Not everyone identifies as a gift giver so it's no wonder VDay can put pressure on a man. Try not to view it as pressure, more so as an opportunity to think outside the box. Gifts and intimacy should flow year-round. Valentine's day should be viewed as a celebration of the work you have put in all year. Here are a few tips to think outside the box.
1. Automatically eliminate anything on a top ten list
2. Eliminate anything you can plugin unless it is requested
3. Show the work. The effort sometimes out ways the gift.
4. Continue to learn from her at each phase in her life. Certain gifts she enjoyed at 25 she no longer finds appealing in her 40s.
Evolve your gift-giving strategy to highlight the growth you see in her.
5. Don't assume a small gift can't have an impact. It is especially helpful when you run into the person who has everything.
6. Embrace the challenge.

Be careful what you invest with your eyes and ears. Much of what you hear on the internet is addressing toxicity. The men and women who speak on relationships usually frame their advice or commentary within certain niche markets. When Menpreach they usually take one of two avenues. One is pro-man (I've been hurt this is how not to get hurt. Don't trust women) Two, is pro-women (Men are bad and don't stand for this don't stand for that).
Women in the space do something very similar. It's either woman empowerment or it surounds feminine energy.
Either way, I'm here to say don't fall for the trap. There is a huge middle ground of everyday people that don't live in those extremes. Plenty of men love their wives but need guidance on how to go from being treated well to great. Plenty of women adore their husbands or mate and wish they worked on somethings that are not deal breakers. Don't let the media have you fighting a fight that is not yours. It tends to create problems where a simple solution is an answer. You begin to attach toxic traits to people who don't deserve them. Intern hurting your relationship for no reason.

She first discovered yoga in 2012 in Nairobi, Kenya with Yogi Khartik, who inspired her to use her intuition for healing, to connect with nature, and to better understand people’s needs. She traveled often to India to learn yoga and meditation. She officially became a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India where she focused on therapy yoga.
On her quest for a deep meditation technique, she was drawn to Vipassana's 10-day silent meditation in Rajasthan, India, and spent some time learning Tibetan yoga in the mountains of McLeod, Dharamsala where the Dalai Lama resides.
In recent years, she spends most of the year by the seaside mountains of Northern Italy where she currently organizes hiking and yoga retreats.
