What a launch we have had. We are well over 200 downloads and we have just begun. Thank you for downloading and rating us!
Our cocktail this week is a Maple and Thyme Whiskey Sour. Start by muddling thyme with maple syrup and a dash of orange bitters. Muddle and shake like crazy! Add in the Whiskey of your choice (we used Four Roses.) Shake until you cant shake anymore, add some egg whites and shake some more. Then add ice and.....shake again. This is a great one to warm you up on a cold night.
This week we tackle the art of mastering tough conversations. Our friend Mike Saad from California emailed in and asked us to dig a little deeper on this topic. Nicole brought 4 books to the conversation for resources and they are as follows:

We went out for a pre-recording cocktail this week and met Abbey at Barley & Board in The Colony. Aside from their AMAZING Bleu Cheese Chips, we had a couple of great cocktails. We chose the Opera House, which Abbey willingly modified for Nicole by holding the St. Germain, it makes it a little too sweet for our taste. The ingredients are Hendricks Gin, Jalapeno, St. Germain, rosemary, cranberry, and lime. As an added twist, they light the rosemary on fire and bring it to the table with it smoking.
