This was such a great conversation with Bonnie Pyles from Wild West Air and Heating. She shared with me about their business philosophies in a world where people are so quick to compromise their integrity to make a dollar. We also talked about their new nonprofit program that they started to help certify and teach kids who have aged out of the foster system to help give them a great start to life with hands on training that may not be available to them otherwise.
Please visit their websites for more information or to make a donation to help a few kids get some education -

On this episode I'm talking to Chuck Roberts who was my best friend all through high school. We were recently talking and he mentioned some of the horrible things he went through as a kid before being adopted at the age of 15. I never knew his story and he was willing to share with everyone how he survived all of that trauma.
Sometimes being from a small town, we feel like everyone knows our story, and that's just not true. Listen as we have some revelations about life and what we thought we knew.
Check out our YouTube Channel for the full hour of our conversation, we talked a lot about our lives after high school, and how we wound up where we are now.

On this episode I am talking to Heather Rodriguez of Sourdough Mafia Co. She talks about her love of business, and how she's helping people learn the art of baking sourdough bread with her virtual classes.
I love that you can go at your own pace, and there's also a growing community and ongoing support for the questions and techniques that you can learn as you get more seasoned in baking. I've personally learned that working with sourdough starter is a little different than regular cooking and baking, and while it can be a bit challenging at times, the reward is some great tasting homemade food!

We started this episode with no agenda, and it turned out to be a great conversation that covered a range of topics. We talked about Mercury Retrograde, my technical struggles, alternate realities and the meanings of dreams and deja vu. We also talked about how much has changed in the world in the last 120 years, technological advancements, and how synchronicity plays a role in our day to day lives. My Grandma Helen also made an appearance, which was cool too.
