeling physically drained; it's feeling overwhelmed, helpless, and defeated. When a man is under stress, he may use the phrase “I’m tired” to express his frustration.
He may be trying to communicate his feelings without the need for a more intense conversation. He may be feeling overwhelmed but doesn’t want to go into the details and so he chooses instead to express it in a less direct way. The feeling of being “tired” can also lead to depression. Depression can manifest itself in many different ways, including sadness, anger, lethargy, and social withdrawal. A man's level of depression can often be gauged by his response when someone asks how he's feeling and he says “I’m tired.”
When it comes to how to help a man who may be feeling emotionally exhausted, it’s important to remember that good self-care is essential. It’s important to give him the space to talk about what he’s feeling and why he’s feeling it. Inviting him to join you in activities that he enjoys can also be helpful, as it can provide an opportunity for relaxation and get away from stressful situations. Additionally, having someone who is willing to listen without judgment can make a huge difference in helping him work through his feelings. Being exhausted, both physically and emotionally, can have a major impact on a person’s life. But with some understanding and support, it is possible to get through it. When a man says "I'm tired," take it seriously, and offer him the help and support that he needs.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

A lot of times, people just want to be heard. Do you remember the last time someone listened to you?
The thing with failure is the longer you stay in failure the more it gets a grip on you. The longer you fail to make a new start, the harder it is to move on from failure. Take Moses for example, his failure had him stuck in the desert for 40 years! This man went from great leader in Egypt to forty years in the back-end of a desert taking care of sheep. Forty years of failure – why did he stay there that long?
Failure has a voice. The longer we sit in the downward spiral of failure, the more certain voices get established in your head.

It's easy to make excuses or encounter several obstacles along the way. While we can't entirely control these situations, it's essential to commit yourself to regular workout time. Allot an hour or so to your fitness plan and rearrange your schedule around this time. You must also take the extra initiative to stick to the schedule as much as possible. Choose a time that works best for you - this can be the time when you're not too busy or that time of the day when you're at peak of your energy.

You hear the word ‘hustle’ a lot lately – but what does it really mean? Entrepreneurs do it, millennials are after it, and successful people swear by it.

‘Hustle’ today means going after what you want – by spending all your time and energy on working harder than everybody else.

Perfectionism can make you feel unhappy with your life. It can lead to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and self-harm. Eventually, it can also lead you to stop trying to succeed. Even mild cases can interfere with your quality of life, affecting your personal relationships, education, or work.
Let's chime into this podcast!
Love is one of the most powerful forces. I would honestly say it's the best force. Yet, we struggle with it when it comes to ourselves. We see every flaw, we compare and it becomes something that's unattainable for us, or is it? Let's dive in!
In order to change your perspective, you need to change your emotional and mental inputs. Find sources of positive influence such as books, blogs, and spiritual leaders. Don't rely solely on sources of information that focus on the undesirable things happening in our world. Check out this episode!
1 : a struggle for supremacy or control usually involving two antagonists. 2 : a contest in which two teams pull against each other at opposite ends of a rope with the object of pulling the middle of the rope over a mark on the ground.
Life is wonderful in that sense. You will always be given another chance. No matter what you have done, who you are, your past, or present, there is always a second chance in the future. There is always an opportunity to fix what you’ve broken, and to start anew. I know you may feel that some mistakes are undo-able, but trust me, you will get a second chance. For example, if you have been in an abusive relationship, it’s not over, there are second chances. You can get in a new relationship and learn from that mistake because life gave you a second chance to do it right. Even though we have all messed up in life to a certain degree.. and sometimes it may seem like all we have are “failures”, we will never run out of ways to redo ourselves. There will always be another test, another dance competition, another job, another hockey game. We will never run out of second chances.
When you set clear priorities, you are saying “This is the most important thing for you right now”. It follows that if you say something is most important, then other things must be less important. However, if you want your team to focus, you need to make sure you have the capacity to do so.
Work on Yourself - Work on Yourself means taking your energy, time and focus off of the personality-disordered individual in your life and restoring a more healthy balance where you spend an appropriate amount of time on improving your own situation, regardless of what the person who suffers from the personality
In our own lives, this too can happen. Like a tree, we may go through times when we feel like we're being pruned. Check out the podcast and see the benefit of pruining.

Everyone has thoughts come into their mind seemingly out of nowhere, and at times these thoughts can be negative and destructive, taking you away from the achievement of your goals. When these negative thoughts get out of control, consider going on a mental diet.
A mental diet is a habit of refusing to entertain any negative thoughts. As soon as you notice inner thoughts telling a negative story, you immediately replace them. Like a regular diet, mental diets require discipline and attention, and they’re best done in short stints, which can help to kickstart you into a new way of thinking.

Procrastination is associated with a variety of dangers and negative effects, including worse academic performance, worse financial status, increased interpersonal relationship issues, reduced wellbeing, and worse mental and physical health. With knowing that why do we still do it?
We're human and sometimes procrastination is masked. Let's dig in with the podcast.
If you start thinking about people about what they talk about what you do, then you are losing your soul to others.
