Episode XXXIV features former AFL player of the Western Bulldogs & GWS Giants, Dylan Addison!ππ Growing up in Picnic Point in Sydneyβs South-West, Dylan played AFL from a young age in a predominantly rugby league-centric town, and at one point was one of just a handful of young kids playing Australian Rules at school. Making on to the Bulldogs senior list ahead of the 2006 AFL season, Dylan played along side the likes of Brad Johnson, Chris Grant, Luke Darcy, Scott West, Rohan Smith early in his career and takes us through the experience and knowledge he gained from some of the clubs all time greats. After being in and out of the team early in his career, we delve into his season ending injury in 2008 which halted his progression, as well as playing in a Preliminary Final in 2010 and the disappointment of being so close, yet so far from the ultimate football occasion. After eight seasons at the Dogs, we discuss his disappointment in parting ways with the club and eventually joining his new βhometown clubβ in the GWS Giants where he would spend two seasons assisting the development on and off the field of some of the clubs young talent and his important role at the club now as Welfare & Player Development Manager.2006-2015

Episode XXXIII features Port Adelaide Magpies premiership player and former Adelaide Crow & Sydney Swan Ricky OβLoughlin. ππ
The younger brother of Michael, Ricky-O is a proud Indigenous man from Salisbury North in Adelaide, who was a standout player in the SANFL, winning the ultimate glory for his beloved Magpies in 1999.
He then made a childhood dream a reality when he was drafted to Adelaide in 2000, where he would play nine games for the Crows, scoring two goals. His time at Adelaide was highlighted with his first game in Round 5, 2000 as well as Round 12, 2000 playing his one and only AFL game against his brother, Michael.
Being delisted after two seasons, he joined his older brother in Sydney in 2002 but unfortunately did not make a senior appearance for the club and was delisted at the conclusion of that season.
Ricky-O is a man with great perspective and respect for the game, his teammates and coaches and is immensely proud of playing in the big league. He discusses his relationship with his brother Michael, winning the holy grail with the Magpies, his three seasons in the AFL, declining an opportunity to join Fremantle and reflecting on that decision 20 years later, his strong belief in education when it comes to racism in the game, as well as sharing a locker room with the greatest forward in AFL history, Tony Lockett.

Episode XXXII features former North Melbourne & Adelaide workhorse Sam Gibson. ππ
A great man with incredible discipline, perseverance and work ethic, Gibbo spent one season on Hawthornβs list as a rookie before being cut. He then had to wait five years until making his AFL dream a reality when he found his way on to North Melbourneβs list, debuting in 2012.
This then began the run of 130 consecutive games for the Kangaroos including playing in four finals series, where he gained a reputation as one of the leagueβs most reliable and durable players. He was then delisted at the end of 2017 but was given an opportunity at Adelaide where he spent one season before retiring.
Gibbo delves into how waiting until aged 26 to make the big league was a blessing in disguise, the disappointment two consecutive preliminary final defeats, the demise of North Melbourne in mid-2016 despite a 9-0 start to the season, as well as his one difficult season both on and off the field at the Crows.

Episode XXXI features a fan favourite of the NBL, 2007 champion Dusty Rychart. π
Dust is the epitome of hard work, resilience and has shown a unique ability to stand up for himself in difficult circumstances and fight for what he wants.
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, a traditional ice hockey city, Dust talks us through his love of basketball from a young age.
We delve into his time at the University of Minnesota where he would face some incredible challenges including being belittled by teammates, and also coinciding with the infamous academic scandal.
Venturing to Australia in 2002, Dusty played half a season for the Victoria Giants before establishing himself as one of the true workhorses of the NBL at the Adelaide 36ers under legendary coach Phil Smyth.
He would then head over to Brisbane where he would win a championship ring with the famous Bullets side under Joey Wright, who would win a league record 21 straight games to ease to the holy grail.
Later on in his career he would play one season for the Woollongong Hawks and eventually finish off with the Cairns Taipans under difficult circumstances with some frustrating injury setbacks.

Episode XXX features 3x NBL champion and league cult-hero Rupert Sapwell! π
Originally from country Victoria, we delve into Sappaβs career, including the early days coming up through the Eastside Melbourne Spectres junior program, to making the NBL in 1989 under legendary coach Brian Goorjian.
He reminisces on the College days and his experience at Cal Lutheran, which includes a very funny story meeting Emilio EstΓ©ves!
Returning to the league at the South East Melbourne Magic, he recalls the disappointment of being early and late to both championships and missing out, before heading over to Adelaide where he was would win three titles in 1998, 1999 & 2002.
We discuss some great stories and moments, such as taking that Hail Mary shot to send the Semi Final game of 1999 into Overtime, as well as his first-half heroics in the 2002 Grand Final series, scoring 18 points in an incredible individual effort.
Lastly, we touch on his final years at Cairns before heading up the boots prematurely, his son Koen who currently plays in the NBL for the South East Melbourne Phoenix, as well as what he is doing now inspiring his students at Trinity College in Adelaide.

Matt is quite the journey man, playing for many NBL clubs throughout his almost 400 game career including the South East Melbourne Magic, North Melbourne Giants, Brisbane Bullets, Cairns Taipans, Wollongong Hawks, Canberra Cannons, Hunter Pirates, Perth Wildcats & South Dragons.

A Port Adelaide man through and through, Wilbur won two SANFL Premierships in the late 90s with the Magpies before joining the Power in their first season in the big league in 1997, where he won the award as the competition's best first year player.
We discuss the highs and lows through his career, from scoring the first ever showdown goal, to the injury setbacks, the disappointing finals losses from 2001-2003 before eventually proving doubters wrong and winning the flag with the Power in 2004. We also touch on the emotion of missing the 2007 Grand Final and how the 119 point loss to Geelong impacted the club and began the darkest days in its proud history.

Matt has a very unique story, originally from England he grew up loving the game of football and was signed at Portsmouth at the age of ten. However, unlike many athletes, he did not become a professional footballer until the age of 27. He shares some inspiring stories, including losing both his parents at a young age and the incredible fortitude that comes with a tragedy like that, his SANFL days and the back-to-back premierships in 1985-1986 with the Glenelg Tigers. We also delve into the early Adelaide Crows days under Graham Cornes and being the club's first captain, the fateful 1993 Preliminary Final, the ugly era under Robert Shaw and his sad departure at the end of the 1996 season, ultimately finishing up at North Adelaide as player and finally coach.

He played one season for Fitzroy, West Coast, St. Kilda & Essendon before joining the new Fremantle Dockers in 1995 where he remained until his retirement in 2002.
