How are you going to survive your most painful childhood?

We've all had our fair share of difficulties, but our experiences have all been unique. Bobbi Parish, my guest today, is an author and the founder of the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching. This talk is about how to get through hard times, heal from trauma, and build a spiritual life that supports your beliefs.

Bobbi Parish grew up in a home where her mother gave her father as a sexual partner because she didn't want to be with him. So for eight years, she stood in as his wife. She had mental health problems for many years, went in and out of psychiatric wards, was homeless and disabled, and her family disowned her. There was also a lot of religious pain.

Bobbi went to graduate school to become a counsellor but was told she had nothing to offer in counselling. Nevertheless, Bobbi did not allow the negative attitude of a lecturer to put her on purpose.

In 1999, Bobbi wrote a book about how to make your sacred text help your spiritual life, which paved the way for her to offer something different for trauma survivors. In 2017 she started the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching and taught others who had been through trauma how to become Certified Trauma Recovery Coaches. Today, Bobbi and her team have trained more than 500 coaches who they hope will help other people who have been through trauma build lives they love.

Bobbi's story shows us that we should never allow anyone to stop us from pursuing our purpose. Stay on course and follow your dreams because only you can tell of your experiences to help someone else.

Did you know that the EFT can help you overcome stress and enjoy greater emotional freedom?

This latest episode of Verna Haywood, with brave soul Ann Hince. A little background of Ann. When she was 19, she woke up to find her mother dead in our bathroom, face down. Twenty years later, the tears from that trauma were still just below the surface. She believes that We tell ourselves we shouldn't feel what we feel because we believe what society tells us to be true. She has learned that the secret to happiness lies in discovering and accepting one's truth or feelings. Ann has trained her mind to the point where she can feel what's happening inside her body and release physical tension stored in her connective tissue. She has x-rays that show how this inner work has changed her body, such as how the alignment of her eye sockets has changed, her neck is now straight, her lower jaw is now in the middle, and her tooth roots are growing. At 55, she has also grown half an inch.

Ann wants us all to know that we have this incredible power inside us; we need to take practices we may already be doing to the next level.

In this episode, Verna and Ann talk about;

  • Ho to overcome trauma as a child

Quotable quotes:  “At times we tend to think we have to stay in these relationships that are not working for us. We have to stay in this friendship that is not working. No, you don't because staying in that friendship or that relationship, you're dying. You're dying inwardly. You're dying outwardly. You just die, you're perishing or because you wanna save face or because you want to belong again that belonging that wanted to be loved, there comes a time when you have to think, now I need to step away”    -Verna Haywood  “As you let go, you find release and authenticity, and you become entire and homeless.”        -Tambry Harris

Hello Friends, in today's episode, Ms Christine Malek, the SASSI coach and speaker, is speaking to us about finding the essence within to be SASSI. Christine believes every woman can survive and thrive on being her best authentic self. Christine Malek uses her unique approach to bring out the strength and light that shines within every woman. Christine Malek was married to an abusive husband who had beaten her many times. On several occasions, Christine Malek felt she was either going to commit suicide or homicide due to the abuse she was experiencing from her former husband; she had reached her thither and was willing to leave this life. Christine came to the point when her husband pulled the gun trigger and pointed it at her head. She begged him to kill her. Christine's husband pulled the trigger and shot her in the head, but she did not die. No woman should ever get to the point in their marriage where they become so fed up with life that they must ask their husband to kill them to escape the pain and suffering they are experiencing. Christine was ready to die; as far as Christine was concerned, there was no point in being alive. Nonetheless, God had a more excellent plan for Christine's life. As you listen to her story, you will notice Christine gained strength, and the light within began to shine brightly to pursue her mission of helping women who experienced abuse to develop a better and healthier mindset. You might be wondering what SASSI stands for! Listen to Ms Christine as she breaks down the definition behind each word. Word matters! The power behind each gives us an understanding of the true essence of SASSI. S - Strong A - Aspiration S - Smart S - Spicy I - Independent Every woman has SASSI within them. Isn't it wonderful how God gave each woman who has experienced challenges the strength to rise as a Phoenix from the ashes to be a light that shines brightly to help other women DISCOVER the SASSIness within themselves?

