Often when we are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, we tend to forget about the basic behaviors that keep our bodies and our minds functioning the best. Think of these as the four corners of your health foundation. Hydration, nutrition, sleep, and movement. When all four corners are strong, our foundation is strong, and we can withstand many challenges both physically and emotionally. When our foundation is not solid, we will have a more difficult time managing through challenges in our lives.
