Enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek! In this weeks episode I discuss two issues I have with the character of Keiko O'Brien, and explain why I think it is especially egregious in DS9. I do want to say that I don't have an issue with Rosalind Chow, and think she deserved better material. Oh and I may or may not do the "You gotta see the baby" voice from Seinfeld. Enjoy!

Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this weeks episode, I discuss why I think Captain Kirk is the most negligent of the captains. Now I do want to state for the record that I don't hate Kirk, I actually love him. It's just that I don't love everything that he does and his negligence is very concerning to me. Especially considering the almost god like status that he holds in universe and the in the fandom in general. I also want to say that I think Kirk is also the most ingenious/resourceful captain which is something that I definitely want to discuss in a future episode. With all of that, enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this week's episode I discuss why I think Star Trek is basically future space America, and not future space Earth. I don't think this is necessarily a problem given that it is an American show, and the realities of TV, but it something to consider. I think it is especially important to consider when characters talk about what it means to be human. And on that heavy note, enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this weeks episode, I discuss my experiencing announcing my love of Trek to my High School and the liberation that I felt. Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this weeks episode, I explore the very series issue of racism in Star Trek. I don't think Star Trek is racist, but there are some concerning aspects in Trek that are certainly worthy of discussion. Oh and I do mispronounce "Quark" a few times in the episode (which I really don't know why because I literally grew up with DS9). On that somewhat dower note, Enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling about Star Trek. In this episode, I discuss some things that JJ Abrams and Kelvin Trek did better than mainline Trek. Now before you get out the pitch forks, hear me out. And don't worry, I'm not saying Kelvin Trek is the best Trek. I just think that it does a few things better. On that somewhat preachy note, enjoy!

Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this weeks episode, I discuss why I think Captain Archer is the most reckless captain in Star Trek. Now don't get me wrong, I love him. I really do. I also fully understand that importance that he plays in forming the federation, but goodness gracious, Archer really should have thought a little more before going full Archer. Side note, can we make "going full Archer" a thing? Anyways, enjoy the show!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling about Star Trek. In this episode I talk about why I think that Worf being a bad father is particularly egregious and give four reasons. I love Worf and think he is a great person/character but my gosh his parenting leaves a lot to be desired. Curious? Then strap in because things are going to get nerdy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling About Star Trek. In this weeks episode I discuss five things about Star Trek that really don't make a whole lot of sense. I love them, but they don't. I also need to make mention of two things. One, I think I pronounce Quark's name wrong a few times. Two, I discuss a scene between Chakotay and Janeway where I claim that Janeway does not give him approval to fire a torpedo. I was wrong, she gives him a nod. On that note, Enjoy!
Hey Trekkie! In this episode I get into the issue of some Trekkies feeling that new Trek is too inclusive and too diverse. To me this doesn't make any sense because Trek has always been focused on diversity and inclusion. It wouldn't be Trek if it wasn't. So be prepared, because I'm going to be yelling and its going to get preachy/nerdy. Enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! In this weeks episode of Yelling about Star Trek, I delve into my love hate relationship with Voyager. There are things that I love about the series and things that I hate. Yet, even so, its one of my go to series when I'm in the mood for some good old Trek (which is most days if I'm being honest). So make some coffee, get a nice pair of headphones and strap in because its about to get nerdy. Enjoy!
Hey Trekkies! Welcome back to another episode of Yelling about Star Trek. In this episode I talk about how Netflix takes one of the least popular seasons of Star Trek (Enterprise Season three,) and turn's it into one of the best. A quick note, I incorrectly state that DS9 doesn't really touch on terrorism. DS9 does in fact do this, perhaps more than other Star Trek series. Enjoy!
In this very first episode, I discuss the three key lessons that I think Star Trek: Picard can learn from the hit television show, Cobra Kai going into Season 2. Why am I comparing these two very different shows? Well because both bring back legacy characters but Cobra Kai in my opinion was more successful than Picard. I also explain who I am and most importantly, why I love Star Trek. Enjoy!
