One of my best friends Michelle was a victim of a hit and run about 5 months ago. In this episode we chat about the injuries she sustained, and how she has felt during the healing process.

In this episode we also reference the musical artist Nightbirde, who tragically passed away a few weeks before our recording. Last Episode Conner and I talked about balancing relationships in the workplace. We focused a bit more on really keeping our own mental health safe in relation to work.
