Kevin Sickinger, MS, LTC (Retired), is the Director of the Coordinating Center for LIMBIC-CENC Consortium. He has worked for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine for over seven years and has served in several roles within the CENC and LIMBIC-CENC Consortiums. He came to VCU after serving in the Army for 23 years and has been working with military service organizations and veterans since his retirement from the Army.

Ronald T. Seel, PhD, FACRM, is Professor and Vice-Chair of Research in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. He is Executive Director of the VCU Center for Rehabilitation Science and Engineering and facilitates interdisciplinary research across VCU, Sheltering Arms Institute, and the Central Virginia Veterans Health System. Dr. Seel is Co-Project Director of the Virginia TBI Model System and Knowledge Translation Director of the Long-term Impact of Military-relevant Brain Injury Consortium-Chronic Effects of Neurotrauma Consortium (LIMBIC-CENC). He chairs the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine Evidence and Practice Committee.

He came to VCU after serving in the Army for 23 years and has been working with military service organizations and veterans since his retirement from the Army.
