"In The Spotlight" is a show that's unapologetically for the culture. "Spotlight" showcases all aspects of black college life, from music and pop culture to politics and sports. The show also gives a platform to student leaders, successful alumni, celebrities and influencers in the community.
For the first episode of the "In The Spotlight" podcast we speak with Joshua Era, the 6th Mr. Albany State University, in anticipation for J9 (Phi Beta Sigma Founders Day) and the Albany State vs Fort Valley State Rivalry basketball game January 12. We talk about his beginnings, his time at Albany State University, his reign as Mr. Albany and becoming a member of Phi Beta Sigma, We also preview the Albany vs. FVSU rivalry game.
