Is That What You Think?: Recent Episodes

Suzanne Brydon

Welcome to my Podcast “Is that what you think?” which I hope you will find entertaining, thought provoking and maybe a little informative too.

My name’s Suzanne, I’m a Life Coach, Business Coach and a Mentor. I’ve been working in this field for 20 years and I absolutely love to be able to work with people who want to step away from their current life, challenge their thinking, make changes, develop new skills, confidence and resilience and transition into a place of success.

These podcasts will be full of conversations and finding out what people really think. I talk with a whole host of amazing people, some were even clients of mine, and I find out all about their careers, how they navigate life’s obstacles and how they have grown both personally and professionally. We may also pick up things from them, that we can incorporate into our own daily lives to help us along our own twisty-turny paths to success.

I’ll also be putting my Coach & Mentor hat on at times during these conversations, throwing some coaching questions at my guests to really dig deep into their mind and inner most thoughts, to really find out how they operate. We’ll hear what they really think and how they deal with the everyday challenges that we face, such as mindset, positivity, confidence, relationships, work-life balance, stress…you know the rest. We'll also hear some of their really random thoughts too!

My guests will also share hints and tips to help those of us dealing with a similar challenge or wanting to get into that career.

There may also be times when you get me for the full podcast, and in these episodes, I’ll introduce you to mini coaching sessions which I hope will benefit you and I’ll discuss some intriguing and thought provoking topics too.

So, stay tuned to hear what's revealed, and prepare yourself, as sometimes it'll be laugh out loud, and other times it may even be a bit squeamish!

I would love to hear what you really think too. So if you have any subjects or questions that you would like me to include on a future episode then please email me at coaching@suzannebrydon.co.uk

Also email if you’d like to have a conversation with me on the podcast. I would love to hear from you.

So, what are you waiting for, subscribe now, get my podcast playing, tell a friend or colleague about this podcast and let’s have a wander into the thoughts and lives of others and see what they really think!!

This episode explores how children should inspire us, how to decide what really needs our focus and attention, and how we look at the world according to our own thoughts and feelings. We explore how we handle those "sliding doors" moments, to navigating the challenges life can throw at us.

I chat with Susie who is an actor, voice-over artist, podcast host and character actor in "The Archers" - to mention just a few of Susie's roles and talents. She has also appeared on our TV screens and you may recognise her from programmes such as Emmerdale and Gavin & Stacey.

We discuss how Susie discovered her acting talents, how she manages to juggle life on and off the microphone, and how the experiences that Susie has had, has shaped her career and her own view of herself. We learn how Susie handles imposter syndrome, motivation and she gives us many tips and tricks that we can take from Susie to enhance our own wellbeing and help us achieve what's in our thoughts and hearts.

We, of course, also find out what her favourite sandwich is, what she'd steal and what makes her unstoppable!

Susie gives us a great insight into the real life and thoughts of an actor and she also gets a little bit of coaching from me!!

I just know you will love listening to this episode.
