okay so after the jarring annoyingness of the last ringtone I just uploaded now I've created one which makes this will make your granny bump and grind trust me on this this one is filled with sexy moves really really lovely um kind of GrooVe it's got I I've made this and then I thought I wanna I don't want to share that I want to keep that and use it in my next single because tomorrow I'm doing a single um but of course you know if if it's easy to find in logic pro it means that it's going to be really easy for everybody else to copy so you've got to bear that in mind when you use anything that's on when you're using logic pro Loops don't forget millions of other people will be using the exact same Loop so all I'm doing for you guys actually is really just I'm doing the hard work because I'm going and I'm putting it all together aren't I and because I'm a producer I find that easy and also if you don't have the software because it's 190 quid which I think is really really expensive actually I got three um free trials on different email accounts so they lasted me they were like six months trials they lost me a year and a half and then finally they wouldn't give me any more I think they got wise to me so I had to buy it and you know what I I had to save up for that and it was such a lot of money such a lot of money so me giving you these ringtones saves you having to buy the software which is really good isn't it um but yeah don't forget that anything that you get off the internet would just copyright free other people are going to use it that's what it means it's copyright free it means anyone can use it anyone can copy it so if you want if you want to write something unique do you know what I suggest I'd suggest if you hear a loop you really like that you change it slightly and maybe mimic it a bit do something different with it because otherwise all you're doing is creating the same old stuff and I see this I hear this on TV programs now I hear something I think oh I've used that I've used that in one of my tracks and it's infuriating I mean it's one of the reasons why I try and make really diverse crazy music because everybody is using the same material it's just getting regurgitated over and over again and then if you're like me and you sample a lot of classical stuff even more so because that stuff's been around for hundreds of years you know so finding new stuff to do is is the hardest thing anyway I'm here to do it for you I've done all the hard work and it turns it up a bit because I like it so much I couldn't turn the last one up too much because it was so annoying when the cat's sleeping in the studio I don't want to wake him so I've called this one mellow jungle Vibes Beats and it makes you want to pump pump the you know the old tweaking area it really does I love it so much enjoy my friends enjoy foreign [Music]

hi guys welcome to the piano room now um I'm doing this Tick Tock thing I've just started it I've been rather remiss actually uh in uploading little videos for various reasons you don't need to know that but I'm in full swing now and I'm going to be doing a podcast for this radio show The Telltale Club podcast but also I'm going to be doing a little Tick Tock video and I'll be talking about the same sort of thing but one's watchable and one's listenable okay and I'm going to try and keep them short so I was looking at the French children's song which this is Suzuki book one so I'm going to follow all the Suzuki books for it they're nice and straightforward and um they're very thorough I like them because of their thoroughness but they're also fairly easy for children to learn and that transfers to adults just as well so let's have a little look the French children's song is it's a French folk song and a popular French folk song so it's it's quite well known the Melody's in the right and the rhythm is in the left and I was thinking about the Rhythm and I was thinking about how if you've got a digital piano and you don't use a sustain pedal I have got a sustain pedal I don't really use it I prefer to hold the first note down and that just can you hear the difference if I don't hold it down

the sea is still playing do you see do you hear that it's really wonderful isn't it so I have got a bit of a habit of playing in the way that I want to play but if you've got a straightforward piano and you want to be um and you're not a pedal user but you want to play as written you might think about playing this in a rather Jolly way almost detached it's up to you everybody has the right to choose how to perform a piece of music it s not set in stone we follow the guidelines in music the other thing about music when you're learning to play a piece is to really feel the pulse and I find exaggerating the past it's quite useful so for here we've got a one two three foot pulse and I would automatically play the first note of each bar in a stronger way than the other notes and the third actually technically you'd probably play this hard soft slightly hard soft so you're accenting the third note as well so you've got that real pulse sometimes when you listen to music it's hard to hear the pulse and that's because the pulse hasn't been played the pulse is theoretically integral to a piece of music but lots of people don't put a pulse in or have a vague pulse or have a moving pulse Jazz and Blues and things like that they're quite Adept at changing the pulse and of course live music is is always about change and response responding to your listener in the audience so we can really play around with that and I like that so let's just go through the right hand all the way through I want you to play really slowly when you start doing these pieces actually there's a preparatory study along the bottom which you could do first but really the sooner you get onto the actual piece the better so have a little practice at this this is the Preparatory left-hand study down at the bottom of the page
