Helping Extraordinary Women Raise Up their Voice, Visibility & Business: Storyteller, Connector, & Coach for Women
We were made for these times. Every single one of us was born into this moment with gifts that are meant to serve our world. I felt that truth all weekend long at Extraordinary Women Ignite last week.
Something profound happens when women gather with intention. Even if you weren’t in the room last week, I want to share the ripple with you, because the energy inside that space belongs to all of us who are rising in this season.
When women come together, the frequency lifts. The noise fades. What matters becomes clearer. Inner wisdom gets louder. And possibilities expand in ways that simply do not happen when we are sitting alone at our desks trying to figure it all out.
Inside that room, I watched women root into who they are becoming, rise into their leadership, and radiate the message they are here to share. The breakthroughs were real and the energy was electric.
And it was all reaffirmed last week through the countless messages that poured into my inbox and the many posts shared across social media. A quick scroll through my Facebook feed shows how many times I was tagged by the women in attendance, each one reflecting a moment of insight, courage, or connection. I truly believe every woman in that room was called to be there for a reason. Something magical happened. The expansion. The breakthroughs. The deep knowing that rose up in so many hearts.
All summer long, I listened to women entrepreneurs through dozens of conversations and Insight Interviews. I heard their desires, their exhaustion, their brilliance, and the quiet truths about what is shifting. That listening shaped the new body of work I brought to Ignite. And as the weekend unfolded, I could feel how seamlessly the speakers met the moment. Each one carried a piece of the medicine this season is asking for… clarity, courage, embodied presence, resilience, and the reminder that our voice and leadership matter now more than ever.
Their messages spoke to the heart of what’s shifting right now in women’s entrepreneurship.
Here are some of the top lessons that rose to the surface.
These lessons are not just for the women who were in the room. They are for you too. They are for all of us who are building the next evolution of business, leadership, and impact.
If you want to feel some of the magic for yourself, Candace Smith of The Essence Photographer captured the weekend beautifully. Check out her gallery – you will feel the energy, even through the screen.
This is what happens when women step into a room ready to show up for themselves and for one another.
This is what happens when we choose purpose, presence, and prosperity.
This is what happens when we decide to trust the gifts we’ve been given for these times.
Whether you were in the room or cheering from afar, you are part of this ripple. Because when women gather with intention, something bigger than all of us ignites.

Last week, we explored how women entrepreneurs are rebuilding trust by leading with relationship over reach. This week, we move into another essential shift I’m seeing among women leaders everywhere: the rise of the Wisdom Era.
This series draws from my 2025 Women Entrepreneurs Insight Report, a deep look into what’s changing in women-led business today. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can get your copy here and follow along as we unpack the key themes shaping the next era of entrepreneurship.
Your audience is craving wisdom, meaning, and leadership. They want ideas that help them think bigger, learn something new, and see possibilities in fresh ways.
They’re longing for voices that make them pause, that stir something deeper, that help them see themselves and the world in a new light.
This is the new thought leadership. It isn’t about clever frameworks or viral posts. It’s about embodied wisdom. It’s about saying the things only you can say, from your lived experience, from your truth, from your calling.
In my 2025 Women Entrepreneurs Insight Report, this theme came through clearly. Many of the women I spoke with shared that they’re fatigued by surface-level content and formulaic advice. They want to be stretched, to consume ideas that make them think, learn, and grow. They’re choosing to spend time with voices that share substance, depth, and meaning over those chasing attention.
They want to be part of conversations that matter.
Depth is the New MagnetismWe’ve all felt the overwhelm of too much information and not enough meaning. What people really want is connection and truth.
When you share long-form ideas like an article, a podcast, a keynote, or a piece of writing that takes your reader somewhere, you create space for reflection and resonance. You invite your audience into your world. You become a guide that they’d like more of.
Depth builds trust. Wisdom builds legacy.
This is how the women I serve are expanding their visibility right now, by leaning into conversations that matter.
