Love may be dead, but, if you're going to get your heart broken, you should at least look good while doing it! In this episode, Lauren and Sydney discuss prom attire from the 1890s to today, as well as giving their opinions on each decade's top trends. Lauren also gives tips as to how you can go to prom on a budget, and Sydney recounts her own prom experience for the rest of us to live vicariously through.
Topics such as racism and homophobia are discussed briefly, as they pertain to the history of proms. Both hosts care deeply about these issues, and, while the focus of this podcast is fashion, they hope listeners will take the time to educate themselves on these aspects of recent* history.

In this episode, Lauren and Sydney discuss the evolution of wedding attire throughout the years, focusing mostly on the shift to white wedding dresses in the Victorian Era but also talking about wedding attire as seen on screen and the history of wedding rings, all while Lauren continuously pushes the fact that she WILL NOT be wearing a white dress and most definitely WILL be having Panda Express cater her wedding. If you like cut throat commentary, this episode is for you! From the blood diamond industry to the costume designers of "Twilight", no one is safe. At the same time, Lauren and Sydney both state their support for Queen Victoria because we have to love a queen who supports local businesses.
*Note: While Bella Swan's dress is nothing to sing praises over, both hosts will give credit where it's due, and the costume designers of "Twilight" definitely did the job of staying true to the character by making Bella's wedding dress just as plain as she is.
