Set the standard in stone and never waver from it. If you are inconsistent or nonexistent with holding the standard, that is when you fail, lose trust, and run into toxic problems. Everyone in the organization must speak the Core Value language, top level down.

One question that we can stand in the mirror and ask ourselves is, " Am I Valuable?" Do you set standards and hold yourself accountable to those standards? You will never get to where you want to be if you aren't thinking and acting the way you should to get to where you want to be.

Kelby and Drew breakdown accountability and some signs of lacking accountability within an organization or even life in general. Some solutions to combat this are also discussed. You must first accept responsibility for your own actions before focusing on other. As you look down the Chain of Command, you have twice as many looking back up. If everyone is held to the same standard, you don't know who the boss is.