Allowing Our Voice To Be Heard is essential to our growth. Our voice bonds individuals together regardless of the words we speak. It conveys different emotions such as anger, joy, sadness and fear. In my experience, our voice is one of the first things we lose through trauma. Our voice is the agent we use to communicate with our family and the world to express our thoughts. We fear speaking, and why that might be the case is derived from being told as kids to be quiet, or we want to keep away from trouble, especially in relationships where our parents or partner is an abuser. At birth, babies experience the sound of their parent's voices; they can tell whether it is happy, sad or angry. In today's episode, my guest Valeria Elliott, better known as Ms V The Storyteller, will share with you her experience of what caused her to lose her voice at a young age and how she got her power back by reclaiming her voice. In this episode, you will hear laughter. Ms V The Storyteller's voice is one of the many human rights God gave her, and after so many years of not using the power of her voice Ms V, The Storyteller decided to use it to bring joy into our lives. Her story will invigorate you to use your voice to tell your story, for it is your God-given right to be able to communicate your thoughts and feelings and not be fearful.

Hey friends! In today's episode, I am talking to you about "No One Has Dominion Over Another Person" every woman and man have their God-given right to make decisions that keep them safe and strip them of their power. In the first book of Genesis 1:26, God gave man dominion over the earth and every creeping that creepeth on the ground, the birds of the air and fishes in the sea. The description in Genesis 1:26 has been misinterpreted by men of the cloth to make women feel inferior to men. However, it has never been God's intention when he placed man in a deep sleep, took a rib of his side, and created him a helpmeet. When the man awoke from his deep sleep and the woman was presented to him, Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called woman because she was taken out of Man Genesis 2:23. It bleeds my heart to know that some men do not see women as equals. They seem to think it is their right to beat and kill women. My body ached when I heard that six women in one week in Milwaukee county in the United States were shot in some cases by their husbands and ex-partners. The murder of women has to stop. Twenty-five years ago, I walked away from an abusive relationship to give myself the greatest gift that is the gift of "life." I thought it wasn't a pleasant situation to be in then! Never in my wildest dream did I think it would develop into an epidemic. According to the United Nations, the worst place for a woman is in her home. One hundred and 137 worldwide are killed by someone they know. The United Nations further states every 15 minutes. A woman is being murdered in their home. The home should be her castle; now, if a woman can't be safe in their home, where can they feel safe? Life is precious; every life is essential. We all have to come together and stop this epidemic. According to an article in The Guardian written by Julie Bindel titled A war on women is raging in the UK- the femicide statistics prove it. Based on a census, the report states that 139 women died in the UK. When I consider the statistic released by the UN and the Census conducted in the UK, it tells me the number of women losing their lives worldwide is much higher than stated. https://www.whiteribbon.org.au/Primary-Preventatives/Research https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2018/11/26/un-finds-deadliest-place-women-is-their-home/ https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/dec/18/women-uk-femicide-statistics-died-male-violence

Words have power beyond expression; they define what a person wants to express. Words express insights, ideas and emotions. It can change the course of life when spoken wisely without causing hurt. Words that can build up or destroy How can we use the power of words in an encouraging and uplifting way? Words can tear down, so why not use your words as an organic compound for growth and nutrition for those who hear them? Words are seeds; they are the food we can use that make people feel good and be sincere in complimenting people and not with insincere flattery. Proverbs 16:24 tells us, "Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body." We can use words to encourage others when they are going through difficult times; it would enable them to endure.

