Together, Lance and Grace wandered the wilderness of Mormonism for forty years. Forty long years, God prepared Israel before they received their inheritance in the promised land. Jesus fasted forty days in the wilderness before beginning His ministry. Lance and Grace consider their forty years as a time of preparation for Christian Ministry and loving outreach to the Mormon people.
Grit 'n Grace is their story of rescue from Mormon chains and redemption in Christ Jesus.
You are invited to join them for a fascinating contrast and comparison between Biblical Christianity and the teachings of Mormonism.
Mormon apologists are obsessed with the Mormon garment. With no evidence they have insisted that the followers of God always wore the garment of Joseph Smith. One such apologist is Jonah Barnes who evidence without evidence.

The preserved Word of God tells us all we need to know about the nature and character of God. Recently Jacob Hanson,of Ward Radio, has attempted to normalise the everchanging Mormon God. As a general rule, I pay little attention to such people. But, when they launch false accusations against God and His people, something must be said.

Practices and covenants of the Mormon Temple are and have been subject to constant change. Like a chameleon, the signs, tokens, and traditions have evolved over the generations. The obvious question is this, what does an unchangeable God have in common with chameleons.

We are required, as believers, to contend for God's truth. But how, why, when, and against who? These are the questions we will ask and answer in this episode.
Thankk you to Falls Church and pastor Sam Villalta for allowing us to share our message. Your trust in us is such a gift.

Unlike biblical Christianity, Mormonism is a series of snapshots. Each shot reveals a new and different view of the faith. Every Mormon knows the snapshot of his or her experience and nothing more.

The murmuring Israelites lay in the dirt, dyeing in the most agonizing way imaginable. Moses begged them to look up and be saved. Was it pride, anger, or a rebellious heart that kept them from trusting? Whatever the cause, they laid in the dust and suffered on the road to hell.
In this episode, we will examine the dust where the Mormon people chose to lay and die.

Rockland, Idaho, is tiny—approximately five blocks square—and has a population numbered in the hundreds, not thousands.
The first book of Romans itemizes the decline and destruction of civilization. In this episode, I document the actions of Rockland Mormons that perfectly match the verses of this passage. Here we will see how many suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

It is not my usual practice to go head-to-head with Mormon leaders. Instead, I prefer to examine and contrast Mormon and biblical doctrines. But when a well-placed member of the Mormon church insisted, I relented. Now I leave it to you. Is this a man of God or a man who does not love God?

A man asked me, "How do you explain the Book of Mormon?" I indicated that I do not and will not attempt to explain that book. However, every word of that book must be tested. So, following the patterns of testing found in both biblical testaments, I test. Will these volumes of Mormon scripture be established as the reliable Word of God or blatant heresies?

The Bible speaks of the Bereans and calls them "More Nobel". Sadly, Mormon leaders have routinely redacted the "More Noble" from their teaching materials. Why would the Mormon elite hide this precious truth from their people? That is the question we will examine.

Those who add or take away from God's Word will receive all the plagues mentioned in Revelation. Those who defend another gospel will be accursed as described in Galatians.
This week, I saw all this heresy represented in a single man. My heart breaks for him.

Paul stood before the Roman governor, Felix. He preached the gospel, the good news, and the gift of Christ for sinners like him. Upon hearing the message of salvation, Felix became uncomfortable, he feared and trembled. He foolishly sent Paul away. Felix could have made a saving decision. He could have chosen Jesus. Instead, he delayed.
As far as we know, he never chose Jesus, freedom, and salvation. Like Felix, the Mormon people often demanded that I go away. When they cannot drive me, they use the police and the court system. Though I am unable to see the final result, I rejoice because the seed is in the soil. God is able and He will lead them if they are willing.
I recently had an opportunity to share the gospel with a man and woman in my hometown. They did not know where the biblical definition of the gospel could be found. Likewise, they did not know about the official Mormon definition.
Sadly, they were unable to tell me how they could be saved under the traditional Mormon gospel.
These two young people were later identified as the children and grandchildren of high-level Mormon leaders. How is the biblical and Mormon gospel unknown to such well-placed Mormon people? That, I suppose, is the question.

