Zero Waste Alliance Ireland (ZWAI) is a registered environmental charity and NGO, nationally based, and is a member of the Irish Environmental Network (IEN) and the Environmental Pillar of Social Partnership. We receive funding from the Irish Government through the DCCAE.
ZWAI is a not-for-profit policy-oriented organization, established in 2004, to focus on Zero Waste principles (whole lifecycle approach) where waste is seen as a resource. We believe the existing consumerist and wasteful economy and society cannot continue much longer in its present form, and that radical changes are urgently needed.

At age 23, I founded and ran my own business-in-Asia support business, which led its field in Ireland and served the country's biggest companies and Government, and employed 3 people full-time plus 15 part-time.

The Wind in the Willows is book enjoyed by all generations written by the British novelist Kenneth Grahame, first published in 1908. Alternatingly slow-moving and fast-paced, it focuses on four anthropomorphized animals: Mole, Rat (a European water vole), Toad, and Badger. They live in a pastoral version of Edwardian England. The book was based on bedtime stories Grahame told his son Alastair. It has been adapted numerous times for both stage and screen.

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a profoundly isolating and debilitating neurological condition that affects millions of patients, families, friends, people and society.
Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest.
Co-Founder and Project Coordinator here at C.A.N. PROJECTS SΓ©in Mackay is also a patient of ME/CFS who has been living with the condition for close to 20 years. In this disscussion SΓ©in discusses some of his experiences with fellow Co-Founder and Project Coordinator Chris Sneyd.

Colleen has spent her entire career working within Indian Country and has held several positions within Tribal governments and non-profits. Colleen has extensive experience working in Repatriation and sees no greater honor than assisting in the return of Ancestors and their objects. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration, with a minor in American Indian Studies from Central Michigan University. Colleen also holds a Masterβs Degree in International Administration with a focus on International Repatriation, also from Central Michigan University. Colleen is also very proud to be an Indigenous Breastfeeding Counselor and a lifetime Anishinaabemowin language learner.

A drugs rehabilitation center is set for development on the lane, prompting the locals and their snobbish neighbours from the next road over, to unite in protest. This fragile alliance is forced to take on the combined weight of the Political and Media realms, when an addict dies in suspicious circumstances.
Elsewhere, a dark past that has haunted the lane for a century intertwines the fates of a teenager and a homeless alcoholic. Is it supernatural? Or is reality that bit more frightening?
Finally, a man from a well-heeled part of the city blows into the lane, full of confidence and short on affection for his neighbours. When confronted with an impending loss, his friends fade into the digital world, leaving him to face this problem alone; but then, no man is an islandβ¦.
Clementine Lane is a humorous and poignant panorama of contemporary Dublin.

Disgraceful behavior by the Barre Museum in Massachusetts USA who are retaining possession of human bodies and indigenous grave artifacts from the Wounded Knee Massacre 1890.

A drugs rehabilitation center is set for development on the lane, prompting the locals and their snobbish neighbours from the next road over, to unite in protest. This fragile alliance is forced to take on the combined weight of the Political and Media realms, when an addict dies in suspicious circumstances.
Elsewhere, a dark past that has haunted the lane for a century intertwines the fates of a teenager and a homeless alcoholic. Is it supernatural? Or is reality that bit more frightening?
Finally, a man from a well-heeled part of the city blows into the lane, full of confidence and short on affection for his neighbours. When confronted with an impending loss, his friends fade into the digital world, leaving him to face this problem alone; but then, no man is an islandβ¦.
Clementine Lane is a humorous and poignant panorama of contemporary Dublin.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest.
Co-Founder and Project Coordinator here at C.A.N. PROJECTS SΓ©in Mackay is also a patient of ME/CFS who has been living with the condition for close to 20 years.

George Higgs Charles is music composer, artist, twitter poet and all round renaissance man.
Born in Pennsylvania, George Higgs has worked for the last 25 years in Ireland as a composer.
His music has been performed across Ireland, in Russia and the United States and he has received numerous awards and honors including a grant from the Wellcome Trust, the Director's Prize from the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, numerous Arts Council awards and a MacDowell Fellowship. He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and is represented by the Contemporary Music Centre of Ireland.
George has written operas, is working on his 3rd novel, has had his works performed in Carnegie Hall, The Kremlin and the Irish wax Museum.

His music has been performed across Ireland, in Russia and the United States and he has received numerous awards and honors including a grant from the Wellcome Trust, the Director's Prize from the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, numerous Arts Council awards and a MacDowell Fellowship. He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and is represented by the Contemporary Music Centre of Ireland. And also does great work work Waterford Healing Arts

As a child growing up in a world where dyslexia was only starting to be recognised at schools, learning to read and write was a huge challenge for me that that also brought additional challenges. Aside from feeling socially awkward, embarrassed, and humiliated, my natural skills where over looked instead of being encouraged. However, while these set of challenges where difficult, it forced me to work harder and develop other skills sooner.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest.