Encouragement from Words1Thessalonians 4:18 "Therefore encourage one another with these words." Avoiding Word That Speak Wars1 Timothy 6:3-4 tells us we should not be puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. It is good to have an unhealthy craving for controversy and quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, and evil suspicions. Every Idle Word has consequences.Matthew 12:36 For by your words you will be justified. Gossiping WordsProverbs 18:8 "The words of a whisper are like delicious morsels: they go down into the inner parts of the body." The Word of LifeJohn 5:24 "If they hear His word and believe them, that person "does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life." Hello, everyone. I am here to spice up your life with a sprinkle of faith dash of hope, and a pint of love – Love conquers all. Welcomes to the unstoppable life with Verna Haywood, the original spice girl from Grenada, the Island of spice and all that’s nice.  As someone who has experienced and overcame many challenges from 5 years old, I have learnt to lean on the everlasting arms of the Lord my God to see me through. Every difficulty has been an opportunity to push forward and not let anyone take my power away from me. Over the years, I have learned to use scriptures to strengthen me from the inside out. I also learnt to put my trust in the only one I know beyond a shadow of a doubt who loves me unconditionally.  The Holy Spirit impressed on my heart to end domestic and sexual violence. As an advocate against domestic and sexual abuse against women and girls, I thought my mission was to solely speak out against the abuse inflicted on women and girls. However, I have since learnt to listen with my heart. It is essential to include men in the conversation.  God’s desire for humanity is for men and women to become one unit. Neither has the authority to have dominion over each other they are equals.  The unstoppable life podcast is a space for every woman and man to GROW! Grow in faith, grow in wisdom, grow in confidence, develop their relationships, and know their rights, the human rights that God gave to each of us. Soft answers turn away wrath. God is within you each day. Therefore, you would hear topics from women and men each week to build a solid foundation. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom: with all thy getting get understanding. Proverbs 4:7-9 www.vernahaywood.com Collab with me at hello@vernahaywood.com

Hello, Everyone. Welcome to The Unstoppable Life with Verna Haywood, the original spice girl from Grenada. The land of spice and all that's nice. The Unstoppable Life podcast is a space for every woman and man to GROW! Grow in Faith, grow in wisdom, grow in confidence, grow in love, grow in compassion and develop their relationships. I am here to spice up your life with a sprinkle of Faith, a dash of Hope, and a pint of Love - Love conquers all. In today's episode, I am talking about Live by example. I was reading the scripture and came across a young man called Timothy who did not seem to have a father figure in his life. The scripture in the book of 2 Timothy 1:5 shows that all he learned was from his grandmother Lois and mother Eunice. These two women led him to behave, live life and treat others with respect. The energy that they lived was an example for him. When someone chooses to abuse another person, to me is a learnt behaviour. It is the example they saw growing up in the home they decided to adopt. As adults, when they enter into relationships with another person and for whatever reason something upsets them, they resort to violence instead of talking about it. In The Unstoppable Life Podcast, I will bring guests with different experiences who will share with you how they have overcome complex challenges. Hello, everyone welcomes to the unstoppable life with Verna Haywood, the original spice girl. I am here to spice up your life with a sprinkle of faith dash of hope, and a pint of love – Love conquers all. In today’s episode, Slessor and I will be discussing tolerance and acceptance in terms of relationships. According to the Cambridge dictionary, tolerance is the willingness to accept behaviour and beliefs that are different from your own, although you might not agree or approve of them. Respect and tolerance are vital to our society, the world and relationships. The Bible tells us that keeping undesirable company can corrupt good character and that we should return to our senses and not be misled(1 Cor 15: 33-34). Understanding who we are, where we come from and where we are going. When we have tolerance and acceptance in relationships, we will not be fearful and honest to speak our truths because we are afraid of upsetting the other person. It is acceptable to uphold strong beliefs while simultaneously understanding that the other person also has strong views, and they must be respected. In today's episode, we are speaking about compassion. What does it mean to have mercy, and why should we be compassionate to others and ourselves. Emotion researchers define compassion as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. In Psalms, 103:13, the Bible tells us As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him. In the same way, we show compassion to others. We need to do the same for ourselves. Kristin Neff, an expert in the field of self-compassion, describes self-compassion as being made up of three main parts: "self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness." At times we can show compassion to others, but when it comes to being compassionate, we have a hard time showing compassion toward ourselves. Colossians 3:13 NIV tells us, "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience." As you can see from the reading above, self-compassion is essential. It is a muscle we have to develop it is one of the most self-care we should and must adopt. I want to take this opportunity and recommend reading Restoring the Christian Soul by Leanne Payne. Leanne reveals how to overcome the three significant barriers that keep us from becoming a whole person • The inability to receive God's forgiveness • The inability to forgive others • The inability to accept ourselves.

Hello Friends! In today's podcast, we are continuing on the topic of mindfulness. What are some of the practical things one can do to achieve mindfulness? In my last episode, I mentioned I would have other people on the segment with me, and today I have Slessor Ettienne with me. We are talking about how we can slow down (being mindful) a situation that can escalate if we don't take a retroactive approach and be proactive instead of reactive. You will hear me quoting scriptures such as Matthew 5:23–25 and Colossians 3:13. In Proverbs 17:1, Soloman tells us a gentle response has the absolute power to defuse someone's wrath. That's the power we have when we choose to be mindful instead of reacting to the situation. You will hear us using Chris Rock's reaction to receiving a slap which was an abusive reaction from Will Smith, about Chris's joke about Will's wife. We must be mindful of the consequences of our and other people's actions and never take anything or anyone for granted. Both Slessor and I hope you will receive many nuggets in this episode to help you transform your life. Using scripture verses within the podcast comes naturally to me as they have been the bedrock of my faith and a source of strength for me during my time of experiencing abuse. Regardless of our faith, we can all receive power from them to make us stronger in mind, body and spirit.

Making a difference is something we should all try to do in the lives of others and our lives as well. We are on this earth to not only live for ourselves but others. That's where we find joy. Absolute joy comes from the small things we do for others. I want to start today's episode with a quote from Mother Teresa "We can do no great things, only small things with great love." When we show love to one another, we are listening, observing, and showing we value each other with an embrace. Small acts of love make a big difference in someone else life. Mother Teresa was trying to tell us don't wait to do big things and do small acts because within those small things we do comes the great stuff. For example, smiling, giving a small gift, saying hello, how are you today, calling someone on the telephone to tell them you've been on my heart I am calling to see how you are. My hope is as you listen to The Unstoppable Life Podcast, you will find little nuggets that remind you of the difference you can make in the lives of others. D3h2t63s8N5R7HbiuvKv

I am starting this episode using the actual quote by Sir Winston Churchill "The longer you can look back, the farther you can look forward." When I first heard the quote used by the HM the Queen in her 199 Christmas Message, "The further backward you look, the further forward you can see." I thought I loved this, and I had to find out more about it; in my search, I found the actual quote by Sir Winston Churchill was as mentioned above. In the book of Hosea 4:6, the Bible tells us, "we perish for lack of knowledge." I wanted to know what I was bringing to you hence my search. What the quote above is telling us is that, and my guess is the reason why Sir Churchill's words "The longer you can look back, the farther you can look forward." simplified was by the queen was to help us to see when we take the time to look back as far as the eye can see we can advance further in life. In this episode, I use the quote because the longer I look back, I realise that The Unstoppable Life podcast is not here to serve a particular niche. Therefore, as we move forward with the program, we will be taking a different format. I have come to see that to stop domestic and sexual abuse in its entirety, I have to bring balance. I need a village and community to help me do so! I will be bringing Captivating discussions around empowering women and men through various situations and trials. Listen in every week to hear stories, experiences, and different strong women and men. I will also bring experts in the prosecution and financial field to enlighten us on the steps we can take to safeguard ourselves. I have been through lots of hurt and pain by people who should have protected me, but that was not the case. Instead, they chose to abuse me! Now I like them. I could have chosen to hate, but instead, I chose love. Why! You ask I did so because I once heard my grandmother say when someone hurts you, heap love on them, don't return tit for tat. That's a beautiful saying, and I am glad I adopted it. What is gratitude? According to the dictionary, Gratitude is "the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation for, and returning kindness." I am thankful for all the places I have been and the people that along the way to becoming "Me" These incidences have shaped me into becoming the strong woman that I am. Strong in faith, mind, and accepting of who and what my mission is in this life. As you listen to this episode, I hope you will find a nugget or nuggets there that will help you find a way to be grateful for what you have and see your uniqueness in all the confusion. Sometimes it's hard to see what's unique about us in confusion. Stop, slow down and listen with your soul; not only will you see your beauty, you will hear yourself; those are just temporary setbacks. "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thes 5:18

In today's episode, we are looking at does love hurts and causes us pain, as the songwriter states in the song "Love Hurts", sung by the Nazareth. I have heard women say that they stay in an abusive relationship because if their partner doesn't hit them and cause pain, it shows that they don't love them. When I ask why they feel causing them pain is LOVE, the usual response is that's what they have come to know and accept. One's desire to stay in a relationship should not be on how much hurt and pain. However, the desire to remain in the relationship should be the enduring love you have for each other. Love talks and listens. I always like to bring the biblical perspective on what LOVE truly is, and when someone says I love you, it should come from a place of safeguarding protection. God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Read John 3:16 If you are in a relationship experiencing abuse, don't be fooled; that's not love. You don't deserve to experience pain and bruise to feel loved; that's abuse. Love does not hurt or cause you pain. The true face of love is: Love is kind. Love is not jealous. Love does not do the wrong thing. Love does not get angry. Love protects. In today's episode, I wanted to take a lighter tone from what Slessor Ettienne and I have been speaking about regarding Domestic Violence, whether it was God's plan for our lives. Over the last three episodes, we have understood through the scriptures that Domestic Violence is not God's plan for either party to have dominion over one another. Therefore, I wanted to talk to us about "This Life Is A Gift". It is truly a gift in Matthew 6:25 we learn that we should not worry about our life, what we will eat or drink: or about our body, what we will wear. Life is more important than food, and the body is more informant than clothes. This scripture tells me that we should not sweat the small stuff; we should not worry God will take care of us. You see, we are gods; everything we need is inside us. All that is required is a coach or mentor to help us gain insights into our lives is a gift. It is one to be thankful for its seasons, for when we remain steadfast and have stood the test, we will receive our crown of life, which is our reward. When you are wondering about your life's purpose as you are experiencing difficulty, think of the promises; thoughts are just thoughts that change every second. The thoughts are not who you are. You are more than your thoughts; although life can have some difficult moments, whatever you are experiencing, there is someone who can help you overcome your struggles. As you listen to today's episode, I trust that you take to heart that you are an overcome. If you feel stressed or anxious, please remember this is only one season of life; you might be in gloom; however, your time to bloom is just around the corner. You will come through the planting stage and bloom. XOvfLa0EaSWtgBYOkvyT

Domestic violence is not God's plan for families, and it is not taboo to talk about it. We r recognise that it is considered a taboo in many cultures and not just a religious mindset. It could also be cultural, keeping face in a community, fear and reprisal. However, we feel it is essential to discuss the importance of the roles men and women play in a relationship. In today's episode, Slessor and I continued to look at how husbands and wives should live with each other base on the word of God. We also touched on the virtuous women in Proverbs 31. In most religious circles, women should be silent and stay home moms. However, the book of Proverbs 31 shows us the woman was dynamic, a manager, a faithful bride, a problem solver; she was health-conscious, creative and spent her time wisely. We encourage you to read about her. Domestic violence is not the will of God for our lives. Women, you are the bride of Christ; therefore, husbands, you ought to treat your wives as Christ treat the church. Just as Christ laid down his life for the church, husbands must protect their wives. Ephesians 5:25-33. Neither party should manipulate one other.

Domestic violence is not God's plan for families. In today's episode, we will be looking at how husbands and wives should live with each other base on the word of God. God's plan for husbands and wives is to live a life of wholeness. H created them in his image, both male and female. God desires that they will be fruitful and multiply. The man has no right to rule over the woman. However, God gave them authority to rule over the sea's fish, the birds of the air, and every living creature that moves on the ground. God saw all that he has made as good Gen1:27-28 Men and women are to serve one another, not manipulate and control each other. They are to love one another and give themselves to each other. Domestic Violence is born out of emotional, mental, social and financial abuse. Therefore, anyone in a domestic violence abusive marriage should make plans to find safety. Domestic violence and sexual abuse are a threat to society, communities and the world. I believe it is not taboo to speak up against it. Our inability and unwillingness to address the effects of domestic violence on women will continue to dye unnecessarily. Verna, what's your niche is, meaning who I serve during a conversation with someone. As a thriver and survivor of Domestic and sexual abuse, I mentioned that I help women take their power back. Now I don't think my new friend meant any harm. When she said, that subject is taboo! The word taboo is a religious custom prohibiting or forbidding association with a particular person. I must confess I took offence to it. It made me sad! In this episode, I ask is taboo to talk about domestic violence? As long as we continue to see this epidemic of domestic and sexual abuse against women as taboo and we choose to not deal with the generational cycle of violence and abuse, death will continue to be inevitable. Not talking about the effect of domestic violence and sexual abuse implicitly allowed it to continue, and this is not something I am willing to stand by and watch without doing something about it! In today's episode, I have Slessor Ettienne here to discuss practical steps and things we can do to achieve mindfulness. We learn meditation; it helps us focus the mind on the present paying attention to our feelings, sensations without becoming overwhelmed. We also learn there is a time to remain silent, for, in the silence, we can calm our minds, be mindful and live in the present. We hope you will gain many insights from today's message on being mindful about the words you speak over yourself and others. We also hope you will take the time to listen and be compassionate to those around you. Sowing good seeds are mightier than the sword peace is everything.

To be still is to take time to wait on the Lord to listen with our heart when we hear what we need to do, and the path we should take go forth purposefully. To be still is to stop fighting, throw your arms up in the air like you don't care, and do what's in your heart; it is time to set yourself free to go forth and accomplish being a blessing to others. Be still, and know that the Lord God Almighty is with you; he will exalt you among the nations and promote you on earth. Be Still!! Not taking time to be still will cause us to miss the mark of our high calling. Therefore, take time to wait and be of good courage for the Lord your God will strengthen your heart. For he is your refuge and strength, there is nothing to fear. Thank you for listening to The Unstoppable Life podcast. I'd love to offer you a gift of a coaching conversation with me. We all like listening to the news to know what's happening around us. We put our trust in many things. The good news is that we can put our faith in God, for when we do so, it brightens our eyes and gladdens our hearts, the good news put fat on our bones. Today I want to talk to you about where and in whom are you putting your trust. When we listen to the good news, it strengthens in our hearts. Sad news breaks us down. It makes our hearts sad, and that is not where we want to be. However, when we trust the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our understanding and acknowledge him in all our ways, he will direct our path. I have come to the complete understanding that when we trust in the Lord, we will do good, dwell in the land and be safe. Our safety does not come from man. I have learnt that although man may intend to do good if goodness is not in his heart, they will pursue to do evil. Therefore, I have learned to trust God and hold him accountable for taking care of me. For he said in his word, "I know the plans I have for you"," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." That's Good New

Everything in life has a purpose. What fascinates me is that before God created the foundation of the world, God predestined you and me. Before how parents knew each other, God gave us a purpose. He was intentional, for he said, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health. Living on purpose or being purpose-full about life is not the amount of wealth you have. Being purpose-full and intentional comes from doing everything from the heart. Out of our hearts flows the issues of life. Therefore, being deliberate and purposeful in keeping our hearts will help us move forward to do what we love and live a life of purposefulness.

"News" what is it? It is information not previously known to some. It is my view that it can be good or bad news. Moreover, the word we listen to is not generally good in most cases, and it adds more stress and anxiety. Today I want to bring you good news. News will assure you that you can accomplish good things when listening to positive "NEWS." The Good News Romans 16:1 The apostle Paul says, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile."

Each day is a good day, and I always want to wait on the Holy Spirit for the words to speak that will empower and bring transformation to you, my listeners. Today was no different. After reading the word and meditating on the word of God, and waiting to hear him speak to my heart, I decided to arise and get on the rowing machine. Whilst exercising, I heard the word uncaged. To be uncaged is to be liberated and unstoppable in the quest for living the indestructible life. As I continue to wait, I felt in my heart that I should share part of my story with you. A tale has many moving parts. I want to assure you the storms that you face will not last. You have that unstoppable spirit with you; listen to your heart, and allow it to guide you. As you listen to my story, I ask that you listen with an open heart and take what you need to empower and transform your life. To be uncaged is to be liberated to live an unstoppable life.

The heart is the centre of our mind, body, spirit, and soul control. It pumps our emotions, affections, desires and will for life. In Proverbs 13:12, Hope deferred makes the heart sick: but it is a tree of life when the urge comes. Understanding the functions of our soul is key to our sustenance. Proverbs 4: 21 - 23 that we should keep the words in the mids of our heart for they are life and health to our flesh and that we should keep our heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Here we are speaking of the spiritual heart. In the same way, we need to look after our physical well-being to ensure our heart functions efficiently and effectively, bringing blood (life) to every organ. It's the same approach we should take to ensure that the words we speak from the heart give life to us and those we serve. Guard your heart, for it is a healthy spring of life!
