Destiny is a one of a kind teacher who truly works to understand her students needs and never stops trying to help her students achieve success. She is a stellar communicator and ensures all of her students understand the importance of expressing their emotions as well as providing ample opportunities for social emotional learning in her classroom. Destiny is also an advocate for therapy and is a firm believer that everyone should have an outlet where they can express their feelings and thoughts in a healthy and productive way. Destiny is one of the most humble, gracious, and driven people I have ever met. She works tirelessly for her students, her boyfriend, and her family all while continuing to pour love onto herself. She is someone I truly admire and hope that others find her just as inspiring.

He basically a real life jack of all trades. Mario is also heavily involved in the world of health and fitness. He just completed the 75Hard challenge a little over a month ago and continues to maintain consistency and drive both in his mental and physical lifestyles. Mario is one of the most intelligent and determined people I have ever met and his experiences are most definitely worth listening to. I found myself getting amped up and motivated to become more active and driven listening to Mario speak and it happens more than once.

Surprise! This week's special guest is me. Welcome to the first ever solo episode of Youngish. I wanted to take this week to spend some time reflecting on what I have been up to over the last couple of years and why I decided to rebrand the podcast in the first place. The last time I did a solo episode was back in 2021 and quite a lot has happened in my life that has both pushed and challenged me in a multitude of ways. Just as much as I hope for my guests to be vulnerable on their episodes I also need to do the same. Sharing my life experiences provides my audience the opportunity to know me as more than a host, but a whole person.
In this solo episode I dive into my reasons for transitioning out of the classroom, finding tranquility in work life balance, and sharing the why behind the new podcast name: Youngish.
