Do we need an art industry? In Taiwan, we don’t have an art industry yet and our government is continuously encouraging us to build one since around 2008. Obviously, the progress was slowed down by the pandemic, but we can tell that some foundations aren’t well established yet since long time ago so it feels like while we are building it, more questions and problems appear.
