In a first for the Be a Refuge Podcast, Kathy, Jo and Mary Rader (convener of the 12-Steps for anti-racism group at the Refuge) scrapped and re-recorded everything. In this episode we talk about why we decided to pause, listen, grieve, and try again and about how work towards equity is complicated, yet still usually worth walking through together, even when it's hard.
