I was recently did an interviewed with Greg Maybury on TNT Radio for his show The No Fly Zone. This is the first time I've done an interview about The 8 News Show and admittedly I had a difficult time staying on topic. We spoke mostly about the jab injured shows I do and being such an important subject we just didn't really have enough time to cover all of the details (which I like to do). In this introductory episode Hannah joins me to talk about the things she's learnt over the years as a home schooling mother, and how home schooling is nothing like contemporary mainstream schooling as one would know it.

In this episode Professor Augusto Zimmermann joins me to discuss the constitution of Australia and how the Australian Government has broken the social contract with it's citizens. I ask Augusto, "where did our checks and balances go and how can we restore them. The answer was rather more shocking than I had expected.
Professor Zimmermans Bio:
Dr Augusto Zimmermann LLB, LLM, PhD (Mon.) is Professor at Sheridan College in Perth, Western Australia. He is also Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame Australia, Sydney campus. In addition, Professor Zimmermann is a former Law Reform Commissioner with the Law Reform Commission of Western Australian and a former Associate Dean (Research) and Postgraduate Research Director at Murdoch University's School of Law. Professor Zimmermann is also the founder and President of the Western Australian Legal Theory Association (WALTA), a former Vice-President of the Australian Society of Legal Philosophy (ASLP), a Fellow at the International Academy for the Study of the Jurisprudence of the Family, and Editor-in-Chief of the Western Australian Jurist law journal. A prolific writer and the author of numerous articles and academic books, Professor Zimmermann was awarded the 2012 Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Research, and two School Dean's Research Awards, in 2010 and 2011. He has also received the 2013 Law Lecturer of the Year Award from the Murdoch Student Law Society (MSLS), in recognition of the outstanding level of teaching, service and personal contribution he provided to the students of Murdoch Law School. Finally, Professor Zimmermann has been included, together with only twelve other Australian academics and policy experts, in 'Policy Experts' – the Heritage Foundation's directory for locating knowledgeable authorities and leading policy institutes actively involved in a broad range of public policy issues, both in the United States and worldwide.

At 74 years of age Murray was a healthy, vibrant and active man within his community. As a volunteer in the community Murray's life as a retiree and grandfather was everything he could ask for. That all ended the day he was forced to take the jab or be excluded from the life he cherished.

Peter and I understand that the law is confusing for people who are not involved in the legal system. This is not just limited to the Covid-19 vaccine mandates which appear resistant to legal challenge.
To help people understand the law better, to understand how the legal system works, and help them help themselves, we are going to start holding live webinars.
We are looking at running single webinars as well as a series of connected webinars, we are going to charge $20 per webinar and will see how people can access the paid webinars again later.
Keep an eye out for our announcement of the first webinar that we hope to host on 9 September 2023. The first session is an overview of the pandemic response and breaches of human rights law.
In this session we will cover off (briefly) on the history of human rights laws starting with the first human rights treaty and working our way through the Australian legislation that has incorporated the Treaty and Conventions.

Having lost everything and facing a bleak future in their South African village Belinda and her husband decided to accept a job offer in Australia. Then they were threatened and robbed losing everything.
Under great adversity Belinda and her husband made it to Australia, became naturalised, worked hard, sent their children to good schools and almost paid off their home. When the mandates were enforced in WA Belinda and her husband had serious concerns about the possible adverse health benefits of a government prescribed medical procedure that had not been thoroughly tested.
They lost their home and everything in it.

After just one jab 36 year old Bram began to suffer from shape stabbing pains in his heart. An avid mountain bike rider, this healthy young man realised there was a connection between his chest pains and the jab. Bram quickly began to do his own research and realised that the doctors were attempting to cover up and dismiss his health concerns by suggesting that his problems were due to anxiety or just simply omitting that test results showed any issue. Bram caught them in a lie.

Recorded live on Friday evening 17 June 2022. We cover a range of topics, particularly the outstanding and controversial decision passed down by the Port Hedland town council on Wednesday 15 June 2022.
This episode was the second in a series of Friday night live sessions which started in Bridgetown Western Australia as a one off. However the show was received warmly so we decided to continue and build a format which would give WA advocates for political change a platform to meet and discuss their efforts to restore our inalienable human rights and a sustainable economic balance that our nations leadership have completely lost sight of.
Ben felt bullied and coerced by the West Australian Government into taking the experimental jab. Immediately after the receiving the 'medication' Ben began to experience adverse reactions and within 2 weeks a large sack of fluid had formed on his lower back the size of a rock melon. From then on Ben suffered a brain injury and paralysis down his left side. He will never work again and doctors just don't want to know about it.

Diana felt as though she was bullied and coerced into taking the jab by main stream media and the West Australian state government. She is also involved in an ongoing legal matter (unrelated) which she could not continue to pursue if she didn't roll up her sleeve for WA.
After much deliberation Diana felt that her best option was to take the Moderna company medical procedure. Upon her second dose Diana began to experience chest pain, an elevated heart rate, severe headaches and extreme photo sensitivity to light.

This episode was recored from the Up Close and Personal with Hoody and the CADCO Candidates event on May 17 2022. In the lead up to the recent federal election things were moving so fast that I inadvertently missed posting this live stream as an episode so that the audience could listen at a later date.
Sadly, we were not able to get Hoody on this one and generally speaking things didn't go 100% to plan however we did have some great and sometimes comical discussion so I'm glad I can bring it to you now.
