Natalie Pearl has been running her own dance school for 20 years. In 2017, due to the small number of boys attending, she started a boys-only class to encourage more boys into the studio. Since then, she hasn't looked back! The class grew rapidly, and now consistently has 50-60 boys attending her dance school.
In 2021, Natalie won the RAD Project B award for innovation in male dance and delivered numerous seminars and talks for the RAD and BBO. That same year, she founded National Boys Dance Day, which in 2023 saw 100 boys from across the UK joining together for a fabulous day of dance.
Her mission is simple - to make dance a hobby for boys as much as football or rugby. There are so many boys out there who want to dance, and Natalie is dedicated to giving them a place to thrive.

Peter Pearson has a passion for sports, a curious mind for science, and a knack for finance. He pursued his love for gymnastics and became a successful junior athlete. But as he progressed, he realized that there was a gap in the market for organizations that could effectively engage young athletes in extracurricular activities.
With his entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen, he transitioned into the world of finance and became a junior commodities trader. However, his drive for innovation and his passion for sports remained. He went on to establish Osiris Academy, a gymnastics academy that quickly became popular due to its innovative teaching methods.
But he didn't stop there. He founded Acrotrix, a company that provided digital solutions for sports organizations, making it easier for them to manage their programs and communicate with parents. Matt Fiddes is a respected expert in the international world of martial arts, fitness, and entrepreneurship. He first discovered a talent for martial arts at seven years old after being bullied at school. Five years later, he won his Black Belt. Leaving school at sixteen with no qualifications , Matt opened the first Matt Fiddes Martial Arts School in Barnstaple, North Devon, with just £100 in savings. Within no time, he had over 700 members and it became the largest martial arts school in the UK.
Matt’s unique life skill and educational programs have been a massive success, with over 1500 MF schools across the UK/Europe, including Ireland, Germany, Holland, Australia, and South Africa. He holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Black Belts in Kickboxing and Kung Fu.
Matt has numerous celebrity clients, including the late Michael Jackson, whom he served as a personal bodyguard and friend for over a decade. In addition to martial arts, Matt launched “MF Dance,” offering street dance programs worldwide. He has collaborated with Boxercise and Kick boxercise, leading to the opening of over 2000 new MF locations in 54 countries.
In 2016, Matt gained international recognition for providing expert advice as a bodyguard and self-defense consultant on the Kim Kardashian robbery in Paris. He has appeared on major TV stations and has been featured in newspapers and magazines worldwide. Matt achieved a record-breaking 1 million video views and 14,000 shares for demonstrating self-defense moves every parent should teach their children. He launched an online petition to make self-defense classes mandatory in all UK secondary schools.
Matt’s dedication extends beyond martial arts and dance. In 2012, he worked with injured servicemen and women at the Headley Court rehabilitation center and launched the NOBULL anti-bullying campaign, which received significant support across the UK and internationally.

Matt has spent his entire career in sales. At 18 years of age he took a telesales role in the highly competitive photocopying industry. By tenaciously knocking on doors and cold calling, he quickly became the top performing sales person, and by the age of 22 became Sales manager.
The techniques he learnt then still stand strong to this day.
In his early 20’s he started a family business in Birmingham with his father and brother, selling tiles and bathrooms. The business grew consistently, doubling turnover year on year.
In 2005, Matt invested heavily, acquiring land and developing a show room. In 2008, he opened the 6000 sq. foot 2 storey show room containing bespoke Italian tiles and a staff of 14 people.
In 2012, Matt used the same techniques he now teaches in The Elite Closing Academy to secure a multi-7-figure deal to lease the ground floor of his premises to a well-known supermarket chain.
In 2017, Matt’s brother purchased his shares in the trading company, which runs successfully to this day. Now they manage a small property portfolio together and Matt maintains a 50% share holding in their property company.
Matt took a few months off in 2017 and then became reacquainted with his now Business Partner Nick James, the founder of Seriously Fun Business (SFB) and creator of the well-known Expert Empires events.
For the next 10 months, Matt was coaching, training and advising Nick’s team and a selection of his clients.
On 1 August 2018, Matt and Nick co-founded The Elite Closing Academy, which offers high end sales training, coaching and mentoring packages to sales teams and individuals around the UK.

Paula Carnell is a Bee expert and Honey sommelier. Working with companies and landowners around the world to keep bees in a sustainable way. Through her own remarkable health recovery experience from a genetic connective tissue disorder, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome,(EDS) she realised that what was killing the bees was also killing us. Using herbal medicine and plant based minerals, she has now been fully recovered since 2015 and her new life with bees began.
