The relationship we have with ourselves can sometimes be the hardest. The saying goes that we are our worst critics. That can be true in many areas of our lives but self-criticism tends to happen the most when we focus on our outwardly appearance. Body image issues are extremely common within youth today, and navigating through society's views and opinions on our bodies has become a struggle. In this episode you can join clinical psychologist Annelise Manns and me as we dive into how we can unlearn lies we've been told about ourselves and move forward with a beautiful outlook of our bodies. This topic is very close to my heart, and I loved learning about during this conversation.
Sometimes our physical health is the last thing we think about. It isn't until we face serious effects that we really begin to see the situation that we're in. Although this topic may be something we think we excel in, most youth really do struggle in ways in which they wouldn't have to if they only had the right resources. Join me, and professional Linda Johnson, as we dive into how we can improve our physical health and how it truly is more simple than most people believe it to be.
Relationships are hard and that's the simple truth, but they're also beautiful and worth the effort we put into them. In this episode, Pastor Kessia Reyne and I dive deep into talking about relationships with significant others, friends, and family and how we can care for them, set boundaries, and know when it's time to let go. This episode is worth the listen and I invite you all to join us in this conversation!

During this episode we talk about the struggles and the common questions that we face while going along a spiritual journey. Join me and Pastor Emily Ellis as we dive deeper into what it looks like to care for our spiritual health and how we can ultimately start and care for that relationship with God.