when you lift your fingers up don't lift them up high in the air you want to guide your fingers to where they're going to go and they're not really moving they're on the same notes except here and your fingers are already on the notes so keep them there just don't push down do you see so let's go all the way through French children's song Left Hand only I'll lift that c [Music] and back to the beginning

now we can slow down because we're getting to the Fini the end okay so that's uh a bit difficult because we've got to learn about reading music now where's it where it says it looks like fine in English DC alphony and that means go back to the beginning and play until the second end if you like Finney which is where the double line is with the thicker second line in bar five six seven eight end of bar eight beginning of Bar Nine okay that's where you end the piece it happens a lot in music if they go back to the sort of main um uh riff lyric or whatever and then draw to a close we know when there's a close because usually the performer would slow down slightly or you come to the end of the lyrics it's the end of the poem quite often and also we're back to that keynote which is the C so this is in the key of C and don't be confused by that c um sign at the beginning there which means that's common time and that means four four times it doesn't stand for K of C slightly confusing until you get to know these things okay um the only other thing I would say is it's helpful to pop the fingering in and don't worry about not putting fingering in or making yourself too reliant on the fingering because what happens is your brain stops looking at the fingering after a bit so it doesn't matter if it's there or not you just don't bother looking but when you first start learning a piece it's really important to sort out that fingering and you what happens is your brain saves it into muscle memory bank and then you just know automatically when we walk somewhere we don't think right oh how do I walk I remember I pushed this muscle and I bend this knee or whatever we don't think like that do we we just do it so have a play around but make sure you're using the correct fingering and you stick to it it doesn't have to be the fingering that they tell us either if you found it easier uh let me think where would I find it easier no this fingering is is pretty straightforward but um you know sometimes what about if you hurt your finger or your um if I just put my fourth finger on that c I can do that and then move the second I can do whatever I want okay these are guidelines of course when you're doing the Suzuki books and you're working through you should do really what Mr Suzuki suggested because Mr Suzuki was a very very clever a clever man who's clever not just as a musician but he was a clever clever teacher and he knew about training and he understood the way the human mind works and he understood about getting musicians to perform there's some accusation to Suzuki method about performing in a slightly wooden way and I would agree with that but by the time we've done Suzuki book three four and five we'll start going on to much more advanced pieces of music and we're going to do just teeny weeny bits every day because you know we can get our 10 000 hours in but we can get it in in a most enjoyable fashion um and a little bit every day is much better pop the kettle on sit down at the piano play a bar or get that bar right really lick it really have it really know your muscle memory but also enjoy it have some fun with it and I'll be doing lots of really silly funny things on my Tick Tock okay so catch you later guys

hello musicians and listeners and anyone else who happens to have ambled past the penthouse today at least virtually virtually um I got quite low today and do you know what it is is because I can't spend any money and it's a very real condition retail therapy it obviously it's completely and utterly you know Third World um and actually quite disgusting but there is something about not being able to spend any money that actually has made me really really low today I I got you know obviously I'm a musician so I get paid for things and everything I got paid for had to you know be had to go out on sort of credit cards and what have you because I bought my electric cello and I bought a Designer Rug and I'm still paying the price for such extravagances and I so I can't I although it's it's been a month now where I haven't bought anything I mean I've bought a few little tiny things at the Chad shop but I have I really haven't spent much money and now this month is going to be even worse and I just think oh there's you know there's nothing to look forward to so I'm going to try where try some some other things today just you know how can I get the same pleasure that I get from buying the clothes you know the beautiful things for my home because you know when you have a house like this it needs upgrading all the time it needs to be fashion conscious it needs to be Instagram ready it needs to be um you know cleaned and spruced very regularly every room needs sprucing I mean the music room floor I have to paint three times a year because it's white and I have to touch up the white you know I don't do the whole thing but I have to touch up the white areas and it's a pain in the neck frankly but it's expensive and I think this