My wife, nearly 1000 women. We have the ability to polarize our audience with our story, our out-of-the-box thinking and really, the lessons we have learned to save our toxic, abusive and sexless marriage. I am also incredible at creating systems that circumvent the "normal" way Society encourages saving or, even simply, helping struggling marriages. As a managing, severe narcissist who only knew 7 day anger binges and how to emotionally abuse, physically and sexually assault my wife...7 separations...A restraining order and 1 year of probation after being charged with assault…I was going to lose it all. I began learning.Court mandated anger management did not work. 14 years of therapy... nothing. It's no wonder Society's solutions are not working, and divorce rates are climbing.I got to work. My wife followed. Between Kathryn and me, we have spent $380,000 on courses, certifications, diplomas, degrees, books and countless coaches and mentors. With 250K followers and growing, I am certain that by the time our children marry, our purpose to flip divorce statistics, will serve them well... including yours.”To connect with Cass, please visit:MorrowMarriage.com

I refused treatment to get pregnant, even though it was against my doctors recommendations. My partner and I were blessed and I got pregnant 8 months after my lumpectomy. I am happy to talk about all those things. I was also bankrupt at one time and have thrived financially since.I have recently expanded my focus to support women and young girls to develop their personal power so they heal from their past, attract their soulmate love and build the wealth they desire. My programs focus on developing their leadership, personal power, communication, sales and business skills so they are confident and capable to engage strategically and effectively in any business environment.”To connect with Sophie, please visit:https://instagram.com/thesophiedeslauriers

Today I had an opportunity to interview Wesley Jackson who is a host at Surviving Humanity podcast. While being blessed and privileged in many ways, much of Wesley’s life has been rife with mental, emotional, and even physical abuse.Due to this, he spent much of his life living with feelings of anger, fear, guilt, and shame bottled up inside him. This trauma was made worse due to being “twice-exceptional”, leading to a life full of hardship and misunderstanding. What all of these experiences ultimately led to was a life completely full of denial and a near-absolute void of self-love.He has gotten through this by reconnecting with his authentic self from childhood - before all of the conditioning and programming.Wesley believes that if we hope to ever collectively heal this world, we must begin by first discarding the guilt, shame, and fear we feel when it comes to both expressing our authentic truths and acknowledging our lived experiences for what they were.To connect with Wesley, please visit:https://www.facebook.com/SurvivingHumanityPodcasthttps://twitter.com/SurviveHumanshttps://www.reddit.com/r/SurvivingHumanity/

In today’s episode, I interview Paul Zolman who is the author of the book “Role of love”.
The author of love is God. In His wisdom, He placed us in a variety of circumstances that require us to find our way back to His pure love. So, what qualifies Paul Zolman to speak about love? His childhood experience of the opposite of love. From that austere beginning, and the distaste it formed inside him, he searched for and eventually created a method that transformed his life from anger to loving everyone. Growing up in a family of abuse, physical touch became his preferred love style, only because of the regularity. He could almost count on it. It was consistent. He came to think that was the way to express love. But deep inside, he knew that was a twisted belief. He wanted a better life for himself, which is why he created a paradigm shift that works. In this book, you’ll find what helped Paul Zolman move from a childhood boot camp of abuse to being a person who loves everyone and can find good about anyone in any circumstance. This is truly the role of love.

