Hello everyone, thank you again for stopping by to give the show a listen. On today's episode, I would like to bring your attention to how the system when it comes to the overall general health of the individual personnel and I will community as being affected. This episode is dedicated to one of my classes. I have to take and School and we were tasked on creating a podcast so I thought why not share some insight with you all on some of the things that are going on in my life.