is the problem when you live frugally and you have you know there aren't you say you've just got a a bed set say you've got a bed set and your you know you've got a bed and a wardrobe and you're quite happy with that you don't have this same urgency that I seem to have which looks at something and says I don't like that light switch anymore I'm going to go and buy some gold ones do you see funny enough I'm just watching a program where there's a lady gold leafing and you know I Gold Leaf now I make lots and lots of beautiful Gold Leaf art um and it's not cheap either and as soon as you start doing large expanses you know that the price rockets at the moment I've just done these tiny little babies and they look like charms they're absolutely gorgeous and I my mum's going to get me a drill and everything jewelry drill and stuff for Christmas and because I love doing tiny things because they're cheap because they they don't take up any storage but I've got this beautiful wooden cross that I want to Gold Leaf and it's you know it's going to cost actually quite a bit to do because I'm going to get probably get through about four packets of gold leaf and it's 24 karat gold so do you see that it's um it's quite saddening that I can't even really buy my craft stuff actually my mum always says to me never underestimate the cost of crafts and never underestimate the amount of money that crafts people will spend on Craft equipment and it's so true if you look on eBay at all the things that you need you know you sort of need really um of quality because the thing is if if you buy off eBay under the you know things under a tenor really you know like drills and a clamp I need a clamp um all these things you can bet your bottom dollar they're not high grade and for example I bought um screwdrivers a set of screwdrivers there are about 30 screwdrivers super super and they all unscrewed once and then the the threads just go on the on the tips I don't know they're not threads other bits you know what I mean because the metal was so soft so incredibly soft um so actually what I'd advise there is when you if you go to a junk shop or a charity shop not really a child shop you want something a bit more raw than that like um somewhere that sells sort of outdoor stuff and tools I'd I'd buy up all the old tools because they're much better quality they're really fabulous actually if possible don't buy from China that's my recommend because I mean everything's made in China I realize but don't buy the cheap stuff that you see on eBay or wish or Amazon it was all made in China and if it's cheap it's cheap for a reason but the other thing that they do is because I've been buying expensive things now my the targeting is for really expensive things so you know on my Facebook and Google and everywhere I just get really expensive um advertisements you know for for sort of high-end stuff and of course that's just making me even more depressed so I've had a real like bear today I just thought I I can't bear this not having any money and perhaps I ought to just go and buy something but I'm not going to what I'm going to do instead is the light's shining now in a nice advantageous spot so I'm going to pop a few things up on eBay these are my designer clothes that I no longer wear Posh porn I believe they call it and I'm going to pop all that up today you know maybe four or five items and anything that I generate from that I'm going to allow myself to spend it immediately because you know that that sort of sense of working towards something and having a girl is really really nice I think um so yes there we go that's that's the state of the nation the state of um my finances but I'll get back on top of it you know by the end of next month but it still means four weeks really um and then as as I've promised the world and the you know God if there is such a thing um that I won't be lavish and wasteful um I do feel that I I need to rein it in a bit I mean I know I do it's it's shocking really but on a cheerier note I've got a Christmas track for you so I've just uh sent this off to the Publishers it'll be released probably tomorrow on YouTube I hope and then in a few days on um iTunes and what have you my last song God Only Knows uh hasn't hasn't gone live yet on YouTube so I've had to remove it from uh YouTube because the royalties aren't being collected for me so you have to be really wise to all this stuff you know um but there we go let's let's play it it's a Christmas song and it's really lovely and I guess when I was watching it the video that I that I made you know you watched it at the end and uh it's so lavish isn't it Christmas time it's an incredibly lavish time for it's an overly indulgent time where we're completely utterly duped into spending more than we can afford I think that's probably what's depressing me more that I'd love to you know I'd love to buy my daughters some lovely jewelry I'd like to buy mum something beautiful and you know making presents that have that same effect as you know I gave my daughter a diamond ring for her birthday and the look on her face you know it was just so such a pleasure for me and she was quite overwhelmed and you want that you want you want you know you want to wallow in that sort of brownie mum points and then the grandkids you know um so I'm finding it quite tough I shouldn't have um obviously you know I should have been planning Christmas ahead I think so what I'm going to do today is I'm going to put my things on eBay and then I'm going to try and I'll pop some pictures up of the babies they're on my blog actually um telltale.com if you go there I'll put some pictures up in a minute