In this episode, we hear from Josh Presley, Lead Pastor of Lakeside Community Church in North Waterboro, ME. Joshua was born in East Tennessee, where he spent the first 23 years of his life. After college, he moved to Wake Forest, N.C., to pursue a Master's degree in theology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Right in the middle of his degree, God radically changed the direction of his life, introducing him to his wife Kelsey and moving them to Northern Maine. Ten years and two sons later, God called their family to Lakeside. Pastor Josh has been at Lakeside since 2019 on his second Church Revitalization.

In this episode, Gary Interviews Jim Randall, Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer & Sr Lead Navigator. This episode will discuss the need for process, clarity, and the Jars that keep us trapped from vitality.
As a Lead Navigator for Auxano, Jim Randall has guided churches and evangelical organizations nationwide as a “vision strategist.” He brings a breadth of leadership and church growth knowledge from his proficiency in coaching pastors and leaders in organizational clarity, ministry alignment, and team synergy. Jim has demonstrated achievement as a strategic thinker with a unique ability to bring a group of people to a deep sense of personal ownership and passion. His churches have ranged from 200 to 15,000, and leaders of associations, state conventions, and global denominations.
In addition to consulting, Jim serves as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Auxano. He is directly responsible for leading the rapidly growing team of Navigators and the firm's day-to-day operations. His education includes a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University. Jim lives in Merritt Island, Florida, with his wife. They have one adult son who lives in Alexandria, VA.
