Let's talk fitness and the klothing you need and want to thrive at any gym!
Andrew OJ is the founder and co-owner of the rebranded Awaken Klothing. Developed in early 2019, Andrew ventured from the gym floor, down the entrepreneur path with some savings and big ideas to lift his company off the ground. As a Personal Trainer, Andrew noticed his clients were in need of high quality and affordable gym wear and saw a lucrative gap to exploit. With few competitors in the Irish market, Andrew brought his product to events such as WellFest and marketing his brand through popular influencers and social media.
It wasn't long before Awaken took off, however, Andrew put his brand pursuits aside to study for his Masters in Physiotherapy. Now with COVID keeping him in Ireland, Andrew is back with bigger and better aspirations. The relaunch of Awaken Klothing is just around the corner so stay tuned.
To have a look at their stock, Awaken will relaunch this week so follow @awakenklothing to stay tuned to new developments.

This was one of my favourite chats so far with my friend Gemma McGuinness. To describe Gemma in a sentence would be all too difficult for what she has achieved in a few years. However, Gemma is a former Irish and N.I Football International player, fitness model and as recently as last week is a master graduate in Nutrition.
-Everything from the progression of women’s football from her days in underage football
-Her experience as a fitness model
-in-depth knowledge on the key functions of performance nutrition, and how to make the best out of what you eat already and improve on it!
-Meditation, goal-setting and routine structure
She is a fantastic character and an all-around joker when you get her going, I can’t wait for you guys to have a listen if this!

My second ever guest to the podcast was a Corkman and Pau Rugby sensation, Eoghan Barrett. Eoghan has quietly done his business within the French Academy Structure in the past year to earn a position on the senior team for some difficult Top14 and Challenge Cup ties.
While maintaining his form on the field, Eoghan is studying online for a degree in Commerce and is striving to make a more permanent position on the 1st team for the next Top14 season.
Eoghan is a charismatic, driven and top lad so you better watch out for his name in the future.
This episode is definitely worth the listen and if you enjoyed it, please share it on any social media you have using
