How do stay 100% Covid-19 Free?
Sneezes and coughs, sneezes and coughs, the sound of the ambulance sirens every day. Daily check on the news reporting on the number of infected individuals, the number of individuals infected with covid-19 with serious symptoms warded to the Intensive care unit, and the report of deaths. That was the daily routine of most people with daily anticipation of the successful development of covid-19 vaccine when covid-19 infection started to become widespread all over the globe.
These are the essentials you can’t do without wherever you are, hand sanitizers, antibacterial wipes, and surgical masks. The more extreme ones may even ensure the face shields are readily available.
Hopes lingering and most of our wishes come true, we are all scheduled for vaccination against Covid-19. Yay! I guess when many people desperately wished for something, you get a miracle!
So to stay covid free, my experience is to ensure your hands stay sanitized at all times. How? Well, be conscientious about staying sanitized at all costs. Whenever you touch something and you are not sure if those items had been sanitized, please wash or sanitize your hands before your next routine or move on to do the next thing, especially eating or meal times. Here is what I did, especially when we need to make regular purchases of groceries from the supermarket. Note that the items in the supermarket are touched by many from shoppers to staff who might have sneezed on the items unintentionally or could have used their hands to cover their mouth when they coughed and then they touched the items, here you go, imagine if there are Covid-19 virus transmitted on any of the items that you had purchased, you touched the item, overlooking the fact that covid-19 could be transmitted this way, then you touched your family members, worse you touch vulnerable babies, even worst your eyes, ears and mouth. Soon, just like that, you found yourself running a fever, down with flu, coughing and feeling fatigue, and loss of taste buds. Then you realised your family members are also infected with the covid-19 virus.

Hey! Welcome to Our Life Giant Season 1 Episode 6: Do you think Religion is your pass to Heaven?
Lightings along the roads across streets, perhaps the whole town or whole state or city almost whole year round. Festive decoration outside and inside the houses with lightings. Ah! Festivals and Celebrations of remarkable ancient persons and their events with their teachings as written on the religious historic books or scriptures.
Well, let’s see, were your thoughts now on after life? If you are without a religion, will you end up no where? Hmmm, the debate for this will go on in circles together with which is the rightful belief of the rightful creator?
You may have a religion and your main reason for your belief is to go to heaven and be redeemed for your sins (moral wrong doings). But how can we say the other religions and beliefs are wrong and they may not end up in heaven and be redeem from their sins if they have been kind, follow the teachings of their beliefs to contribute to the societies and to ensure the well-beings of earthlings around them? Pls comment. I hope to hear your thoughts! 😊🙏🏼
Hence my conclusion is: not everyone needs a religion or to have a belief if you are morally well calibrated, be good and do good, be kind and be a society contributor! Do you agree? Also you need to be mentally strong to ensure you are always making the right decisions. Pls comment.

Hey! Lovely, a warm welcome to episode 2 of Our Life Giant Blog and Podcast.
This episode was written immediately after I published the 1st episode on the "Giant sneaking into your life", hence I have yet to gather keen individual to interview about her/his life giant.
Well, as promised, I am going to share about my experience at a school camp and erh.. yes, some ghosts encounters. It was during my high school days. We were having a combined uniform groups camping for 3 days and 2 nights in the school.
So, on Day 1, as you might have known, we were usually excited and anticipating adventures and lots of fun activities during those 3 days. Most of us carried our backpacks and hand carriers, gathered to receive instructions on our new assigned team and team mates who would be sharing the same room, hey remember it's school camp not hotel or resort "camp" (giggles), well we slept in the classroom, about 8 or 10 of us of the same gender of course, strictly same gender, especially for this school, ah why? Its a mission school, we got very staunch teachers in their beliefs for all dos and don'ts for the underage students. Having assigned to our classroom, we ran to grab the best part of the classroom, where else the corners away from the doors, yeap, more privacy (as if , laughing). Once we all settled down with our belongings and laying out our sleeping bags, there it went! Gossiping time, nope, I meant sharing time among team mates before the next activity.
There it went! Guess what! We were astonished to hear from one of the team mates about a recent death of our school caregiver and gatekeeper. As far as the information went, he passed on in the school and were told there were words going around that his spirit or some said soul, stick to his usual working routine, even after he passed on, patrolling the school, riding a bicycle every day after midnight. This was no freaking joke then, as we verified that he really died recently and we knew he lived in the school, like a watchman for the school at night. Well, having heard that, it sent some chill down the spine and definitely no one wish to encounter his spirit during our stay in the school. We started to take lots of precaution and planned our route around the school, where to avoid and when to avoid in order not to freak out during the school camp and looked like an idiot screaming for help.
We went on for some intensive activities organised by our seniors and had fun, managed to forget what we were being updated during the sharing in our "bedroom".
Time passed really fast when we were packed with activities. Soon its bedtime, we had to take turn doing patrol. Phew, not me.
Next, before we all go to bed, it was story time, then, someone came up with another ghost story about some ghostly granny seating on the ceiling fan in one of the classrooms, etc...

Ever since young, I always feel there is this giant camera or perhaps the invisible giant overlooking my life.
Frankly, can't exactly remember when the giant started looking for or watching over me.
Perhaps when there were crowds, yes, that's right.
During a crowded day, I started observing people around me and their behavior, I pondered.
Then I started asking questions like "Why do I feel different from the rest of them?", "What is this feeling of something huge or someone huge overlooking me?", "Why do I feel like I am in a movie, playing a role?"

Now, It got a bit intense and I started to question. "Who am I?"
This just kept going on in my mind especially when I was among the crowd, and somehow I do feel that I stand out like the main role in a movie.
So whatever we do and whatever we say, undoubtedly, or perhaps subconsciously, we know it's been watched.
Not sure if it's that feeling that makes you always want to do the right thing. Yes, I am compelled to do morally right things and sometimes questioned myself as I reflected on what I had done for the day.