What This Looks Like in Real Life One of my clients,Barb Brown, recently launched the Everyday Spirit Quest Community, a space for deep reflection and shared wisdom where people come together to explore spirituality in everyday life. Her intention was simple: to offer meaningful conversation and connection instead of more noise. In just a few weeks, her community has begun attracting people who resonate with her message and the way she leads with heart and presence. That’s what true authority looks like…wisdom that gathers others. * Another client,Renelle Everett Darr, launched her podcast and YouTube Channel Conscious InSights*, a platform where executives and thought leaders engage in deep, meaningful dialogue about leadership in today’s complex world. Each episode invites listeners to think deeply, lead boldly, and explore new ways of doing business with consciousness and intention. Renelle’s work is a beautiful example of thought leadership in action, sharing wisdom that elevates the conversation and expands what leadership can be. * And for many others, thought leadership has simply meant showing up in their truth, writing, speaking, teaching, and letting their message ripple.
The world is hungry for wise voices. And women, especially women entrepreneurs, are being called to rise and share what we know.
Questions to Reflect OnIf you’re ready to step into your next level of thought leadership, consider:
A Closing ThoughtWe are the storytellers of a new era of business, one where wisdom and depth replace hustle and hype. Your words, your voice, your ideas, these are the building blocks of your legacy.
When you share from that place, you move people. You shape culture. You lead.
If you’re ready to grow your visibility through meaningful thought leadership, I’d love to help you bring your message forward.
Apply for a Prosperity Audit, my complimentary 15-minute session where we’ll uncover how to amplify your voice, elevate your visibility, and build a thought leadership ecosystem that attracts aligned clients and opportunities. You’ll walk away with clarity on where to focus your time and energy for sustainable, soul-aligned growth.
A new season of the Movement Maker Mastermind begins soon, and I can already feel the sacred energy of the women who are ready to lead with wisdom, impact, and purpose.

Last week, I wrote about listening to your inner wisdom—that quiet, ancient voice within that knows the way forward.
This week, I’m inviting you to step into another kind of listening. The kind that requires you to pause, soften your edges, and sense what’s happening in the hearts of those you serve.
Our clients are always telling us stories.
Sometimes they speak them outright.
Sometimes they appear between the lines, woven into their questions, their hesitations, their longings.
When we truly listen, we hear the pulse of their world. We hear what they need most right now.
This is where real business magic lives.
Not in guessing. Not in trends.
But in this deep, attuned listening.
I’ve been exploring this myself, noticing the shifting landscape we’re all navigating—an evolving business environment that is calling for deeper alignment, more conscious leadership, and new ways of connecting. The old models are cracking. The pace, the values, the expectations… it’s all shifting. And in the midst of that, our clients are shifting too. I’m seeing women craving simplicity and groundedness. I’m hearing the hunger for meaning and connection. These insights have been shaping everything I create next.
And I want to invite you into this kind of listening.
Because when you understand your clients’ current landscape, you’re able to meet them exactly where they are—with language that resonates, offers that feel relevant, and a presence that feels steady in uncertain times.
You become the guide they’ve been waiting for.
Here are a few potent questions to help you begin:
✨ Who are you currently serving, and who are you meant to be serving right now?
Is there a quiet shift happening in your audience that you haven’t named yet?
✨ Where are you still guessing?
Where might it be time to set aside assumptions and lean into curiosity?
✨ What are your clients actually saying, through their words, their energy, or their silence?
What patterns are emerging in their questions, their hesitations, their hopes?
This week, I’ll be guiding my Platinum Mastermind into this listening journey—using an even deeper set of questions to spark clarity in how they serve, speak, and grow. The insights that emerge from this kind of reflection have the power to shift everything… from messaging to offerings to how we show up in the world.
In a time when so much noise fills the airwaves, true listening has become one of the most powerful skills of our era.
The kind of listening that slows the pace.
That hears beneath the words.
That attunes to longing, to pattern, to possibility.
If you’re feeling called to open this portal in your own business, I’d love to help.
Each month, I offer a few complimentary Prosperity Audits—a 15-minute strategic session to explore how your voice, visibility, and client alignment are showing up in your business.
You can apply for one here.
Let’s listen. Let’s lead from what we hear.
There’s wisdom waiting to rise.

When I’m sitting down to write each week, I’m often pulling from conversations I’ve had or experiences I’m witnessing unfold around me. There’s so much richness in the dialogue I get to be part of—clients in motion, stories being rewritten, women rising into a new way of leading. Those conversations give me plenty of fodder.
But once in a while, when I’m not sure what wants to come through, I’ll turn to one of my many oracle decks and ask a simple question: What does my community need right now?
Last month, I pulled from the Sacred Rebels Oracle by Alana Fairchild. The card that came forward was Inner Trust. I set it aside and wrote about something else.
A couple of weeks later, I felt called to draw again. This time the card was Trust Yourself. It caught my attention, but once again, I went another direction.
And then just this week, I shuffled the deck first, then asked the same question—and there it was again. Trust Yourself. For the second time in two weeks. A third nudge in a month. A louder whisper.
Okay, I’m listening.
And maybe this message isn’t just for me. Maybe it’s for you, too.
What if the moment you’re in doesn’t need more effort or planning, but deeper trust?
The card reminds us that we are growing, even when it doesn’t look like it on the outside. That there’s a natural intelligence moving through us—just like the acorn underground, gathering strength long before it breaks the surface. We can’t always see it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Trusting yourself is about softening the noise that says you should be farther along. It’s about letting go of the need to map every step before you move. And it’s about listening to that quiet inner wisdom that already knows the way.
So if you’ve been second-guessing or stalling or waiting for more clarity—consider this your invitation.
You don’t need to know it all.
You just need to trust that something inside you already does.
Here’s your invitation this week:
Ask yourself, Where am I being asked to trust myself more deeply?
Let the answer rise. Let it surprise you.
Then take one small aligned action. Then the next. Then the next.
That’s how we build trust. One clear, soulful step at a time.
When this message lands in your inbox, I’ll be in the pasture, deep in the stillness of my Equine Vision Journey retreat with a circle of my VIP clients. The horses will be doing what they do best—calling us home to ourselves. There is something ancient and otherworldly in their presence, something that reaches beneath the surface and speaks directly to the soul. They see beyond the masks. They listen without words. They become mirrors for the truths we’ve forgotten but are ready to remember. Trust takes on a whole new shape in their company—more instinct, more embodiment, more breath.
If this speaks to your heart and soul, you should know that one of my greatest joys is holding space for these kinds of sacred encounters—whether through a quiet, personalized mini-retreat or a one-on-one coaching session out among the herd. These moments are spacious, soul-filled, and deeply catalytic. If your spirit leans in at the mention of this, follow that nudge. Drop me a note—I’d love to tell you more.

Let’s talk leadership.
Not the kind defined by titles or org charts. I’m talking about the leadership you live every day—the kind that shows up in the way you hold space for others, the way you speak your truth even when it’s uncomfortable, the way you quietly stand up for what matters.
You might not always name it. You might not always feel like a leader. But that doesn’t make it any less true.
Leadership shows up in your presence, in the choices you make, in the vision you carry, and the way you move people—through your words, your actions, and your example. It lives in how you guide your clients, how you support your team, how you serve your community, how you raise your family.
It’s not something you wait for. It’s not something someone hands to you.
It’s already in you.
Still, I know that for so many women, the word leader can feel like something out there… something reserved for someone else. And yet, the truth is: you’ve been leading all along.
So let’s pause and get curious.
Who are you as a leader?
Where are you already leading—in your business, in your life, in the rooms where your voice carries weight?
What is your leadership asking you to say, more boldly and visibly?
Where is your voice most needed right now?
Now more than ever—we’re not talking about business as usual. We’re not in a season of change—we’re in a change of eras. The old playbooks are unraveling. And in this moment of uncertainty and possibility, the world needs a new kind of leadership.
Your kind.
Rooted. Visionary. Wise.
Not loud for the sake of being loud, but impactful. Intentional. Embodied.
This kind of leadership doesn’t wait for permission. It arises from presence, from clarity, and from your willingness to let your voice be heard.
So I’ll leave you with this:
How do you want to show up in leadership right now?
What bold move is ready to come through you in the next 30 days?
You don’t have to become something you’re not.
You just have to remember who you already are.
A leader.

I love summer. The warmth. The open windows. The barefoot mornings with coffee on the deck. The slow sips of life we get to take in this season.
And yes—there’s a natural rhythm of slowing down that summer invites. I wrote about this a few weeks ago, and I’m all for honoring that rhythm. We need it.
But let’s not confuse slowing down with stopping.
Too often, I see women entrepreneurs go quiet in the summer—and all the beautiful momentum they’ve created fizzles out. Their pipeline dries up. Their voice fades in the noise. And come fall, they’re scrambling to rebuild what they already had.
What if this summer could feel spacious and strategic?
Here’s how to keep your energy—and your business—alive while still savoring the sunshine:
1. Decide what you want to keep.
Look at the rhythm of your summer and ask: What do I want to keep alive for my clients and my community? Maybe it’s a weekly teaching. A podcast. A loving email. What message do they still need to hear from you? You don’t need to be everywhere—but staying visible in ways that feel nourishing will keep the ember glowing. Be intentional. Let your voice be the thread that keeps your presence felt.
2. Lean into your systems.
This is where your marketing ecosystem becomes your summer best friend. When you’ve taken the time to build a foundation—processes, consistent content, a strong client attraction flow—it buys you freedom. It lets you show up without the scramble. This is the power of systems: they let your business breathe with you. If something feels heavy right now, ask yourself: Is this something I can simplify, delegate, or automate? Give yourself the gift of support.
3. Don’t let your pipeline die.
Momentum doesn’t just happen—it’s cultivated. One of my amazing clients, Ruth Kent, committed just a few intentional hours a week to nurturing her pipeline this month. The result? In just three weeks, her pipeline grew from $400 to over $22,000, which turned into sales totaling over $20K. Why? Because she stayed in motion, stayed connected, and kept her business alive through relationship. Consistent nurturing of your pipeline—especially in the quieter months—builds lasting prosperity.
4. Be creative with how you do your days.
Let go of the either/or thinking. Last Thursday, we boated in the morning, I had lunch with my hubby, and I was home and fresh for a 2:00 pm Soul+Strategy Mastermind training on creating lucrative online events. It all fit. When you’re intentional with your energy and plan for what matters, you can make room for life and legacy.
5. Let technology simplify and support your voice.
This is one of the most exciting times to be a business owner. AI—when used with intention and soul—can help simplify your content creation, streamline communication, and bring your authentic voice to life. It’s not about replacing your wisdom; it’s about amplifying it. Imagine mapping out a lead magnet, outlining a podcast episode, or drafting a social post in half the time—so you have more space for what truly matters. Used wisely, technology helps you scale your voice with your humanity intact—and build a business that breathes with you.
6. Keep showing up—on your terms.
It’s not just about one post or a checkbox. This is about connection, rhythm, and resonance. How are you weaving your voice, your presence, and your work into the world right now? Keep inviting your people into the journey. Whether it’s your podcast, your offers, your events, or your teachings—make sure your brilliance is seen. Stay visible. Stay present. Stay in the ripple.
Let this be the summer where your joy and your business grow together. Where rest fuels clarity. Where visibility still leads to opportunity. And where you stay in the dance—your way.
The post Keep the Momentum Alive This Summer—Your Way appeared first on Kami Guildner.
A few weeks back, I did an online retreat with my friend and brilliant guide Tracy Litt—and she asked a question that really stayed with me:
“What are you currently trying to hold?”
It was simple… and pointed.
And as I turned inward, I realized just how much I’d been energetically holding up:
Success.
Forward momentum.
My clients’ success.
Money.
What’s happening in the world.
Responsibility for others.
Even my image (yikes).
When I wrote down each of these items, I could feel the heaviness of each one—the weight and tension on my shoulders, the worry in my gut, the noise in my mind.
And as I explored letting go, I felt a softening and an opening—remembering that I am exactly where I am meant to be at this time.
And in that moment, trust replaced the tension.
I brought this same question into one of my mastermind circles this week, and I watched a visible softening unfold as each woman explored her own version of holding.
It takes practice to tune into this softening. And since that retreat, I’ve found myself returning to the practice more frequently—and feeling the expansiveness that comes with it.
Here’s what that’s looked like in my world lately:
In all these moments, the practice of simply being has invited a sense of spaciousness—a softening, a loosening of the grip, and a return to presence.
When we let go of needing to control it all—our bodies tell us.
Our nervous systems ease.
We stop overthinking and comparing.
We stop bracing.
We return to presence, joy, expansion.
And from that grounded presence… we begin to see more clearly the world around us—what’s shifting, what’s needed, and how we’re being called to show up.
A few days ago, I recorded an Extraordinary Women Radio episode with futurist Cecily Sommers (airing in two weeks—don’t miss it!). Our conversation brought even more clarity to what I’ve been feeling lately—that in the face of change, we instinctively try to hold more… control more… do more.
But the real invitation is to do the opposite.
To pause.
To soften.
To root back into who we are.
We talked about how we navigate change—not by bracing, but by being.
How we stay grounded in our own wisdom.
And how we ask the essential question:
“How can I be relevant?”
Cecily offered such a grounded perspective—one that mirrors something I’ve always believed: that in times of uncertainty or chaos, the first step isn’t to do more, it’s to come back to yourself.
Check in with yourself first.
Not the headlines. Not the noise.
You.
How’s your energy?
What are you holding?
What needs to soften?
When we pause long enough to ask those questions, we reconnect with our gifts—our medicine for these times. The truth of who we are and why we’re here becomes clearer.
And then from that grounded place, we can ask:
How can I meet this moment?
What does my community need?
What wants to be expressed through me now?
That’s the heart of true leadership. Not performance. Not perfection.
But presence.
So this is what I invite you to consider this week:
✨ What are you trying to hold?
✨ Where can you soften your grip?
✨ And what might open up if you did?

As we close out May, I can feel the shift.
After a two-month season of high visibility — four speaking gigs, a roundtable, a masterclass, eight podcast episodes (my own and guest spots!), thoughtful time spent supporting my mastermind, and welcoming amazing new clients into my world — I’m feeling the fullness of spring. Not “busy,” but full. Alive. Rooted in the fire of visibility.
And my clients have been right there with me — lighting up stages, showing up for their people, and shining bright in their own aligned ways. There’s a collective exhale we’ve all shared… “Yes, this is what aligned growth feels like.”
Spring has a rhythm of coming out. Bursting forth. Sharing what’s been germinating all winter.
And now, as June opens the door, I feel the pace softening. There’s more spaciousness on the calendar. Fewer moving parts. I can breathe more deeply. And it reminds me of something important:
Our businesses have a rhythm. Our marketing has a rhythm. And we do, too.
Over the years, I’ve come to trust the natural rhythm of how my business moves through the seasons. There’s a cadence I’ve created that feels supportive and alive. One month, I host a roundtable with collaborative partners. The next, I lead a masterclass. It’s a drumbeat of connection and visibility that keeps growing stronger.
Fall brings Ignite — our signature conference, now in its 11th year — with its own pulse and magic. And the stages and podcasts? They flow into my world naturally, not because I chase them, but because I’ve built a community rooted in referrals and relationships.
When I look at it all together — the events, the speaking, the collaborations — it’s not random. It’s a rhythm. An ecosystem built on intention and flow.
I’ve come to realize it’s not just the rhythm itself — it’s the contrast within the rhythm that fuels me. The dance between bold visibility and intentional stillness. The springtime surge and the summertime spaciousness. That’s where the magic lives. That’s when marketing becomes a joy — a natural extension of connection and conversation, not a chore.
When I reflect on my energy and personal rhythm, it looks something like this:
🌸 Spring is visibility — emerging, expanding, being seen.
☀️ Summer is spacious — grounded momentum, deeper listening, and devoted time for bringing ideas to life with intention.
🍂 Fall is go time — high harvest, big launches, bold moves.
❄️ Winter is deep creation — strategy, visioning, foundations.
This is mine — and yours might be different.
So I’m inviting you to tune in:
✨ Where are you in your rhythm right now — and is it supporting the business you truly want?
✨ What season are you in — personally and professionally — and is it aligned with how you’re showing up?
✨ How well is your marketing ecosystem reflecting the business you really want to grow — and the woman you’re becoming?
If these questions stir something — if you’re noticing a gap between your current rhythm and the business you’re longing to build — I’d love to hear your reflections.
Send them to me, and if it feels aligned, I’d be happy to hop on a call to explore how we might work together.
Let’s find the rhythm that brings your vision to life.

I have a passion for building businesses with time prosperity and wealth prosperity. I’ve been helping my clients in my Soul+Strategy Mastermind create building block foundations that expand their capacity to scale their revenue, their impact, and their time. I love what’s happening in their businesses, and today I want to share how I’ve built this into my own business, and how my clients are following the same pathway.
It was messy to break some of the patterns of always doing, doing… and rushing between one task and another. I’d been rushing a good portion of my life. I had to find my way out of being a rushaholic.
So as my business shifted into more of a scalability model, I literally had to learn to slow down and be in this new space I had created for myself. I started to create space for morning rituals, and I got much better at creating boundaries for the energy of me, seeing only 1-2 clients in a week, in addition to my group programming. I made CEO and thought leadership space for me to create. I learned to breathe. I learned to recognize when I would start to fall back into old patterns… because I definitely could and did.
And in all of this journey, I grew more deeply as a CEO and as a human.
It became apparent to me that time prosperity is a mindset opportunity. We can step into time prosperity with intention.
And it is a choice opportunity. We get to choose how we move through our days, and the systems we set in place to allow for a more prosperous time. We get to choose how we set up our business, how we serve our clients, the boundaries we put in place, the tools we use to communicate with our clients and communities and teams… it’s all a choice, and if get intentional with our time, we can create the gift of time prosperity.
So let’s look at the other side of the prosperity coin – wealth prosperity. When I rewind back to the days when I was seeing 5 1:1 clients a day, and the choices I made at the time, to restructure how I serve my clients. I learned to build the right packaging and the right pricing. I learned to establish new ways to work with clients that were even more powerful than I could ever do in the only 1:1 work I was doing.
And with that came freedom in my business and exponential growth in my business, year-on-year. Through times when many entrepreneurial businesses were struggling, I was serving my clients, and growing my business in a sustainable way. And with that came the prosperous growth of my clients’ businesses. The new business models in my business helped my clients’ businesses grow exponentially as well.
The community served them in bigger ways. And with this comes the opportunity to invite more people into my business. The spiraling evolution of my business ignites the spiring evolution of my clients’ businesses, and this is the work we’re all being called to do. This is where wealth prosperity comes in – for both myself and my clients. It makes my heart so happy.
The way we free ourselves from those old patterns is to learn to slow down, to listen to our inner wisdom, to tune into our heart frequently, and to practice mindfulness and new ways of embodiment. This is the soul side of our work. It’s an important pillar in our businesses.
The way we free ourselves from the craziness we can create in our businesses is to get smart with how we build our businesses. This means choosing the right business models, the right packaging, and the right pricing – putting the foundations into place that allow us to scale from the very beginning of our businesses.
It means choosing how we create more white space in our businesses for our big-picture thinking and for creation. It means aligning with our vision of how we want to make a difference with our work and aligning with the clients we want to serve.
AND I recommend not doing this work alone, but rather, being in a community that helps us blossom and grow, and break out of the old patterns that can keep us stuck. When we work with soul, strategy and community, our full potential is unleashed. Because we have space in our lives to create… and a circle of support we take flight.
Join me at Extraordinary Women Prosper on May 24th, a 1-day business retreat! I’m going to be sharing my latest and greatest teachings on how to create more time prosperity and wealth prosperity in your business. One of the things that have been top of mind for me recently is the concept of creating time prosperity and wealth prosperity in our businesses and life. I’ve been helping my clients in my Scale, Grow and Impact Platinum Mastermind create these building block foundations that expand their capacity to scale their revenue, their impact, and their time. I love what’s happening in their businesses, and today I want to share how I’ve built this into my own business, and how my clients are following the same pathway.