Jesus and His followers frequented Jewish synagogues and the temple. Their purpose was to share the gospel of grace. Jesus' followers were called to be fishers of men. Taking this commandment seriously, they went where lost people gathered. They fished where the fish were.

In a talk at Brigham Young University, Kyle S. McKay delivered a speech entitled, There Must Needs Be a Christ. McKay is a general authority for the Mormon church.
In this episode, I establish with the authority of scripture that McKay is a heretic, a false teacher who would lead his people into eternal torment. Flee from such as this man.
I got to thinking, how can I ask a Mormon to test all things if I am unwilling to do the same?
It all started on Facebook when a Mormon man asked if I was brave enough to take a Book of Mormon Challenge. My first instinct was to simply walk away. However, I constantly ask the Mormon people to test their god, their faith, their leaders, and the Bible, which they love to hate. I knew that I needed to step up and show the Mormon people a different way of discerning truth.
In the beginning, with the first man and woman, God defined and established marriage. The New Testament repeatedly and apologetically quotes and affirms the same pattern given to Adam and Eve.
Worldly demands, governmental bills, and the Mormon church declare, "God is wrong!"
Join us for an examination of flesh driven attempts to set God aside and to establish, once and for all, that the Mormon people do not care.
As I entered a local Costco I noticed seven Mormon Missionaries. I approached and asked if I could ask a question about the gospel. This presentation was delivered at River of Life Church, Tremonton, Utah on November 13, 2022.
I invited a Mormon friend to join us for this frank discussion of the gospel and salvation. I feared he wouldn’t come, and he didn’t. But he did watch the live stream.
We examined the Biblical gospel, as contained in 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4, and contrasted it with the Mormon version.
1Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
In its fulness, the gospel includes all the doctrines, principles, laws, ordinances, and covenants necessary for us to be exalted in the celestial kingdom.
https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/manual/gospel-topics/gospel
When asked, my friend could not make a list of every doctrine, principle, law, ordinance, and covenant. Because he could not make a list of these things, he did not answer the question, how can you know you are living that gospel of unknown demands? Because he could not make a list and know that he is keeping the Mormon gospel, he could and did not answer my question, how is this good news?
Instead, he questioned my love for the Mormon people.
A contrast between these two gospels illustrates that the Mormon variant is another gospel. My friend could not answer the question, how does Galatians 1:8 not apply to the Mormon people?
8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Nor could he explain why Galatians 5:2, 4 did not apply to him.
2Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. 4Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
Instead, he accused me of setting traps to hurt the Mormon people.
Neither could he present me with an assurance from Mormon scripture or doctrine equal to or better than 1 John 5:13a.
13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life...
He turned from that challenge and called me an apostate with an axe to grind.
It is an easy thing to experience events such as these and become discouraged. I would disagree. I think this is a time to praise God. An unbeliever has come face to face with the beauty of the Biblical gospel and the assurance of salvation. He is well aware of his inability to defend his faith. He knows that he hid from the message and attacked the messenger. He stands convicted! Through this, God will draw my friend to Himself. Will he respond? I have no idea. For now, I leave my friend in the loving care of the Lord, who I petition for the salvation of the lost.

1 John 1: 5 tells us that God is light and that in him there is no darkness at all. John 3:20 speaks of a people who hate the light and will not come to the light. I fear that these passages perfectly describe many who are of the Mormon faith, and it breaks my heart. Please consider the words and actions of one such man.

Whether it be Mormonism or another false religion, it always begins the same way. Seemingly minor theological indiscretions start a landslide of heretical teachings.
Untasteful though it may be, we all have a Biblical charge to contend for the faith, Jude 3. And so it is with this episode.
I was prepared to deliver a sermon on Acts 20. As the hour approached, the insanity of the previous week and the cumulative effect of unrestrained theological heresy pressed down on me. And so, church began with a Knot Your Knickers rant. Enjoy.

Jesus said, "Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine". Jesus cleansed ten lepers. Nine leaned on the requirements of legalism and were cleansed of their disease. One, who was not a legalist, was cleansed like the others but he received more. He was made whole.
In this episode, we will contrast the chains of legalistic Mormonism with the freedom of being made whole by grace, through faith, and in Christ alone.

Mormon outreach ministry is hard. It is so easy to burn out unless you see the wonder and word of God.
