In this episode, Phil jumps on the podcast to talk through his journey with a particular focus on the strategies and principles that he uses to find and maintain balance in his life. We start the episode by analysing Phil's early foundational years and discuss how his experiences through his young adulthood led to his search for fulfilment. This kicks off the focus point of the episode wherein Phil breaks down his "Phil-osophy" on managing personal life, social life, career/work and spirituality. This segment is filled with so many wonderful tips and strategies on living a well-rounded life. We concluded the chat by discussing methods for reflection and I then peppered Phil with a few rapid fire questions. In this episode, Claire jumps on the podcast to talk through her amazing life filled with travel. As always, we started the chat talking about her early years with a particular focus on how she got through her parents getting divorced. We then chatted about life at an all girls school before chatting about what it is like to be a cheerleader! We then moved to the focus point of the episode which was travel! We discussed Claire's year as an English teacher in Paris, her love for the French language and her other adventures abroad. Claire gives us an insight into the major ways in which travel can be beneficial for self development but she also highlights what travel can not achieve. In this episode, Yomi jumps on the podcast to talk through his very interesting life to date. We start with Yomi's early life abroad in Oman and then discuss how sport helped him integrate into Australian society. The conversation then shifts to talking about his choice of academics and becoming a physio with the background of his loss of love for cricket. The focus point of this episode was spirituality. In the first solo episode since the first ever episode of the podcast, I start by reflecting on my life at the moment and assessing my life rating. I then move on to chat about the lessons that I have learnt from starting the podcast, discussing both the biggest highlights and the biggest challenges that I have faced. I also chat about the future of the podcast and what it will look like in the coming weeks. In this episode, James Padley (Pads) jumps on the podcast to have a chat about his very interesting life to date. We begin the very touching and insightful conversation by chatting through the values that Pads holds dear in his life and how they were derived from his younger years. A very special episode with my one and only sister Shenoli! Shenoli jumps on the podcast to go through her life and the battles that she has faced.