Diagnosed as having ADHD in his teens, Adam suffered with low self esteem and feelings of guilt and shame as he navigated the complex world of entering adulthood. In his early 20’s, the responsibilities and stress from striving to meet societal expectations, led Adam to living with daily anxiety. All this changed when Adam discovered Rock Climbing in his late 20's. Rock climbing allowed Adam to discovered the true power of his nervous system regulation and how to utilize “The Moments of Life” to alter how his brain functioned and how his body performed. Today I had an opportunity to interview Indra Rinzler who is an astrologer, a spiritual guide and a shaman. His message to all of you: “ I started and managed several successful small businesses spread over a variety of service and product industries during my 30's and 40's. My theme was to use my own cutting edge view point and values to frame a traditional business in service to the highest human ideals. I was a minister and councilor in my community, working with the staffs and the public in the businesses in supportive ways. I had an interest even at that time encouraging people around me to grow and expand beyond self-inflicted limitations. In 1999 my life changed in many ways. First, I was introduced to the Enneagram and began an in-depth study of this fascinating modality. Intuitively I felt there to be a connection between astrology and the Enneagram. My mathematical nature saw that the two modalities speak with one voice but from two perspectives. I was soon fortunate to meet and study with Dr. Curtis Blair who had developed a workable system for explaining the relationship between the two disciplines. At the core of this relationship was its connection to all of existence. I did not know at the time, but I would spend the next 15 years exploring the depth of what he shared with me. I found the magic string from which all else generates. Also then in 1999, I starting spending half the year traveling the world buying hand made items, textiles, jewelry, spiritual items, for my business selling handicrafts wholesale to stores in the US. I was very fortunate to be able to travel extensively for pleasure while on buying trips. I have great memories of sitting with awakened teachers and of my visits to many holy places--places of natural beauty and places of spiritual power, on all the continents of the world. The whole time traveling I was observing my human brothers and sisters in all these different cultures. The truth became clear, we are not so different. Cultures may seem different at first, but eventually as you spent time enmeshed not separate from them, the sense of difference disappears. Eventually as the reflections gained larger focus, I realized the immensity of the universe and it's natural connection to our Earth. All is made of the same materials. There is no other. During this traveling time I started giving Astrology/Enneagram, Celestial Enneagram readings to people I met along the way, wanting to share truth about who we really are. Now retired and settled back in the US with grandchildren, I feel inward delight that's its time now to share the wisdom and insight I have been honored to receive, here in a more dynamic way. I hope to inspire and teach you to live inwardly in the freedom that is present in each moment no matter your life circumstance. Freedom is immediately available to us all. In sharing a life time of experience with my readings and teaching, I am fascinated with new found beauty and opportunity I find in words and letters. I find the challenge of communication so helpful in our search for the essence of our true being. For eventually I believe we will grow to see from all the seats at the table, to encompass all the points of view to make us whole. My college degree, business and life experiences, marriage and child raising, travel and study of great traditions, meditation and spiritual practices--all this and more combine to make me who I am, just as your experiences make you, you. My greatest wish is to be of service to you. It's such a dynamic time these first years in our new century, people all over the world are simultaneously feeling the call to wake up. Let's all join together in celebration.”

In today’s episode, I interview Dr. Christopher K. Slaton who is the author of 'Education and Science' literature and the founder of the Human Systems Science: the study of brain, body, and sense events to improve the sense and receive path functions of people that have been hurt by major life events in the home, school, neighborhood, and workplace networks. Christopher K. Slaton, Ed.D., developed the Progressive Investing Institute of Focused Learning in 2000 to study child development through the application of action research, systems thinking, and human science. The applied use of action research with children and parents in crisis led to human systems research, as the study of self; other people, and the environment. The applied use of systems thinking led to human systems science, as the study of brain, body, and sense events. Hence, the applied use of human science led to the study of human, cognitive, and behavior sciences. As a practitioner of human systems science, my interest has always been focused on the study of human contact, human cognition, and human behavior.
Christopher K. Slaton has used education to become more informed about the brain and science to discipline the body as a human systems scientist with more than 25 years of studying brain, body, and sense events. Hence, learning how to inform the brain and discipline the body is a personal practice of education and science. This is why; Human Systems Science represents a fundamental change in the way brain, body, and sense events are viewed in terms of the Brain’s Body. The brain is the body. The body is not the brain. The Brain’s Body is the inner/outer sense of self in the study of sense and receive path functions; brain, body, sense events; energy, action, and feelings; and physical, emotional, and mental acts or behaviors."

