Travis Lyman is a Lieutenant with the Layton Police Department and has 25 years of law enforcement experience. Lt. Lyman has worked in Patrol, Investigations, and Administration. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session #277.
In 2009 Lt. Lyman took on the role as the first CIT Law Enforcement Regional Coordinator for the Davis County area and helped implement the CIT Program within the region. He and his counterpart from Davis Behavioral Health host two CIT Academies annually at the Layton Police Department, and serve as a resource for the law enforcement and mental health communities in Davis County.

Janet VanBebber is the Chief Racing Officer for the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA). VanBebber is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the racing department, Racing Challenge, and related programs. Janet plays a key role in developing and implementing programs and objectives to promote the advancement of Quarter Horse racing across the globe.
VanBebber’s resume boasts a long and successful career training and racing American Quarter Horses. The former owner of VanBebber Racing Stables of Ledbetter, Texas, she has a long history of involvement with American Quarter Horses and Quarter Horse racing and is well known for being one of the industry’s most accomplished trainers.
In 2011, she became the first female trainer to eclipse the 1,000th career win mark. Her resume also included being the recipient of the 2002 AQHA Mildred n. Vessels Special Achievement Award. Her career includes training world champion TAILOR FIT, who remains ranked as one of the breed’s top money earners-15 years after his final race.
In addition to owning VanBebber Racing Stables of Ledbetter, Texas, Janet has been on the board of directors for both the Texas Quarter Horse Association and the Texas HBPA, while also owning and managing other horse-related enterprises.

Mr. Bennett has been involved in various merger transactions involving businesses of all types, and in working with banking customers to develop new relationships and to move business accounts to new banking relationships. Mr. Bennett assists a number of local community banks and other lenders with lending-related needs including loan documentation, maintenance, and collection. This work regularly includes reviewing and, when necessary, documenting new loans and advising lenders on how to work through troubled debt with struggling borrowers. With respect to planning for individuals, Mr. Bennett assists clients with their estate planning, estate taxation, wills and trusts, probate, and family disputes involving inheritance issues. With almost two decades of experience, Mr. Bennett has worked with clients on a multitude of estate types and has resolved numerous disputes involving estates and the heirs.

He joined Schroders in 2016 and is based in New York. Jonathan was a Senior Market Strategist at Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2016, which involved providing advice to the firm’s sales force and clients on a variety of investing topics, authoring in-depth reports, and traveling frequently throughout the Americas meeting with high-net-worth individuals and middle market institutions. He was a Credit Strategist at Citigroup Smith Barney from 2000 to 2009, which involved providing commentary on the credit markets and coming up with trade ideas for the High Yield, Emerging Markets and Investment Grade corporate bond desks. He was an analyst at Emerging Markets Securities LLC from 1997 to 1999, which involved creating structured trade credit transactions.