of the gold leaf babies that I've done and what I'm doing I'm making I don't know if you've heard of them they're called Ethiopian worry dolls and they're these tiny little dolls in in a little blanket and you whisper to them yours your worries and your anxieties and then you um wrap them up and you put them under your pillow and they're said to take away your worries well I'm making the gold babies and they're going to make they're going to have little blankets and they've cost me very very little to make so I think that's what I need to do isn't it really let's try and find some stuff that we can do for Christmas that that's really affordable now I'll tell you what else I got yesterday in a charity shop it was it's a frame it's a mirror frame it's about eight or nine inches Square by Laura Ashley and I paid four pounds 50 for it and I didn't realize it was Laura Ashley but I needed a frame for my daughter for her Christmas present and then my brother said oh it's Laura Ashley because he he's got better glasses than I and um I'm really pleased with that it still cost me 450 but the art that I'm putting in obviously just cost my time time is money we know that but as a crafter you know what else am I going to do sitting here night after night you know I don't I'm I'm a single woman with a cat there are three hours in the evenings so that's what I should be doing so and um oh I watched actually a program yesterday uh a mini series that had been on Amazon Prime and now it's on our free channel here and um it's called the English and it's a sort of contemporary Western I say contemporary it's period drama it's set in the past but it's contemporary stylistically and it's beautifully short really beautifully shot so I binge watched it yesterday um and I couldn't take my eyes off it so I didn't actually get any any crafting done but I was you know healing from my IBS and what have you so I watched this six episodes I think they're about 45 minutes each they're a bit bit less than an hour I watched all six last evening and it was a total pleasure Absolute Total pleasure I mean just really captivating and it was the characterization it was the actors who who captivated me their faces but also the The Moody shots lovely Moody shots and the way that it was constructed I really really enjoyed that um so I'm going to recommend that actually the English felt really good um so yes anyway back to how are we going to get through the next um six weeks or so is it what what is the date in 1st of November so uh no 23rd of N

Bespoke orders are different to the print store editions because they are single editions and signed by Servalan by hand before being dispatched to your given address. Bespoke one offs are more expensive as they involve more work and there will only ever be one of your version.
Servalan can also work on your special canvas projects and bigger prints etc.
Shop prints are signed digitally and to retain their value we recommend you keep your receipt as this will be important for the provenance of your artwork in the future.

iServan Imaging Project, the Male takeover of machine learning, AI prayers and the God Pod
The eight-week art trial is coming to an end thankfully.
The general rule of thumb so far is that AI has been taken over by men whose input has led to a process of creating a bias towards young white women often with a pornographic element, the male gaze is alive and well in AI.
AI art is generic and thus recognizable and devoid of interest.
As I use a learning machine based on Google tagging and the art and words current users are employing, the machine seems to be eating itself, not unlike mainstream TV which often regurgitates its own output.
I am thoroughly bored with what my AI does. The work is repetitive, culturally biased, and without passion or concept.
A lot of humans are now convinced they are artists and it has been very difficult to find truly creative individuals using AI. Of course, my AI has been private but my prompts will still be part of the machine’s learning curve. I have been part of its development, albeit a very small part.
It is also very expensive. This may mean at some point that the learning becomes class-biased.
I have netted around 2000 images and every one of them needs work from my human hand to make it speak and be visually inspiring. Clearly, I will not be publishing them all but I have enough to choose which ones to spend a week or so on and will publish to the virtual galleries here at Tale Teller Club. Expect one a week. I am gold leafing many of them, adding texture with oils and acrylic, as well as hand-signing them.
But iServalan is an artwork that lives and performs so now for the exciting part for me as a musician and performer.
I am creating my mask for the AI prayers which will be on TikTok as soon as the parts arrive. I also have a robot catsuit.
The purpose of iServalan as an artwork that fuses machine and human in order to explore ideas of self. Religion works well with AI because there is so much internet material. The prayers will be AI-generated and will be a mirror on society as the machine sees itself. There will also be a God Pod which will feature the audio recordings from the 360 videos. At this current time, I expect the prayers to go the same way as the art, male-dominated and uninteresting, so I will write my own employing the feminine ideals of the rise of the Goddess, should that occur.
I am now very keen to feminise technology as an art endeavor. If AI is so dependent on the past, words, templates, recorded written histories etc, it would undoubtedly be male-centric. White men won wars, enslaved peoples and wrote histories.