Today I had an opportunity to interview Dana Shamas who is Executive Health and Wellness Coach. For the longest time, Dana used to think that her intuitive gifts made her…well…a little bit of an oddball. But growing up, Dana was told she was too sensitive, too emotional, and she was better off trying to “toughen up” so Dana could make it in the real world. It wasn’t safe for her to feel the feels.Eventually, she realized that her purpose in life wasn’t to lean into what the rest of the world was doing. Her purpose was to help other people tap into their highest selves, so they can create a deeper connection to their true worth and identity, as well as their dreams and goals, so they can impact the world. In today’s episode, I interview Jon Katz who is a personal coach at Food Ways Coaching.Jon had an intensely neurotic upbringing on the Upper West Side of Manhattan that left him with the best and the worst that the neighborhood has to offer: extreme cultural acumen and a ton of intergenerational pain, respectively. He lived in New Orleans from the age of 18-32, first in college and then wallowing on-and-off in the degenerate filth of that city's service industry: a localized hell of drugs, alcohol, hook-ups, broken dreams and lack of commitment. Jon spent years in his 20s traveling the world, working on sustainable local agriculture projects. This gave him a deep and abiding love for local food, food systems, and alternative ways of living and being. It was also a way for him to run from his problems (fun fact: one can never run from that which they carry within themselves). In late 2020 Jon went through a horrendous breakup after his fiancée came out as a lesbian. This drove him to the absolute PIT of temporary pleasure-seeking, and was the catalyst for him to, after a period of intense pain, turn his life around.Since getting healthy Jon has established a citywide food rescue program that currently feeds thousands of families a week with edible but unsalable food donations that would otherwise be thrown out. This is an extension of his love for self and his drive to heal his own system: healing a broken food system. Then Jon experienced an apartment fire on August 1, 2022. This was a massive blessing in disguise--by stripping him of "everything", he learned that, with the proper perspective, nothing of value can ever be taken from us, because what is truly valuable are our internal assets. Following the fire, he didn't skip a beat with his program, either.Jon has found that coaching others others is THE GREATEST FEELING IN THE WORLD. There is NO GREATER HIGH (and this is from someone that went to Burning Man, twice) than helping to absolve people of pain--the same pain that he managed to absolve himself of. This is his life's mission. His calling. His purpose. To connect with Jon, please visit:https://www.linkedin.com/in/jon-katz-1844881a3IG: @nycfoodways
In today’s episode, I interview Laura Ann Gilpin who is a soulful coach, an energy worker, a business owner and a podcast host. Her whole life Laura Ann wondered why it all seemed so hard for her? To cope and to live in the way she was “supposed to” and could see others doing. Struggling with disordered eating as a teen and into her early twenties morphed into drug and alcohol addiction and a hamster wheel of toxic relationships, finally landing her in a long chapter of Chronic Illness that brought her to her knees and a true dark night of the soul.At this point she had already been working in the Healing Arts as a Massage Therapist, Myofascial Release Therapist, Energy Worker and Soulful Coach for many years. Being of service to others and facilitating their healing opened the door for Laura Ann to do that work for herself. It was her own healing journey from childhood trauma, a lifetime of numbing out with drugs and alcohol, and, finally, those years of chronic illness, that brought Laura Ann into sobriety and awakened her to her Empath nature. All of this created the space and clarity she needed to listen to her heart, her guides, and Source, to discover her true purpose work - showing up in service to Empaths and Sensitives. Empowering them on their own healing journey to embrace their Sensitivity Superpowers. And to help build a community where Empaths and Sensitives can come to learn, listen to and support one another and know they aren’t alone. This is Sensitive Collective. Laura Ann does this work with one-to-one Healing Mentorship, her Masterclass Series, and through The Sensitive Collective Podcast.IG - @sensitive.collectiveWebsite - https://sensitivecollective.com/Podcast One Sheet (including Bio) - https://www.canva.com/design/DAFHz6QoXw8/woL4anf8eTsAFJxG6OhyUw/view?utm_content=DAFHz6QoXw8&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton
