We want you to know that falling and staying in love with Christ is key to being a great wife, husband, parent, son, daughter, and etc. We are only talking about the basic principles of love and living in love. They're BACK!!! In this week's episode of Let's Be Real, Leslie and Brittney discuss The Power of Self Compassion & Grace and how that looks when it is put into practice. Leslie and Brittney give examples of how to apply self-compassion in everyday life situations, adding this tool to your toolbox then accessing it in just the right time. Self-compassion is a level of self-care that requires intentional efforts. It is not easy practicing self-compassion if all you know is your imposter. The imposter makes it hard to be loving and caring to oneself. Here are a couple of references that you might find helpful.
