Today I'm chatting all about burn out. This past week, I have been feeling so overwhelmed and down about myself. I haven't been motivated to do much or show myself online and it all started when I got sick over valentines week. I am slowly coming out of that low depressive state and as I am doing that, I am realizing the root cause of why I am getting burned out.
